We made reservations for two bays to enjoy the night with family and friends. Instead of full meals, we ordered appetizers. Each of these were quite good and we would order again: Mac and cheese bites, boneless wings with buffalo sauce and warm pretzel bites. (I didn't get food pics this time.) Arrived just past 1pm on a Monday. It was a cool 77° overcast day. I mention this because once inside it was COLD. It was so uncomfortably cold you couldn't have stayed inside. Our plan was to have lunch but to place was too cold. In steps Elizabeth, who greeted us. We told her our wish to sit outside because it was warmer outside than inside. She proceeded to say the patio was reserved for a special event but she'd see what she could do. A few minutes later she said we could sit at one specific tables on the patio. Happy that we could be accommodated we went to our table. Elizabeth arrived soon to give us menus and silverware. She took our drink order and came back soon to deliver our drinks and take our order. She was very pleasant, when we asked about a specific menu item all she could contribute was that it was new. We took a chance and ordered the BBQ Twist Tower and added Brisket. Another server brought our food. What was described and pictured on the menu and what we were served didn't match up. All that we could taste was BBQ sauce, spice and salt. It was awful. We share this with Elizabeth who was apologetic. We told her it was a fail and shouldn't be recommended. We went inside to pay and was told the manager couldn't be located to see about removing the item from our bill. We didn't have any expectations but it would have been nice. I am terrible at golf but my entire family enjoys going to Top Golf as a family activity. We enjoy the ambiance, its family friendly but a great place for a girls/boys night out. My daughter likes to hit the balls and they also have fun games on the kiosk, which allows us to get silly or competitive. We do make a reservation in advance as it's normally us celebrating a special occasion. We enjoy the service, they are always on top of it. The food is great, we love getting a bunch of apps and sharing those. There is also a great selection of beverages. read more

Came wit top golf for my friends birthday and we rented out two bays! There was like 14 of us and it was so much fun! Our server was amazing, making sure our chips and salad never went empty! She also held the cake pops we brought in the fridge until we were ready to eat it. She took care of all us flawlessly! The food itself was pretty good! I got a chicken sandwich with a side of buffalo sauce and turned into a buffalo chicken sandwich, it was very tasty! I had made a reservation with 4 of my friends past 9 o'clock knowing we all met their 18 and up age requirements not thinking anything of it because of past experiences at different locations. Upon arrival we paid and got a bay and where about to start, we then where approached by a manager who then asked if any of us where above the age of 21 which none of us where which doesn't matter clearly states on their website. He proceeded to tell us to come down to the front which we did with no problem. After getting to the front desk we questioned why we were being asked to leave and he was saying that we need to be above the age of 21 which none I know was not true. We were not rude in any manner I pulled the age requirement up and read to him which he still did not understand and proceeded to make us leave. I did get a refund and other employees being very respectful and basically siding with us telling us to come back another day which we did the next night with a different manager on and had no issue what so ever. Never leave a review on a place but this manager was rude and not the brightest hopefully he could understand his own establishments rules one day! I went to TopGolf for the first time with my fiancé and my daughter, and we all had a BLAST!! We bought an hour's worth of playtime and were taken upstairs to our station. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I liked that they had a variety of clubs to use and that they had right and lefthanded clubs. I also liked how we could order our beverages and food right from our station. The different games you could choose to play were also neat. The only thing I would critique is the cost and how it was soooooo expensive for even an hour. I'll return when I'm feeling like I have a lot of extra money to spend, lol. Enter Top Golf. You take a driving range with balls embedded with computer chip, position the green at closer distance and computerize the game. You swing your club on a mat. The goal is how close you land your ball to the flag stick! You assign point based how well you control the ball. Our team got anywhere from 1 of 20 balls; 0 point (miss the green completely), 3, 4, 5, 8, 12 points and an amazing 22 points. The 22 pointer by Howard, was at more than 150 yards and it was difficult to witness exact detail! Is there a hole in 1 in this setup? Each one of practice bay can accommodate 4 to 8 patrons. The cost is on hourly charge on bay usage. The current rate is $29 (9-12 PM) $39 (12-5 PM) $49 (after 5 PM) per bay. Tuesday is a half price day. Drink and food are available. There are both indoor and outdoor bars where you can sip and relax while playing corn hole or watching the games on TV! Beside the drinks like Golfbag, Tipsy Palmer and others, several local draft beers like High 5 IPA (Fort Myers Brewing Co.), IPA's (Palm City Brewing Co.), Jai Alai IPA (Cigar City Brewing) and others are available. If you at the far end of bay, it is fairly long way from the kitchen, so your food may be warm instead of hot on your bite. They do have buffet table setup for special venue at the far end! Little rusty on your golf swing, you can sign up for lesson with a PGA instructor! Is this a perfect driving range? No, I tee my driver with long Tee while the facility setup only has a short tee! We have a birthday celebration here. Our servers are quick, alert, and professional. Staff are friendly! We start with a huge appetizer plate with Sesame Chicken, Sausage, Chips, Mac and Cheese bite, Queso, Pretzel, baked Cheese and more. It is perfect after swing our clubs and have a snack and drink. We had a good time here! Plenty of parking around the facility! This TopGolf is a new addition to Fort Myers Area, it may take a few months to work the kinks out in operation and staff training. I just arrived from out of town. Used to live in Fort Myers, and all my friends were raving about the newest addition: TopGolf. On my first night in town we tried to get a reservation. We called and the voice message reservations only online. We thought this meant one could only get in with a reservation. And none were available online. On my second night in town we stopped by and to see if they took walk ins. They do! This doesn't seem to be real clear on the website. But word of mouth travels so I am sure this will be figured out soon. There were no bays available when we arrived around 945 pm. They said a 15-30 minute wait and that our rate would be prorated based on how much time we actually got to play. But the bay was ready in less than 5 minutes. Our server was upbeat, friendly and accommodating. She explained everything and got us all set up. Her iPad is almost magical because someone had run out the drinks we ordered before she was even done with explanations. That is a sweet system. Fantastic experience at Top Golf last night. It was only our second time visiting this location. I booked a private event for my fiancé's birthday, we had 15 attendees and rented 2 bays (each bay allows for 6 players at a time) so we had some folks switch out to take turns. The service was really strong, thank you Caitlin! Very attentive and fast. The food quality was overall really tasty, guacamole was a bit brown but the wings, hummus, pretzel bites, and margarita flatbread were all very good & the right temperature. A group of us were here for a birthday gathering on a late Saturday afternoon. We had a reservation and got checked in as soon as we got there. The facility is nice and the food was great. We've never done Topgolf before and told the hostess that when checking in. She made sure to put us on the upper level which was definitely the place to be. Topgolf was a lot of fun and is so much more than a driving range experience. The Topgolf experience includes beverage and food service right to your golf bay. The food while nothing spectacular, was solid and added to the experience. We visited while on vacation and on vacation is likely the only time we would do Topgolf again. If you eat, drink and golf Topgolf is definitely not something you're walking away from without spending quite a few of those discretionary dollars. But hey, that's what vacation is for.
