We like Miller's Ale House because it offers such a wide variety of menu items. This location is our favorite. Today was Sunday Gane Day, so it was quite busy. They have some Sunday specials, including prime rib, which is what my spouse ordered. And, he said it was juicy and flavorful (as were the French fries). I almost always order Mimi's Fiesta Bowl. It is a salad that is mostly rice, grilled chicken, spicy shrimp, black beans, pico and a zesty sauce. In my opinion, it is a taste explosion. There are so many TVs that it would be difficult to not find a game of interest (especially on game days). The service is consistently good, as well. They have a big bar with a wide variety of adult beverages. Kids are comfortable here, too. It is not wild and crazy here, more of a lively restaurant crowd. read more

Stopped Miller's Ale House for a quick meal on a layover and I will say, the service was super quick and friendly, which I really appreciated! As for the food, I went with the blackened chicken and shrimp salad because it looked amazing on the menu... but it didn't quite live up to the photo. What a great selection of different dishes! Just 10 minutes from the airport. It is my "must stop" location before I fly back to Michigan. My mom had a hamburger and she said it was a best she's ever had. I had their Zinger salad. The zinger chicken strips features 12 to 15 different dipping sauces. They'll toss the strips in the sauce you choose or they'll bring out the strips and let you dip it on your own. I am a huge fan of Millers Ale House all over. Tonight was the worse night for me. I do not like any locations who change the channel in front of me without asking if I am watching. We ordered a pub pretzel appetizer that's comes brushed with butter and has 2 dipping sauces, Dijon mustard and cheddar cheese. We both liked the mustard more and it was good. For entrees we ordered big easy pasta, Sauteed shrimp and mahi-mahi tossed with fettucine, tomatoes, green onions in a Cajun-style cream sauce. Topped with Cajun fried calamari, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. Served with toasted garlic bread, and I ordered a classic cheeseburger, 100% ground beef patty topped with melted white American cheese, shredded lettuce, beefsteak tomato, dill pickle slices. However on my wife's order they forgot the calamari, so we told the server and they brought it right out and reticfied the problem. The food was ok it wasn't anything that blew our socks off but it was filling.after the meal I had to wash my hands and the one faucet in the means was falling apart. Obviously the faucet had been leaking for a very long time and it had now eaten through the metal. We got to the restaurant at about 7:00 pm and it was really busy. There was a cluster of about 5-6 parties waiting to be seated when we arrived. The hostess didn't seem to be doing very well at managing the crowd. She didn't ask our names, we just kind of had to form a line to get helped which felt a little awkward. Once we were seated our service was friendly and fairly quick, considering how busy it was. Food was mediocre at best. I had the blackened salmon, It was prepared well, but the veggies and rice I got as sides were very bland and seemed a little bit like lukewarm cafeteria fare. My mom got the fried shrimp. Her portions were generous, and she enjoyed it, but I had a bit and it was definitely nothing special. Ambiance was typical bar and grill, lots of TVs around. We were in the mood for some cheese burgers. Wife ordered a classic white American cheese with sweet potato fries. My order, a mega cheese & bacon burger loaded with white American, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese on a black and white sesame bun. The burgers were cooked as requested. The seasoned fries and sweet potato fries were quite good! The Covid protocol is fully enforced with social distance, space limitation, and masks. Last time My wife and I were here, it was 2019. I don't remember much about the place then but my wife remembered how amazing the fish and chips were. When our waitress dipped (slang term for disappeared I guess) that was the first red flag. When the dinner came out before the appetizer, that was red flag number two and when a random third person showed up with our meals, telling us that there was no tarter sauce, red flags three and four came up. BUT we were already eating so we decided to ride the wave. This is why this review is 4 stars. Because everything was turned on it's head in a good way. That appetizer? Free. The tarter sauce missing? That fish was so perfect, glistening and tasty that the tarter sauce wasn't needed. My Nashville chicken sandwich was so hot but flavorful that I have no complaints there either. Ketchup for the fries? Absolutely! It's the universal condiment. Everything else was near perfect. Definitely come here. The prices are fair, the food is delicious and the wait staff are kind. The atmosphere will be loud, noisy, with an occasional child wandering around but overall, Miller's is a solid four out of five stars. Don't miss out! read more

This place was so good we came here twice during our two day trip. Good service even though it was busy. Two different servers and both were kind and attentive. Lots of options for everyone- including the kids. Only thing that was challenging was they didn't have small spoons for the kids' applesauces, but that's minor. Super hit and miss. What keeps this place open is that it's a sports bar with a young crowd around and there isn't anywhere else to eat unless you want fast food. Some nights we get a good server who is probably under appreciated and our experience is pleasant. The other night we got a server who simply just walked past and didn't want to serve the our table, assuming he wanted to be cut. The manager took our order and that was about it. Our new server finally showed up at the end of our meal to give us the check and that was about it. It's hard to find good employees these days, so I try not to be too harsh, but it takes a good manager too. Also, their mild buffalo sauce contains MSG as their mild zingers makes me extremely thirsty after every time. This is a toxic food additive to make things taste better. I called to place a take out order; two Osso buco with mashed potatoes. When I asked for extra gravy I was told she couldn't add that to my order - she was required to transfer me to the kitchen. I've worked in the restaurant business long enough to know that was ludicrous. After waiting on hold for two minutes, I hung up and called back. A different person answered. Not wanting to get transferred again, I ordered the 2 salads first, then I ordered the two OssoBuco's with extra gravy. He didn't transfer me but he did say that since my total was $76, I would need to make payment over the phone. I explained that since I was alone in my car, I was unable to provide credit card information. After still refusing to accept my order I asked - If I hang up and call back and this time only order 2 entrees, then call back again and order the other two - would he accept those orders?
