During the test drive the truck lost power and would start back up untill a few tries. Then they tried to sell me a $4000 dollar warrenty for 3 yr or 36k miles. So with taxes this truck would have costed 17k plus not worth it for a truch that had rust,engine stopped while driving. If you need a good truck and want a good deal go to vantage motors in MO a little drive will save you thousands chatgpt said this truck was only worth 12,500 max. I found a 2022 white chevy Colorado with 114k miles for 15500 with admin fee taxes regist was 1900 this truck was a good deal. Do no buy from here and especially a kia. Salesman collin was just trying to make a quick sale and just wasted my time and his time. He should have known when to quit and or say he would be on the lookout. After driving 550 miles, the last 100 or so with a failed alternator, I was only half way home with a vehicle full of vacationing family and travel stuff. I coasted in to the parking lot at O'Reilly and they immediately began to assess my dead battery and failed charging system. They evaluated the battery to the extent possible and then began to quick charge it so they could start the vehicle and get a full electrical system diagnostic report. About 30 minutes later, the battery was charged enough to start the vehicle and they quickly determined that I had a failed alternator. They priced out a part for me and let me leave the vehicle there overnight. I found a service provider who could help me on Sunday morning, and got on my way losing only about 1.5 hours of travel time overall. O'Reilly did not charge me anything for all of the help they gave me. Super nice workers who gave me everything they could give without charging me. I recommend this auto parts store with enthusiasm. Please do your auto parts business with these folks; you will be glad you did.

I brought my vehicle in for a standard alignment, only to be turned away and told the service could not be performed due to a "loose ball joint." To make matters worse, I was given an outrageous quote of **$823.91** to fix the ball joint and complete the alignment. Upon inspecting the vehicle myself, I discovered the issue was merely a loose castle nut. It took me a total of 30 minutes and a mere $43 to completely resolve the issue on my own. For a specialized shop to wildly misdiagnose an issue and attempt to charge upwards of $800 for a 30-minute fix is utterly unacceptable. This demonstrates either a severe lack of mechanical competence or a blatant attempt to price-gouge a customer. Because of this deceptive pricing and poor diagnostic reliability, Performance Tire has permanently lost my business. I will never bring any of my vehicles back to this establishment, and I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
