Corporate event - we were well situated at the top level, south end with four bays. We didn't have to ask for anything - we were always asked by our servers which is a testament to the amazing level of service they provide. I felt that the servers really cared that our group enjoyed. The catered food was pretty delicious and exceeded my expectations. My favorite was the tender carne asada with cheese sauce. I have been waiting for Topgolf around the area for long time... Great facility compare to just some neighborhood golf ranges. I was there with my 12 years old daughter. See if I can get her back into golf again by playing games with their high tech scoring system and automatic ball dispenser that feels like video game. She likes it better than just hitting targets at the regular ranges. When you hit the target areas, they would light up in different colors. We ordered hamburger and boneless wings and they were pretty good. I ordered glass of draft beer and it was served very cold right away. I didn't get to eat any of the burger because my very picky daughter finished all of it. That means it was good.... Boneless wings were very crispy and delicious but only came with one choice of sauce. They charge for second sauce unless you order more. I didn't like that because how much would a 3-4 once of sauce cost. Very minor thing but very disappointing. They have TVs and huge big screens everywhere so you can watch variety of sports games. All the staffs were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Men's bathroom lights didn't come on. They need to fix that before someone slips and falls. Everything overall was very clean because they are new. Now, some things personally I think they can do be better. 1. Online reservation: I tried to book reservation on and off for two weeks and I wasn't successful. They are very busy so understandable. 2. Wait time: We waited about 1 hour for our section felt much longer.... Initially they said about 45 minutes. I left my phone number so I can get text from the receptionists but never received. I didn't receive any text so I had to check with receptionists twice and still didn't receive any confirmation. I received about 4 texts to confirm and be at our section otherwise it will be cancelled. I received these texts about 1 hour after we left the facility. It was bit annoying but it's ok they are new. Things will get better I hope. They had so many empty sections. They should try to open up all sections so you don't have to wait too long. 3. Price: Don't recommended it if you have less than 4 players. I thought it was too expensive. It's section of bay is $60 per hour during peek hours. Each of the first visitor has to pay $5 membership fees, too. So, for my daughter and I cost almost $120 for 1 hour. $60 (bay) + $10 (fee) + (food, drinks and tips) = approximately $120 Soon I will try to go again with bigger group then after I will update my review. read more

We went and booked a 6:15 stall for my birthday not knowing that there was a person limit We had to buy a second stall The person serving us was Kevin at first there is an issue because the second stall had a completely different time than the first having 20 more minutes and I wish we had known that We talked to the GM and maybe I was a little bit of a jerk but he resolved it and gave us a little bit of extra time The food is amazing the drinks are good and the service was fast this was a Sunday night. So excited that this place finally opened!!!! Came on a Monday afternoon right after grand opening and asked for the first available bay (a bay is similar to a bowling alley). They told me it would be a 30 minute wait but we only waited maybe 5 min! I know people have been saying the waits are long so we purposely came on a weekday at off hours. They were out of a few items, but with all the hype of Topgolf I'm sure they are slammed and doing their best to get things restocked. We were a group of 2 that did t make a reservation so my mistake for a du day at 11:45am. We were greeted and were told 2 to 2.5 hours on the waitlist. We had nowhere to be so we decided to grab some food and wait it out. During that time I checked several bays to see if they were all full and there were many open bays. The food service was slow and when I say slow it was over an hour to get food with hardly anyone eating. We ordered an app that came out with the food instead of before. The chips for the queso looked like they had all been stepped on and they seemed annoyed when we asked for better chips. I went to see where we were on the wait g list and they said 3 to 3.5 hours for a bay. After slow service and eating which took close to two hours I checked again and they said 2 to 2.5 hours for a bay. The whole time there were bays open we were there. Doesn't make any sense to me to not let us hit balls for an hour when the bays were open. We left after eating g and got a text at 4:30 that the bay was now available. So much for 2 to 2.5 hours when the text came 5 hours later. What a joke this place was. Don't waste your time or money there. read more

The worst of everything!!! The food. The service. The wait. We arrived at 2pm and were told the wait was 5 hours. After 5 hours we came back and were told it would be another 2.5 hours. We waited another hour before being told we went from #29 on the wait list to 38. Why even allow for a walk in list if there is a possibility of not being able to play. The food was the worst of the worst bar food I have ever come across. If I'm not mistaken they use the cheapest bag of corn tortilla chips you can purchase from the grocery store. 7.5 hours later and we finally decided to leave without playing. Very unprofessional workers , and nasty ones at that. I stood at the bar patiently waiting just to close my tab. Witnessing 3 servers distracting and taunting the bar tender while she made she drinks for the tables. Including holding the the very mint leaf she would end up using in those drinks being waved in her face and touching it around the bar top and such. We'll over several minutes that contaminated mint leaf to be add to the drinks. A manager Aaron was even present. Funny part is while this was taking place one made a joke about yelp reviews and how "there important". What's really important is doing your job in a professional matter. Solid place. I've been to the top golf in Portland Oregon, and it really is a blast. This place is set up in much the same way, with about 100 bays, and a physical/virtual game of golf meets angry birds is the format. And it's dooooope. The unfortunate reality though is that the word has gotten out, and everyone and their mom knows it's a lot of fun, and not an expensive way to spend an evening. We made the mistake of not making an actual reservation, which is on us. But Josh Fear(yeah, dudes name is legit "Fear". . . I gotta see how difficult it is to do a legal name change, cause that's AWESOME), totally went to bat for us, and talked to his managers to see if he could move us along, due to some extenuating circumstances we had. So this is one of those experiences which is where if Josh is any indication of what the rest of the staff is like, this place is super on point. The only reason for the 4 star and not a 5 is because the app is a little misleading, and has you believe that the time it shows you is when you're a guaranteed start, which is more like a suggested time of arrival. Or maybe we just read that wrong. Either way, don't let it deter you. Come down with your boys or the fam, and spend $50 on a dope night of food and fun. And ask for Josh. The guy doesn't disappoint. UPDATE(same night): so in spite of what ended up being a four hour wait, and a game that ended up being pretty glitchy(no fault of their own), the service and the management were geeky accommodating and gracious, to where it's still an awesome experience. After 2 hours of waiting, I asked how much longer and they said it would be another 2 hours. We wasted 2 hours waiting around for nothing. I have booked top golf in Arizona, Florida, and California and never experienced this. As a business owner I can't believe that they would hold an empty for people leaving a deposit to reserve a bay for 2 hours instead of releasing the reservation after a certain time for those who are waiting. A business could make double the money. It's annoying that a business model is to be compliant versus build capacity for success. The employees agreed that this model sucks. Disappointed! It's a No Go for watching big sporting events! For a BRAND SPANKING NEW SPORTS VENUE it's a bit disappointing. Audio System is jacked... My husband and I came specifically to watch NFL opening day game and the audio system crashed during the first 10 minutes of the game and there didn't seem to be a huge effort communicate or resolve the problem. Our server Kenny was AWESOME attending to our order and our inquiry into the sound problem. We asked for the GM and apparently he/she wasn't here. For most venues like Buffalo Wild Wings they would have a manager on site to make sure their customers were happy for big sporting events. First timer here! We went to this location after my son and husband raved about their experience at the Topgolf in AZ earlier this year. Even though it's a bit of a drive from us, it's not too far. My husband made the reservation; which is mandatory unless you want to risk having to be placed on a waiting list. We got there about 30 minutes before our scheduled time and luckily we were able to start our session. We walked up to the second floor and our server Joe introduced himself and he was super friendly. There was good music in the background and fans to keep the air flowing because it was so hot. Joe offered great service with our food and drinks order. As far as the food, it was good but nothing to get excited about. We tried, the buffalo chicken strips, burger, turkey sandwich, and cheese fries. I also had a margarita which was also just ok. I visited a party for my sons birthday this past weekend. The atmosphere was nice and for the most part we really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the next morning, learning that both of our cards were charged when I was told that mine was just on file was disappointing. The facility is clean. The front desk staff is helpful. There is plenty of parking. The food however is incredibly overpriced for the quality. Both the times we visited, I had to find my waiters to obtain cutlery, water refills. Both times our order was incorrect and part of our party received their food while the other had to wait a long time. Both times our waiters were kind and apologetic, so this leads me to believe they were overwhelmed with more tables than they can manage. I came here on Monday with a group of 3. We put our name in at 1:35 and were told it would be a 4-5 hour wait. We decided to leave and come back. We got the second text at 5:05 which is a little over 3 hours. I've been to the Nashville and Austin location. The design is pretty much the same. I did notice that the screen didn't show where the actual ball lands compared to other locations. It shows only if you hit the ball on the target. They also had less games compared to the other locations I've been to. I really wanted to play angry birds lol. Our server was nice and attentive. We had about 20 minutes left to our game and all of a sudden this golf club comes flying at my fiancé and hits his arm. It all happened so fast! It came from 2 rows down. This kid swung too hard and let go of the golf club! It was SO close to my fiancés face. This could have been a lot worse than it was. Our server luckily was around and got the manager asap. Management talked to my fiancé and the family to see what happened. The golf club hit my fiancés arm then hit the light (and broke it). They got us ice for his arm and comped the game. We only had to pay for the beer we ordered. I appreciate management for being on top of things. If you bring your kids here, PLEASE watch them and supervise them. This could have been a lot worse than it was. We are so lucky it got his arm and not his head/face. We didn't even want to finish the game. Then after being told we can move a. floor up and get 30 extra minutes we finally started and we're told we had to be out by 5 PM due to someone renting the whole floor. We lost a lot of time and we're just sitting for and hour not really doing much. Also when we asked a waiter where to order he told us "with your own waiter" and then we asked another person to get a waiter and no one ever show up. Took the family here to kill some time. We arrived around noon on a Wednesday and it wasn't busy at all. Service was prompt and efficient. Environment was clean, food was good and the beer was cold. Daytime golf prices plus the time we added on was reasonable. The family had a blast hitting balls. The only complaint I would have was in the hour and a half we were there, we had 3 servers. Our original server took our order then said he was going on break. Totally cool. Another server took over for a bit until our original server came back , to which he then said he was off and leaving for the day. After he said goodbye we then had a 3rd server help us. While this is not a huge deal, I work in the service industry and I was very conflicted on who to tip, if they share/pool tips. I was thinking I should have closed out with the original server when he left, but we weren't given that option. Do I tip extra because I had 3 servers. The app texted and said our bay would be ready in 15 minutes. So, we rushed down there only to be told that the app doesn't work and we would have to wait more than an hour. Then, while we were playing, we ordered chips and salsa. It was quite obvious that the kitchen just dumped what was left in the bag of chips into the bowl and brought it out because ¾ of the tray was nothing but crumbs. Finally, when I contacted corporate to complain, I got a completely useless response telling me that my complaint had been forwarded to the local facility. We put our name in anyways just in case, and about 20 minutes later got a text that our bay would be ready in 15 minutes, or we could get a one-time 30 minute extension. We opted for the latter (because we had left, not planning to wait 4+ hours), and got back about 20 minutes later. They advised us we had been bumped back to the bottom of the waitlist and our wait was 2-3 hours. They said choosing the 30 minute option just puts you back to the bottom of the waitlist and is not actually 30 minutes at all. No apology or attempt to remedy the situation. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation, I checked in and 5 minutes later they texted me to confirm I was ready. They sent me the number of our bay and headed over. The place had lots of people but not crowed, very easy to walk around. Our server was great! Very attentive and nice. Got our food and drinks quickly. We started with 2 hours and extended it another hour. At $60 an hour we each payed $30, not bad. My friends ordered food; chicken burger, Mac and cheese bites, and donuts, they all said were good. Nachos weren't great. Beers were reasonably priced. They got margaritas which they liked but not much alcohol. Overall it was a good experience! It was my first time here. I've only been to a driving rage once and I actually did pretty good! I only wish each bay was more separated from the one next to it, like with a divider or something. I also was expecting more of a lounging area at each bay like with a couch ( I heard the Vegas one has this). It's only one high top long table that fits 6 people at each bay. I also thought it was going to have more upbeat music, it was more chill which was fine. Maybe later at night it gets more of a club vibe. When we left at 8:00 there was more people coming in and getting busier. So my suggestion is to come earlier and make a reservation is a must!
