I purchased a brand new Polaris RZR last week. The presale was great my salesman answered a lot…read moreof questions and did a good job informing me of what I was getting. (For most part) However the second the paperwork was signed, I feel I was no longer a priority. My rzr purchase included upgraded wheels and tires. I was told I would get both sets, however I didn't when I picked up the machine. (Honesty just forgot to get them while I was there) Later after taking it home I ran into some issues with it going into limp mode and engine codes flashing on the dash. Worried about it and not wanting damage the machine, I parked it and called ride now. I was told that they were busy and someone would get back to me. 2 days later I still had not received a call back, so I called them and was told that they were extremely under staff do to covid and that someone would get back with me. No one got back with me that day so on the 3rd day I called and was helped by a pleasant lady in the office (Bobby), who assured me this is not how they do business and I would receive a call back shortly from my sales rep. To help with engine codes and getting my wheels and tires. An hour later I did get a call back from Someone in service stating my sales rep was out due to a family emergency. The man was no doubt knowledgable and helpful in getting the engine codes squared away. he stated he would locate my wheels and tires and get back with me. That was 3 days ago now. I completely understand the Under staffing issue, However what I find completely unacceptable is spending almost $40000 with a business And not able to even get a call back or what was promised to me. As of now I would have a hard time recommending this company to anybody I know, Just based on my after sale experience. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of how nice Bobby was and knowledge of the man in service.

Exactly how NOT to run a motorsports store. Originally starting out as Subsonic Scooters, they've…read moreexpanded to carry used cars and 4-wheelers and generally whatever the owner can get his greasy paws on. From start to finish, just a horrible experience. If the massive cloud of cigarette smoke hovering about the place like Pig Pen's dirt cloud doesn't turn you off, the gravel lot and run-down buildings will. Literately a collection of two buildings that could've been classified as shoddy 20 years ago and a gravel mud-pit in between them, don't expect anybody in a suit approaching you here. In fact, don't expect to be approached at all, unless you foolishly let the stench of fresh money or "I'm a sucker" waft into the "sales office"(run-down building #1). Even if you manage to get through the "atmosphere"(and you're a braver person than most if you do), you'll find the inventory to be woefully horrible. First, a word of safety. Scooters made in China are crap, plain and simple. There's a reason they're a grand less than the other scooters. You get what you pay for is an understatement with these things. Do NOT, under any circumstances, buy one of these things. It WILL break on you, regularly and they are VERY unsafe. Fortunately for you, that's all Subsonic carries! This makes life easy, just follow this simple rule: DON'T BUY ANY OF THEIR SCOOTERS! Hope that wasn't too subtle. Now, those foolish enough to not heed that warning might be looking to purchase an accessory for their newly-acquired deathtrap. Here, Subsonic shines with their ample selection of safety gear and helmets....wait, no they don't. 4 half-helmets make up their entire extensive collection, and you can have any color you want as long as it's grey or black. Lastly their "repair department". This consists of the guy in a hole-filled Poison wife-beater and bandana sitting at the patio furniture in front of the "sales office" smoking his 4th pack of cigarettes for the day after checking the mailbox for his check from the state. Go ahead, leave him the keys to your vehicle and trust him to do quality work to it. I dare you. If you're really serious about wanting a scooter, do yourself a MASSIVE favor and drive the 40 minutes into Scooter World. Not only will you be safer for it, you'll be much happier with the experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Horrible experience.

Arrived after a 4+ hour drive and it was shined up, fully fueled and ready to go. Purchase process was easy and the price was what they said it was going to be. These bikes are going for several thousand over MSRP due to demand, and they had a very small dealer fee tacked onto the MSRP and that was it. Great communication leading up to me arriving, and despite me being early and waiting a bit for other buyers ahead of me, it went quick. I'd definitely buy from them again.

I picked the bike up and within minutes my girlfriend noticed it was much louder than normal. We stopped and discovered the exhaust mid-pipe, clamp, and springs were missing. The slip-on muffler was only being held on by the rear mounting bracket. I immediately contacted the dealership and was told they had photos showing the bike arrived with the mid-pipe installed. My girlfriend and I retraced our entire route from the dealership but never found the missing parts. The response from the service department was simply that the technician "wouldn't have had a reason to touch it." There were no photos taken after the service was completed, and I was told the camera covering the service area was not working. When I asked what they were willing to do to make the situation right, the response I received was, "Make what right?" I then spoke with the General Manager, hoping for a fresh set of eyes. Unfortunately, the conversation was disappointing. He had already made up his mind before hearing my side, repeatedly talked over me, argued with me, and ultimately refused to consider any resolution. I'm not accusing anyone of intentionally taking my parts. I'm simply stating the facts: the dealership's own intake photos show my motorcycle arrived with a complete exhaust system, and it left missing the mid-pipe, clamp, and springs. Instead of investigating or trying to work with a customer who purchased the motorcycle from them, the dealership became defensive and dismissed my concerns. Mistakes can happen. What separates a good dealership from a bad one is how they handle them. Unfortunately, my experience left me with very little confidence in this service department, and I won't be returning.
