On a personal note we haven't had great experience in the past with this sort of work. People never seem to care about the work they do and cut corners whenever they can. The installation took two day but it was a careful use of time to make sure everything was absolutely correct. It was a pleasant experience from start to end.

I contracted Zett and "Quality" Craftsmen to do my roof. Wow, that was the worst contracting…read moreexperience I've ever had. If the only issue was how the trash was thrown everywhere, and the quantity of old nails left on my lawn - I wouldn't be as disappointed with the job. However, Zett admitted to not having fully inspected my roof before installing shingles. As a result, his crew shingled over multiple pieces of plywood that were rotted and molding. Zett refused to rectify the situation, which left me with a bigger bill to have to remove the shingles, replace the decking, and reapply the shingles. If that weren't enough, he was completely condescending and dismissive of the negligent job he and his team did. To compound matters, he placed my family and I in harms way with the mold that was left in the attic as a result of not appropriately inspecting my roof before installation. Hopefully, this review, along with many other reviews, will prevent someone from having a similar negative experience with this company. Stay far away from Zett and Quality Craftsmen.
