Got the bike back, and it immediately began throwing repair codes. I took it back, and they cleared the codes and said nothing was wrong. Took the bike, and it made it home. The next time it did the same thing, and for nearly 2 years I kept having to take it back to get it checked because of it throwing codes. I had to leave for a long period, and the bike was stored for 2 years. Came back, and the 1st time I rode it, it started throwing a code, and throttle response kept acting funny. Took it to a different dealer, and they said the only thing they could see was a voltage variation, but not enough to cause the bike to stall. I rode it back to Freedom; they had it for 5 months and said they could not reproduce the issue I described. When I went to pick it up, it would not start. They now say it is the fuel pump, and the brake issue they said they fixed is still there. They also say the whole master cylinder needs to be replaced. They are charging full price for the Fuel Pump and want another 1k for the Brakes. Has anyone with a 1190R had a Experience like this?

Afterwards, he explained their other services and what to do if my transmission ever became a serious problem. They did charge me an additional $75 to come to Parkville, But I thought it was worth it since I didn't have to drive to my usual mechanic and wait for them to finish the job. He saved me about a day's worth of waiting and driving.

But this year, they broke our spark plug and tried to charge us $1200 to fix. Now, you might think, that happens sometimes. It 100% will if your service department doesn't put anti-seize on the spark plugs. This thing was so burnt in that we had to drill out the hole and retap the head because it couldn't be removed. We took it out a few days a year the last 2 years and always had summarization done. There's no way the amount of burn in happened in 1 year if they're performing the maintenance they say they are properly. They refuse to take any blame or accountability. Thankfully I'm lucky enough to know a great mechanic who was able to fix this for me. Reno's is very clean inside. I have felt that the sales and parts people have been nice. However, the inability for the business to take any accountability as the only people to work on this jet ski is something I can't understand or give my money to.

I asked Dan about the extended Ag Program warranty that she qualified for, he dismissed my question until I insisted that we get more info. He agreed to follow up up with me the next week. He left a message on my mom's phone stating that the Ag Program extended warranty was not included, and the one they sell was better. I called BRP and in a few minutes they were able to add the free extended warranty to the VIN #. BRP customer service was amazing.

We liked what we saw, went home and did research on Wolf and came back 2 days later! We ordered 2 scooters and he gave us a very good deal and when one came in with fork lift damage from the distributor, he ordered the part to fix it and then offered to deliver our scooters due to the inconvenience of having to wait for the repair. My husband's desired scooter was not in the shop and the owner called a former satisfied customer that had that exact scooter and asked her if she had time to ride up to the shop so we could see it in person before we ordered. With no tools to extract the bolt out I called The one and only Jimmy T at Letko Cycles at 2:30 on a Saturday and told him I had an emergency. Told him the problem and he told me to get the bike to him ASAP. Letko Cycles here we come. After about 30 min or so Jimmy and Scott Spears got that thing out of there. The relief my son had when Jimmy handed me the other half of the broken bolt was huge knowing the race was on! This is why I have been a customer of Letko Cycles for over 20 years!
