Not my favorite Top Golf location. The one in Montebello is waaaaayyyy better! Service was 4/10 - every single staff there either were exhausted from a long day of work or maybe just all having a bad day. They weren't rude - just didn't look happy working there. Not one person even made any attempts to try to pretend to act friendly. The vibe felt different than other Top Golf locations. Not sure if it could be the lack of service or maybe it was the area, but aside from the nice, breezy weather, the night felt off. Food? Another 4/10. We ordered a few shareable platters but the chicken and mac & cheese bites were cold and hard. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be coming back.

What a great outdoor/indoor gathering to enjoy a little competition. With locations all over Southern California and more to come you can plan an event and go hit some balls, drink some dranks and have some grub all under one roof!

Top golf, always fun! Food was good minus the fries. Tasted stale and old, missing salt. The vibe and experience was good and fun, service was alright pretty quick but did have to ask for a couple things a couple times, overall a fun experience.

So this is long, you'll see email that confirms I went on 5/10. For being Mother's Day.m, this place was busy! And even though that was the case service was great as walk-in. I wish I remembered her name but our server was for bat 124. She was friendly and detailed with info as first-timers. She told us the easiest and funnest game was probably going to be sonic if we just wanted to swing around, which we did & after trying two other game types we went back to the silly little kid one of Sonic. Food wise she gave us a recommendation of the hot honey pepperoni pizza, which my niece and I want to go back for. We got boneless garlic parm wings which we would skip next time, not terrible just would rather stick to pizza. My niece really enjoyed her strawberry hendrick's mule and on a hot day it was the perfect refreshment. I got a couple of Hamilton's beers. Service was quick and didn't feel like we had to rush food within our hr of play time. Although it was busy, the atmosphere was pleasant not too loud/crazy. We would want to return to hopefully get a bay on the second floor. Overall great experience

This was my first time, but not my parties first time.. I had a good time.. but from what my friends were saying was that service wasn't great. Staff didn't come and give us the run down of how to play or anything until after we were well into our first almost second round of playing. I knowing nothing had no idea. But nonetheless, our party had a good time.. when we ordered they came semi at a good time. Maybe a 8-10min wait not sure if that's normal or not.. As far as the experience goes we had a great time.. not sure why there's only enough room for 4-5ppl to sit when 6ppl could sign up to play. I wish there was more seating especially if your party is bigger than 6 when other people are not playing, perhaps an extra chair or something? The menu was a bit frustrating when it came to ordering drinks because there are no drink prices and when I get the bill for 1 drink and it's $20 and small that's a bit alarming.. over all good experience I would recommend but you better go with people who know how to play and have been there before

First time trying Topgolf and it was so fun! It was cool to be on the 3rd floor, gives the field a different view point. Our server was nice and helped us figure out how to use the machine and how to order food using mobile ordering. The menu had a variety of food items. We ordered the shrimp tacos and a margarita. The margarita was ok, the strawberry flavor was too salty for me . Shrimp tacos were pretty tasty, it came with 3. We only booked and hour but it was fun. Trying to play the games kinda ate up alot of our time as the games had animations you watched ( Angry Birds) it was fun to watch the buildings crumble. Definitely would come back again.

Never swing a real golf club before except for the ones at miniature golf. So when I heard of this golf place, I had to check it out. We went here with a group of seven. My friend made the reservation. We all met here at our scheduled time. Check in was simple. Once it was done, they tell us which bay number to go to. There are three levels here. We got the one on the first level. This place is huge. Plenty of parking and it's free. The lobby was nice. They have a gift shop inside. They have a bar on the first floor with a gigantic tv screen to enjoy sports. I didn't get a chance to check out the other upper levels. Maybe next time. I'm pretty sure it is also nice like the first floor. At the bay, they have staffs that come and take your food orders. We ordered a couple light snacks and drinks to enjoy while we each took turns swinging that golf club. There were different type of golf clubs and different length for different height. We had a great time! I thoroughly enjoyed it since this is my first time trying out a real golf club and not the ones at miniature golf. We all left very happy.

I reserved last minute to have a good time with my family and it was such a good experience, I paid 50 dlls for a bay for 6 players, we waited for a few minutes watching a nba game on the giant screen, our spot was a nice lounge area, very nice comfy, we ordered some wings and a burguer and honestly the food were great, wings tasty and crunchy we ordered boneless and bone in, a very good size burger the patty melt it was very delicious, we didn't order any cocktail or alcohol this time so no comments on that area, the service was exceptional, our server was Asia W, she was very nice and helpful...

Enjoyed my daughter's Bday with her friends at Topgolf .... The environment was great and the service was outstanding... Also, we order some food and drinks and everyone enjoyed them... Awesome sports bar and great deals for large parties... Plan to comeback soon to have a good time in the facility.

Worst experience ever. The bartender was rude and aggressive from the second we walked up for absolutely no reason. Our tab was ALREADY being paid by someone in our group and instead of listening she instantly caught an attitude and refused service acting like we were trying to scam them or something. Then when we questioned why she was being so rude, she started acting even more unprofessional and the managers came over just to back up the bad attitude instead of actually helping the situation. She called us plastic commenting negatively I made us feel very uncomfortable . Whole staff was giving jealous, bitter energy and clearly don't know how to talk to customers respectfully. If you hate your job that much maybe don't work in hospitality. Completely killed the vibe of the night and honestly embarrassing customer service. Would never come back.

I've been to this location probably 50 times by now. I love top golf!! I've gone during the week when it was super cheap, I've gone with big parties, during NYE event, at night, during the day, morning, golfed at every floor... you get the point. The NYE event was pretty fun. If a red ball dispensed you got a free gift! My dad won a gift card, pretty cool! They had a buffet with food but it wasn't that great. The games changed which was a bummer not really a fan of the new ones but still fun!! They have foosball on the second and third floor inside and on the bottom floor they have merch. I purchased a super sick golf glove because obviously I'm a pro now ‍ I would rate Top Golf higher if there was consistency. The customer service is either there or not there and most of the time it's not there. It takes a really long time for the server to come back and they usually get the order wrong. Not everyone is polite. There have been a few wonderful servers with upbeat personalities and that's always appreciated!!! I once told a server I liked his BLM bracelet. He took it off and gave it to me!! Super nice! That does not go unnoticed. Lack of customer service could be from understaffing, kitchen issues or how they hire. No idea. But I would definitely go back. Food wise, I love the shrimp tacos they are so good!

My first experience at a Top Gold was in AZ. It was a blast and the food was soooo good. I was hoping this location would offer the same experience considering I've watched this location develop. We came in on Tuesday 5/16/22 for 1/2 off golf. We added our name at 6pm to the 2 hour wait list. During the 2 hour wait we sat at the bar top tables on the 3rd floor for dinner and drinks to kill time. We picked out our area to sit and observed the area and noticed no one greeted us so we had to call over a sever for help. Food: We ordered the Bone-in Buffalo wings which were mild and warm upon arrival, the Smokehouse burger which came with cold fries and burnt bacon as well as the Fried Chicken Heat sandwich with cold tator tots. Drinks: I ordered a Frozen Piña Colada from their spring featured menu however I was told they did not have all of the ingredients to make a piña colada. I settled for the Island Fire Marg which was disgusting. I tried to enjoy the drink after mixing the drink with my straw but was over it and just kept to my water. Throughout our dinning experience our waiter checked up on us 1 time but checked up on his friend who was "studying" at a bar top table next to us who also happened to be an employee at Top Golf. He and other employees check up on him more than checking up on us, a customer. All the other times we needed help we had to flag down someone different every time. We were also confused as to who was who as every employee wore a different color shirt. We didn't know who were the servers, bartenders, runners, supervisors, etc. Once we were done eating we thought we'd check our status on the wait time since almost 2 hours have passed. When we checked they said we still needed an 1 1/2 hour more. We were confused as we were told a 2 hour wait when we arrived which should have been around 8-8:30ish.. We decided to continue waiting over another round of beer and dessert. For dessert we ordered the Double Trouble Cookie Skillet which was AMAZING. Probably just as good as BJs Pazookie. By this time we waited and enjoyed our last few beers and dessert, we for sure thought it was almost time for us to golf. When we checked again the girl said we had another 2 hours to wait. I was like WTF! How is that possible. I asked her as a walk in customer "doesn't our name move up the "walk in list" as people are taken off the list for their golf time. She said no that's not how it works and could not explain why we still needed to wait another 2 hours. We decided to take our name off the "walk in wait list". We later got a text at 11:30 saying out golf bay was ready. I am very disappointed in this establishment and expected better since Top Golf is very popular. My one star is for the Double Trouble Cookie Skillet. read more

Horrible Service. Over priced and you can't even choose what level you can Golf. Plenty of bays opened on 2nd and 3rd floor nobody using. Take your deposit and won't refund you. It's the worst Golf experience ever. Will never attend again. They need to hire better Management people read more

Was super excited to come to Top Golf after experiencing in Oregon. We had a reservation for 430, and they kept giving us the runaround that it would only be another 30minutes. Finally at 7pm we decided to leave to dinner after waiting for so long... they didn't call me until 8pm that our bay was ready. Horrible. read more

I'm not sure why this top golf has such low reviews but I find it extremely fun and affordable! You just need to know what to do to have fun and I am here to help you with that! Every weekday from 10-12, you can go and play unlimited top golf games for $20 at this location as a walk in. You can't do a reservation for this price but just mention it to the front desk lady. For $20 and 2 hours of hitting, you really can't beat that price, plus it's not very crowded so you can hit off the top deck! The food here is very delicious as well. Their wings, nachos and flatbread pizza is affordable and delicious! I highly recommend trying out their food as most of it is around 10-15 dollars and a great edition to playing and enjoying some hitting with your friends. They have lots of different games you can play and angry birds is a great game for advanced and beginners alike. The animation is very cool and fun! The top golf game is also a good one for everyone to see how much they can score. This is a fun place to go if you are looking for something to do during the day or night! I'll definitely be coming back! Keep in mind to being your own golf bag and plastic tees as well if you want a higher one for driver hitting! Have FUN! read more

Made a reservation and put down a deposit for 8:00, we checked in at 8 and were told we wouldn't get in until 9 or 10. Told we could eat or drink at any of their bars, we sat down and tried to get service for 45 mins, nothing. Literally every single table and bar were covered in dirty dishes. We ended up leaving without playing/eating/drinking anything, definitely won't be coming back. Let me be super clear about something though - this is definitely a management issue. Every staff member we were able to talk to was sweet, professional, and helpful. But they're clearly short staffed and badly managed. I feel worse for the employees than I do for the guests. Whatever they're being paid, it's not enough. read more

Came here on Friday(5/26/23) for a family members bday. The bottom bar was busy but the bartenders were sooo good at coming over as soon as they were free. They were both overwhelmed but I have to give it to them...... you saw the hustle. The drinks were really good too. I had a total of four drinks and they were not strong but not weak either. They knew what they were doing. We also got a basket of pretzel bites and the cheese that comes with it sooooo good. The horseradish dip..... not the best. But to each their own. We finally went upstairs for our event (birthday guy was running late like always) as we went upstairs. You can see how busy and packed it was as everyone seems to be having a good time. We got our food orders in a timely manner. Our server was really honest when we asked questions on food and was really nice. The golfing experience itself was really awesome. You got 20 balls a session. Really cool how you can track your ball to see where it lands. Wished there was more seating options because the couches are a little on the small size. 3 people can fit in each side. Sooo for big parties like ours (13 people) be ware. Todays experience has been wonderful! It was my boyfriends 30th and it has been so fun! Our waitress was Melissa and to say she was amazing is an understatement! She has been incredibly accommodating during our first experience here. Continuously checking on us and her demeanor is so pleasant! The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 was because the upstairs bartenders were not very nice or pleasant to walk up to. There were 3 of them and seemed unhappy to have to take an order and honestly I had no idea who was actually taking our order because they had no customer service demeanor. Melissa truly turned our experience around with her positive attitude and great customer service! She even remembered that it was a birthday and had staff come out and chanted "Happy Birthday" which was so special! We had a few appetizers and the pretzel bites are a 10/10!!I would definitely come here again! read more

This place is the worst I made a reservation for 6:15 today at top golf expecting to be playing on a top deck... but I was disappointed when I was checked in at the bottom (because I could go to a normal driving range $100 cheaper) I asked if they could do anything to move me up and they said no. I asked a worker if she could bring a manager I could talk to, and the girl brought out another worker. I asked the other worker if she could bring out the manager and she did but the manager informed me that they could move me up but I would loose 30 minutes of my two hour time slot. I asked if they could refund my mandatory 85 dollar deposit and they said no. So I ended up leaving and missing out on golfing, food and on top of that loosing 85 bucks. It's a total scam and the establishment is guarded with armed security guards who bully customers. read more

I have been waiting for 4 hrs and all the front desk can say is that we can't rely on the time frame given. When they have at least 20 bays open. First time here, I had a great time with my family. The service was great. I only give this place one star because of the disrespectful security guard that "ushered" us out said a an audibly clear, disrespectful comment to myself and my family. As we were leaving the building we tried walking out through the sliding doors but we didn't know they locked them and had guests leave through the patio door. All he said to us was "there you go, there you go" I gave him a confused look. We then realized the sliding doors were locked and we walked out through the patio door where he was standing by. As we walked passed he said, "That's the future of America for you." A completely uncalled for comment when literally 6 guests who have never been to this establishment were all equally confused. I can't believe the experience my party had this evening. Where do I even start... We got there walked to our assigned bay right off the bat the bay computer was not working. It was glitching we told our server she left to find a manager took her about 10 minutes. Cool whatever she could have just moved us I guess it's not that easy. I then asked if she could turn on the heater and she said yes of course. I watch her walk away and not turn it on so I asked the maintenance man to turn it on and he did just that right away. Next we are ready to order some food and drinks. I specifically said NO ALCOHOL and proceeded to order cherry limeades I repeatedly said please no alcohol we do not drink, and a few of us are allergic to alcohol. But she was like yea of course. I'm not sure if she was high but ok cool. She comes back we take a sip of our drink and boom there's alcohol in there. Not sure if it was her first day but yikes that's just crazy. One thing after another. But wait that's not even the crazy part we asked for the check and she comes back with a big smile and says so I made a mistake like girl the whole night you made mistakes but she said I gave your check to a different party but on the bright side their tab is cheaper so. Like what how could you make someone else pay more for things they didn't order. She needs to be fired. Then I go can we get military or law enforcement discount she goes yes and doesn't put it on the check. So I'm like at this point forget it can we just pay we are over this crappy waitress. We want to split the bill 3 ways. She charged my card fully LOL then proceeded to void it then doesn't know how to split the bill in 3. The whole night was a joke. Top Golf needs to hire people who know common sense because the service was an absolute joke. I hate complaining but she made it hard not too. No manager came over to us after all her errors, that just goes to show they hide their errors. I am really writing this review laughing because there was no reason for all this too happen. I left this place with fewer brain cells. read more

Don't believe the MF app! It told me there was a 15 minute wait so I started the one hour drive. When I was about 15 minutes out I opened the app to join the waitlist and the wait was now four hours and the waitlist was full! I thought that was a mistake so I continued my journey. When I got there they told me it was more than a six hour wait. I will never try again! read more

I've seen noticeable improvement in hospitality as a platinum member at this location. Thank you for the continued improvement. Platinum hosts are fantastic especially Vanessa. My only gripe is that the majority of all the EV chargers have been broken since May. I only know 2 for certain that work out of 8. read more

The menu has so many options, the food and drinks are really good in my opinion but can be pricy. Service you get what you pay for not always the case, it's a hit or miss. Our party paid a visit on Mother's Day and our server did her best considering it was a very busy day for them. The family and I love coming here for special occasions and gatherings, each bay has a maximum of 6 people allowed, and not all bays have seating. If you want to make reservations it's best to make a week in advance, kind of a headache when contacting customer service. The areas are usually always really clean, the restrooms clean, bar area and outside area for hangout always fun and clean. My son had an accident, he had a stomach bug and puked in which they were extremely nice about, gave him waters and were really nice about it. Top golf always wants to hear your feedback, so they offer a survey and after the survey they send you a 10$ off your next visit, love that because we've used them as well as appreciate that they care. The price to golf is steep so break open your piggy banks and enjoy. Anyways the kids and family always have a great time so that's all that matters. read more

They won't let you reserve multiple adjacent bays without booking all inclusive. Please get this changed management. Food is decent but a little pricey. Loud music drowned out by commercial fans takes away from the experience. Clubs have seen better days and this place is about a year old. read more

Received a call around 3:36 pm to say they're "event heavy" and it's either they're going to push back the reservation to 9pm or have our reservation cancelled and refunded. I asked if they can reschedule us for next week and they said unfortunately we have to do it ourselves. This is very a big inconvenience when we did reserve for today 12/03 at 6:30pm last week (November 27). We made plans for today, and for them to just cancel all reservations because they have an "event" is extremely infuriating! (which I don't know what event that is deemed important )...I even asked them what happened..they just didn't know there was gonna be an event today and went ahead and blocked it off their reservation system HEAD OF TIME. Also, no coupon or something to compensate for the inconvenience they've caused. Another bad review to coincide their 2.5 overall rating. Definitely pissed about it. I tend to let these things go, but I've never experienced the restaurant/place cancelling our reservation to make way for some "event". I get it, I would have appreciated 3-4 days notice in advance, but instead we got 2 hours notice. Very unprofessional. I felt bad for the girl who had to call all (7 pages worth according to her) of those who reserved today - I'm sure it's not her fault and was out of her control. P.S. the managers should have handled calling the customers they've inconvenienced, instead they let this poor girl handle all irate customers. do better Topgolf management. I've experienced going to Topgolf in Texas and Arizona and not once did have a bad experience and loved it. I'm sure this location hasn't been doing good ever since. read more

Ruined birthday! Don't make plans for a birthday. Made my reservation weeks ago for today at 5:30pm. Top Golf called me at 3pm to CANCEL or push me back 4 hours!!!! They overbooked. My cousin who's birthday we are celebrating was so excited and on his way already because he's coming from out of town. I'm now last minute re-planning a party that will happen in 2 hours! Booked my reservation for my birthday 7 days in advance. (Maximum # of days able to book in advance) Also left a deposit of $30 for the reservation. I was on my way up to Ontario from SD when I get a call from them saying to either push my reservation back 2.5 hours or cancel. What was the point of a reservation and deposit if it is not honored? Terrible service. We love top golf it's so much fun but when the server is rude and not communicative it makes you not want to go back. Server took away our menus and condiments provided on the table around 9:15 (we were on the first floor that closes at 10:15 - which we were not informed of). She grabbed it and walked away which left us confused we thought maybe the kitchen was closed? But we got no warning and were planning to order more food or drinks but had no menus. Then we asked if the kitchen was closed and she said no just cleaning up... an hour early??? We still had 20+ minutes on our game and the option to extend. Then she disappeared and when we finally saw her again we asked to order more drinks. She replied with "are you going to finish your drinks in 12 minutes?" What????? After she realized we were confused she said if you guys extend your time I can put them in but if not I can't. Okay say that then. We then extended our time and ordered drinks. Everything else was fine but she did come back to our screen and swiped her card and pressed some buttons - again with no explanation, lastly she turned off our fan which was just the nail in the coffin, she obviously was trying to rush us out and sat directly behind us for the rest of our game. It made us super uncomfortable.... Really sucks but we won't be coming back, too much money to be treated with a bad attitude. Music was great. read more

This is the worst location I have ever been to. Our party made a reservation and was told a certain time to come back. We come back and was told another 90 minutes. We go back in after 90 minutes and was told another hour and a half. The management at this location is inexperienced and lacks customer service skills. Very disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone. I should have read the reviews before driving from Orange County. Multiple reviews supporting the same issues our party experienced tonight. I would suggest management read the reviews and correct the problem. The employees that work the reservation desk are inexperienced and are lacking in customer service skills. I would blame management for poorly training their employees and putting under qualified people in positions that require more experience. I would give zero star if Yelp would allow it. read more

The Ontario location deserves 0 stars if possible. This place is a disaster. We tried making a reservation a week and days prior, wouldn't work. Then the app said not to make a reservation until we were 15 min out from the location. After driving for an hour from OC, we were 15 minutes out so we tried to book our reservation...the app tells us at 4:00 we will not be able to get in until 7:50-8:45. We decided to go somewhere else to eat to kill time...as we were eating dinner our reservation kept getting bumped back to 8:45-9:45. We called the help number, wasn't helpful at all. We decide to go to Top Golf so we can speak with someone face to face. We explain the situation and they tell us we will have to wait 90 minutes at most. This entire ordeal has turned into a 6 hour endeavor. A complete waste of time & one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. First time at TopGolf & most likely my last. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Update: after they told us 90 minutes max of a wait once we arrived, we decided to wait in the parking. We just went inside to check our time after 45 minutes of sitting in the car and they are now saying another 1.5 hours until a bay is open. What a joke & a waste of time. Driving back to OC after not even getting a chance to golf. This place absolutely sucks. Don't waste your time. Also staff was rude & not helpful whatsoever. read more

Ridiculous waitlist system. At 12pm, we were given 3 pm time and so we got there at 1 pm and spent $150 on food and drinks for a family of 5 only to have our waiting time change to 5:30-6:30pm. We just left. I'm giving a star for the delicious margherita flatbread and ok margarita drink. read more

First time here and was served by Vanessa who was incredibly rude. She was very passive aggressive the whole time she served us and was not attentive what so ever to our table from the start. We then proceeded to ask to speak to a manager who at the time of our service was Joey. He overall took care of our needs and i can't say I have much of a complaint other than the fact that i couldn't help but notice that he kept hovering over our table while speaking to other staff members almost looked like they were gossiping. Toward the end of our service was where it was very obvious that they went back to the rest of the staff and shared our complaints and it felt like they were all retaliating against us because we spoke up against their coworker. Our table had finished and stayed max 5 minutes over our scheduled table and that's when Carlos came into the picture and was aggressively asking us to leave and picking up all of our drinks in which they didn't even ask if we were done with. My friend spoke up against him and he continued to lie saying that they all asked us to leave a long time ago but in reality this was the first time they approached us. Overall experience was terrible and i'd never return it sucks when what should be an enjoyable experience gets interrupted by poorly trained associates. read more

They were not friendly, they were not happy to be there and the customer service was really lacking. It was a disappointment because we really were excited to try this brewery and the beer was good!

Be sure to ask for extra napkins because this sandwich is messy but delicious to eat! The only minor gripe we have was the amount of times out table was approached by a whole slew of staff constantly asking us if we needed anything etc. One to three time during a meal for us is adequate, but it seems like the staff was overcompensating for some previous comments made about several Heroes restaurants having staff who perefer to talk amongst themselcves near the bar than attend to their diners. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner here and look forward to eating at Heroes and Roscoes restaurants often. Hoping the owners will consider opening in the Murrieta/Temeucla area in the near future!

I did not catch her name but she had long braids and suggested a pitcher of soda for our family as a better value than 4 standard drinks. I do want to stress that this is a cashless business and I do not support digital only businesses. I purchased summer bowling passes for my teenagers for a killer deal but am concerned on how they will be able to purchase snacks if I'm not there with my credit card but I believe there's a machine that converts cash into card. I'm not certain if that's what I heard. They had a lot of fun games for all ages to play. Beware as per usual to most Arcades with the exception of D&B's in my opinion it's going to take several $100's if not $1000's of dollars to obtain a decent prize. Unless you win jackpots. My boy's plan to save their tickets until they can get Something they want. There were a-lot Of teenage congregant's as usual to any arcade. Both visits had the same issue: the group next to us had no sense of bowling etiquette, and it was never addressed by staff. Their parties were oversized and ended up spilling into our space sitting in our seats, placing drinks on our table, and generally taking over the shared area. On top of that, their kids repeatedly came over to our lane, touching our tablet and interfering with our game. It made it really hard to enjoy what we paid for. What made it worse is that both times, the groups next to us were visibly drunk. That kind of environment might be expected at a bar, but when it starts impacting other guests' experience especially families it becomes a problem. There didn't seem to be any staff intervention to manage the situation or maintain a respectful atmosphere. Another frustrating point was the check-in process. I brought my own Brunswick bowling shoes, but I was still told I had to rent a pair anyway. The employee even said I could "just do whatever with them," which honestly makes no sense and feels like an unnecessary charge. Policies like that don't feel customer-friendly. To be fair, Big Al's is a fun place overall. The arcade games and general hangout vibe are great, and I'd still come back for that. But the bowling experience itself just isn't worth it based on what I've experienced. There's definitely room for improvement staff should be more proactive about enforcing basic bowling etiquette, making sure groups stay within their assigned seating areas and respect neighboring lanes. Better monitoring, especially when alcohol is involved, could help prevent disruptive behavior. I really wanted to like Topgolf in Ontario, but our experience was extremely disappointing. We made a reservation and waited about 30 mins to be seated. When we were finally taken to our station, it was on the lower floor, tucked away in the farthest corner - even though several open, more central stations were available on the upper floor. We approached the managers, Samme and Joey, to politely ask if we could move to a better location. I explained that we were celebrating an early birthday and wanted to make the experience special, especially since it was the first time for some of us. I also mentioned that my sister, who is eight months pregnant, needed easier access to the restroom. Being placed in the farthest corner made her frequent trips to the restroom much more difficult and uncomfortable. Rather than offering any understanding or empathy, both managers were incredibly condescending. They insisted their system was "locked" and there was nothing they could do, even though plenty of bays remained open and unoccupied throughout the night. What's worse, during the 20-minute conversation with the managers, our reservation time was still ticking away - and at no point did they warn us that this would cut into our playtime. The refusal to accommodate my pregnant sister makes me question whether they're capable of accommodating people with disabilities at all. If their system truly "randomly assigns" stations and they claim they cannot override it, I wonder how they manage to provide accessible options for guests who need them. To top it off, the bay we were assigned was awkward and impractical. Being in the corner meant we had to shoot sideways to even reach any targets. It felt like we were shoved into the least desirable spot, despite planning ahead with a reservation. Overall, this experience left us frustrated and disappointed. The lack of care for guest experience, the dismissive attitude of the staff, and the failure to accommodate simple requests make it unlikely that we'll return anytime soon. read more

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service we received at your Ontario, CA location. Our food order was not processed despite two separate inquiries. We were informed that the kitchen had misplaced the order on both occasions, which we find highly improbable. Furthermore, our server failed to attend to our table after our initial inquiry regarding the delay. Upon our second inquiry, Assistant Manager Olivia assured us that our order had finally been placed. However, we were then informed that we had only 15 minutes remaining at our table and were advised to relocate to an indoor table. This was not a viable option due to the size of our party. Consequently, we remained at our table until our food arrived and our children had completed their meals. Subsequently, security personnel were summoned, which caused distress to my daughter. We communicated our intention to settle the bill and depart once our children had finished eating. Despite this, law enforcement was contacted. Once our children had completed their meals, we vacated the table, but encountered difficulty in locating staff to process our payment. At this point, police officers requested our departure, which was not possible until the bill was settled. The presence of security and law enforcement personnel caused significant distress to our children. This series of events, which severely impacted our New Year's celebration with family and friends, appears to stem from operational inefficiencies on a holiday. We believe the errors in our food and beverage order were a direct result of these issues. Initially, Ms. Olivia was unresponsive to our concerns, and I had to persistently advocate for appropriate customer service. This entire experience was exceptionally regrettable. read more

Driven a total of 2 hours in excitement as my family and I enjoy golfing especially me and my brother. Prior to our trip we made sure to call and ask about their policy regarding walk/ins and was greeted with the green light even conveying to the workers our estimated time of arrival and all were a go. As we arrived we were greeted by a rude worker that stated that the "complex is no longer accepting walk-ins" and from that we were down in morale even having to comfort my son Charlie as he was truly devastated by the news. Then we just said we can still settle for those injectable donuts that have been surfacing everywhere due to popularity. The security guard in the front was very kind and directed us to go inside and you may order even when you dont have a bay. Yet as we try to get a hold of workers they utterly ignore us especially this one worker in a pink uniform. After a few minutes of wandering we finally got a hold of a worker and they said we must have a bay to order the food and at this point we gave up on the whole idea. Overall wished we had a better experience with this place due to the fact that it has all the amenities for good golfing and good fun yet we came out disappointed as we head towards home. Just think the staff needs to be trained to convey correct information before having people head over and waste their time. I visited Top Golf recently with some friends and overall had a great experience. The concept of combining golf and entertainment is genius, and we had a blast playing the various games and challenges. However, there were a few hiccups that kept me from giving Top Golf a perfect score. Firstly, the machine we were using malfunctioned a few times, which caused some delays in our game. We had two bays and one of the two were down for the first 30 minutes of our 2 hour reservation. This was frustrating, but the staff was quick to respond and get us back up and running. Additionally, the service was a bit slow, and we had to wait quite a while for our food and drinks to arrive. It was a Friday night, I understand they can be busy, but the waitress mentioned a few times that the delay was due to lack of glassware.. which also meant our beers came in room temps glasses vs chilled. Not a big deal but still, warm beer glasses aren't fun. Despite these issues, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They apologized for the delays and were attentive to our needs throughout the evening. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help made the experience much more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great time at Top Golf and would definitely recommend it to others. While there were a few bumps in the road, the staff's friendly demeanor and dedication to customer service more than made up for any inconveniences we experienced. read more

First time at top golf Saturday 8/13 & was definitely not what I expected. Went for a company team building event. Was checking in on the monitor to play (standing on the safety side on the red line marked on the floor) yet while entering my information on the monitor I was hit on the top of my head with a golf ball. It broke in half and my head started bleeding. Note we had not started playing so this ball was from another next door party. Once we notified employee of what happened I was given a rag with ice and no manager or other employees came to follow up. The employee that gave me the ice, picked up the ball from the floor and never came back. My co workers and manager were all aware of the lack of attention given to the issue. Once asked what were they going to do they said all they could do I call paramedics if needed. I waited it out but no employees or manager ever followed up on my well being. I did not play and waited for event to end with ice on my head. 4 days later and I still have the knot on my head and scab wound that is healing. Overall nice place, seems fun but staff is not concerned on guest injuries nor attentive on food ordered. After the hit we waited another 45mins to get our food /drinks, again no manager ever came out to check if things were addressed. Our company will not be there again for team building events. Disappointing Experience at Topgolf. I recently had a terrible experience at Topgolf. We went last night with friends, and despite booking our reservation the night before, things quickly went downhill. We arrived a couple of hours early and requested a bay on the 2nd or 3rd floor. Instead, we were assigned a ground-floor bay in the corner, which wasn't what we had hoped for. As soon as we were assigned the ground-floor bay, I approached the front desk to ask for a change and even offered to wait, but they were dismissive, saying my time had already started, and if I didn't use the bay, I'd lose my deposit. It felt like they were just brushing me off without any consideration for my request. The field was cluttered with golf balls, and the ball-picking vehicle wasn't keeping up, which made the experience visually chaotic and distracting. Balls were even dropping into our bay from players above on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I spoke with the manager, Danny, who was unhelpful and seemed indifferent to the situation. I've been to this Topgolf location several times before, but this experience was by far the worst. If I could, I'd give it zero stars. The customer service was unacceptable, and the staff needs better training to be more accommodating and understanding toward guests. read more

Booked a two bay event. Planned proactively a few months prior to arrival. This venue is probably the most unorganized you'll ever experience. Vegas, much more fun, organized, and lively. Sales team here are horrible, unaccountable, and unorganized. Front desk, even worse. No one knows what to do or who to contact when issues arise. We arrived 30 minutes before scheduled event. Front desk claimed our event did not exist even though we'd received a confirmation call from sales the morning of and I had my signed event contract with $350 non refundable deposit receipt. Waited over an hour to finally secure assigned bats only to come to find two parties were already playing in assigned bays. Another 30 minute wait and finally assigned a bay (2nd floor instead of top floor). Nothing but excuses and finger pointing by staff with almost a feeling like we were bothering them for being disappointed with the experience. Company event of 10. Lots of money spent that day. Left on our own to figure out the computers, no assistance provided (fortunately I'd been there before so I knew what to do to get started). Don't book it unless you have to is my advice. I'll never go back with friends, family, or company. read more
