Topgolf is always good fun - though sometimes a little planning is needed when they get busy. They have good food options (the tacos and doughnuts being my favorite) and staff are very friendly. I will say its weird how you have to "start a tab" to order food, even if you're paying cash, but I guess they have their rules for a reason. On another note, figuring out the score board isn't as confusing as other places. I've gone in groups of 5 to 10 people, but I can see how it can be tricky if you need space for a bigger group. When they are busy, service gets pretty slow. You just have to focus on the game to pass the time. read more

My first time going, and it was an absolute blast! Let's start with the staff, who were incredibly friendly! As soon as we got to our table, a couple servers came by to take drink orders, and later food ones as well. I ordered the Cheesy Mac Bites, and I was shocked at how quickly they were brought out! I love how they came with both ranch and tomato bisque sauces - the tomato bisque was perfect for the freezing cold weather. Speaking of cold weather, despite the rain/sleet, we were able to stay dry and toasty warm the entire time. I wasn't sure if the heaters were going to be enough, but they were perfect. I spent an hour here with some friends. The wait for our station was only about 15 minutes, and we came on a busy Friday night. The place overall is clean, and the setup is nice. Our server was friendly, too. There was one kind of annoying thing - it didn't seem like the ball tracking was working properly. We'd hit balls that went past certain holes, but it would just mark it as landing in the hole / target. Or vice versa - a ball would land in a target, but the tracking wouldn't recognize it. So the score was questionable. However, it was still a fun experience, and is great for golfers of any skill level. I would give 5/5 stars however their current process for making weekend reservations for parties of 8 isn't the best. We went for half price play Tuesday's! We went at 5:30 with 4 of us and it wasn't that packed at all. Our server was super nice and the atmosphere was great. I recommend the Buffalo chicken dip. I unfortunately didn't snag a pic of it but we also got chips and salsa which was pretty good! This time however we got the boneless BBQ wings and they were not with the money at all. They did not have great taste and I couldn't finish them. I also ordered a side of fries and they were not good. If you go definitely check out the Buff dip and other appetizers, but be cautious of the wings. Just my opinion but I did not think it was worth it. Our visit to Topgolf today was alright. We had a rough start, but after all the bumps it was enjoyable. We had reservations set for this for multiple days, yet once we arrived we had to wait. We were supposed to receive a text message saying that our bay was ready, but still after approximately 30 minutes of standing around nothing happened. We eventually went back up to the counter for a second time to ask about the holdup. Apparently the employees thought we didn't check in prior to this event. So then, we go to our bay, just to find out that the bay was idle too long for us to use it. This wouldn't be our fault due to the lack of communication from Topgolf. So they relocated us to a new bay and gave us 20 extra minutes for our troubles. The fans kept us relatively cool in this Kansas heat. The servers were sweet and the drinks were good. After the first few problems, our experience went smoothly. We had fun and would definitely recommend Topgolf to everyone. Apart from the one screwup, which I'm sure is very uncommon, it is a fantastic place to be. We didn't purchase any food, but last time I came to Topgolf it was great. The environment was very fun and enjoyable. Overall, we are glad we picked to spend our day at Topgolf. read more

This. Was. Fun!! I don't get to play golf as often as I like, but I thought it would be fun to check this out with some friends and see what it was all about. I decided not to take my own clubs as I didn't want to have others think I was some great player, then laugh uncontrollably when they saw my lack of skills. We have heard this location is always busy, so I made a reservation in advance for $150 to have a bay ready for us when we arrived. It included a wonderful appetizer and a bucket of bottled water. We had a blast! I wish I would have taken my own clubs as the drivers available are not "great" and I would have been more relaxed with my own. But they do offer clubs for you to use so you don't have to take your own. The service was attentive, the beer selections were vast, as well as the food options, and fun was had by all of us. Fun times with great company! We were celebrating my friend's 35th birthday and after a nice brunch Top Golf was next in the list. It was 75 degrees and rather perfect for a decent game of golf. The facility is HUGE and strangely there's only one set of bathrooms on each floor. Probably my only complaint as my friend's mother relies on a cane so using the ladies room was a bit of a hassle. Our server seemed to be annoyed by us rather than helpful. The drinks were good, no one ordered food as I mentioned prior, we left brunch about 30 minutes before golfing. I've never actually played golf before besides the Wii so this was quite interesting. First 10-12 swings were pitiful LOL All in all, I had a great experience. Plus $35 an hour seemed appropriate. I was recently at Topgolf for a work function. It was so fun to watch each of us play golf. I feel like as a team we have grown closer or at least more comfortable with each other. We had 4 bays, all next to each other so we were still able to converse with everyone, while being able to play in our bay. We also had some appetizers. They were very yummy! I really liked the chicken strips, but I do wish they were more bite sized. We also had tickets for drinks and the service on ordering those drinks was great. They also made sure at the end of our time that everything went well. Side note: don't worry if it's chilly out there's heaters work extremely well. We had to turn off the heaters because they work so well. Overall this is a great place to hang with a group, whether a group of friends or colleagues. read more

My husband and I came here the day of the Super Bowl parade. We were planning to be in town for a concert, but it just so happen that the parade was on the same street as our hotel, so we needed to kill some time before heading to the hotel. and I'm SO THANKFUL we stopped here for a little. We were greeted and helped immediately. It was really easy to sign up. Even though I am not a golfer, I had a really fun time. It was snowing when we were here but it didn't matter, the staff was so nice and the bays were all heated so it was perfect. We even asked for the parade to be put on the tv in our bay and the staff happily helped us! It was really easy to follow the instructions once the staff gave us a little demo. Once again, I am not a golfer but it was really fun. My husband did really well! We got some soda and apps and it was all together like $70. Which I think it not that bad! Finally! I have been invited, by others, so many times but never made it. I must say this place is huge on the inside. There are 3 levels and a total of 102 bays. Each bay can hold up to 6 people. Go figure! If you did the math, that's 612 people, which does not include the people that work here or those hanging out in the bar area. I was here for a work event and must say the transaction between Natalie and myself prior to the event went very smoothly. We were greeted by the host and then Kristie (event coordinator) met us in the lobby to take us to the bays. The food was set up buffet style and we had more than enough to feed a group of 12 people. There was so much left over but they don't allow you to take any home. I can understand why. It sits out for 3 or more hours. Due to safety reasons, they dispose of it. Just went to top golf for two hours with a group of eight. Knowing that the bays were laid out for groups of six, I called ahead and was assured that we would be able to pull up two chairs. Upon arrival our waitress pulled up two chairs from an empty table and we sat to start playing and order drinks. When we were starting our first game another waitress came over and said we needed to give up the other chairs. When we mentioned that the other waitress said it was okay and we'd prefer to keep the chairs, we were met with a ~super~ polite reply of "that's not how it works. Two of you are just going to have to stand". Not wanting to cause a scene we coughed the chairs up and two of our party stood. Those chairs then proceeded to sit completely unused for the entirety of our two hour session. Overall a bad experience. Rude staff. Slow service. Okay food. I would not recommend this specific top golf to anyone with two brain cells to rub together. read more

My husband and I had the best time tonight w/our future golfers! My kids loved the kids meals and getting kids clubs perfect for their size. The sauce and bacon were the best part of the burger. I just wished the patty wasn't so tough/dry. The flavor was there, though. The chicken nachos are our favorite. That chimichurri drizzle on top of the nacho chips were everything. And no meal at Topgolf is complete without the injectable donut holes. A fun, interactive dessert for kids and adults, alike! They have a seasonal flavor of hazelnut that I was so pumped about, but it was sold out. Instead, we got the Bavarian cream (a go-to) and the raspberry jelly. Be careful; they're addicting! Service was great; our server Eve? Eva? (I'm so sorry if I'm remembering wrong, but she had long red hair) was so sweet and accommodating. Sat in the parking lot while it was raining. Website said no wait time. Went inside and 45 mins wait. Truly a bait and switch technique. Come on in with no wait and then 45 mins. They never have enough help here to open all floors and the management seems unable to help. Love TopGolf but this location appears to be poorly managed or they can't get enough help. Even in 0 degree weather with snow on the ground, still was a great time. With climate control bays, overhead heaters and heated seating, you are still kept pretty warm. Only down fall playing in such cold weather was the computer system was extra slow. Our waitress was super attentive, helpful, and friendly. My family and I (8 people total) were able to reserve a bay for a couple of hours during the night. Topgolf has become an annual event where we all take turns competing against each other for the highest score by hitting the targets. Their staff is always helpful and willing to help us in any way we see fit! We were a bit worried being there in colder weather, but they have heaters that make the bays very enjoyable to use! The golf balls have GPS chips in them and there is a screen that tracks where your golf ball is when you hit it. It tracks the speed of the ball, the hang time in the air, and many other things! I would recommend getting a reservation if you are goin at night on the weekend. They are usually pretty busy! Also would recommend hitting from the second and third floors, as it is a fun experience to be above ground level hitting golf balls! read more

This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. I had a party there two months ago and spent 12,000.00. There was an issue with the bill which they said they would fix after (refund and re bill) but I have heard NOTHING despite multiple emails, calls, visits. Be careful if you spend any money here. Good food options as well. The only thing I didn't like is the wait. I understand they are super busy and honestly it sucks that you can't really make reservations. We went there and were informed that we had to wait about 2-3 hours before it was our turn. We went back home and had to rush back, since they only give you about a 15 min timeframe to check-in after you are informed it's your turn. I guess plan other activities you can do in the meantime? We've been to Top Golfs in other cities and were so excited when this location opened. We have been here multiple times now and each time the bay service continues to be rather poor. I have never had an ideal visit since the location opened. I hoped after each visit that the bay service would be better but unfortunately it still has not. Each time I've been there it takes FOREVER to get our food. Whenever we get our food, something is always incorrect or we just don't receive everything. One time we put in our order at the bar while waiting on the bay. A few minutes later our bay was ready so they switched it over to the bay servers. We were almost done with our first hour before all of our food arrived. Another time we ordered the wings and asked to have the sauce on the side. It took 3 tries before it came out correctly. After that, it has taken no more than 2 tries to get it correct so I guess there was some improvement... The actual golf experience itself deserves 4 stars. It's always a lot of fun but can get pretty pricey. I also like that there are things to do while you wait for your bay. My kids really liked when they used to offer video games on the first level but I think they took that away. read more

Went to Top Golf on a Saturday Afternoon. It was pretty busy and I figured there would be a wait time for a bay. I was surprised that there was a bay available for my date and I immediately after we requested for one. As we headed towards our assigned bay, we were greeted by our waitress Sara. It has been a while since my date and I played a game at top golf. We both didn't have much knowledge on how to get started but Sara was extremely helpful on setting our first game up. We decided to order a few appetizers and couple drinks. I recommend the Bacon Mac N Cheese eggrolls! They are a life changer. Our second appetizer was the the chicken quesadilla and that was good too. For drinks I ordered the Watermelon Margarita and my date had the Strawberry margarita. Unfortunately both were on the rocks. Would have been nice if they were frozen. There wasn't anything memorable about the drinks in my opinion. Dropped by Topgolf on a weekend afternoon with some friends. We tried to make a reservation in advance, but they have a pretty ridiculous policy of charging $50 to do so, which does not go to play time or food/drink. We chanced it and arrived early, and were quoted a 45 minute wait. 1.5 hours later, we were set up in our bay and ready to golf. Once established, we had a great time. They accommodated our party with lefty and kids clubs, and everyone got to golf plenty. Service was prompt and kind, and prices fairly reasonable on all the food and drink. They have standard bar fare - we got pretzel bites, the hummus plate, and some draft beers. It was a little cold, but the heater system they have will keep you plenty warm. Overall we had a good time, just be prepared to wait for a bay. read more

Hosted an event here. Very disappointed on the lack of assistance from the staff. None of the scoring worked. We needed to reset the games multiple times over a 2 hour period. The server was nice and attentive, however the rest of the staff was too busy talking to each other and hanging out. They charge a pretty hefty price for mediocre service. Keep in mind that we can't give half of a star, and I was with a fairly large group. The group size is DEFINITELY a factor in some of the criticism. So, your experience will likely be different with less than 40 people. (LOL!) And, because I was with a group that had catered a lunch, the menu selection was much more limited than it actually is. The menu items that we had selected had clearly been sitting for a bit by the time that we got to them. Understandable. You don't cook for that many people at the last minute. However, some things were just over cooked. And, that is totally avoidable. That said, I feel that if the timing had been executed a little better those issues would be resolved. They were also a little slow getting things out. But, again, groups this size are unwieldy. The staff did a great job of explaining the game and the rules. They were available to help if anything went wrong. You really don't have to have much skill to have a great game. And, the facility is sheltered so that you can play regardless of the weather. I know that the folks in my group had a great time. Again, if I had partial stars, this would be like a 3.75. I feel like there were some built in whammies for the staff that should be considered in my review. I totally want to try it again, with a smaller group to see how the experience is different. This is great for about 6-8 people because you're just active enough to not pull out your phone and scroll, and there's enough down time for you to talk to each other and catch up on stuff. read more

Came here with my family, 5 of us altogether, after dinner for my dad's birthday. Prices were great at $45/hr for a bay (on a Sunday night around 10) which can include up to 6 players. Expect to pay an additional $5/person for a membership card, however, this is just a one time fee for a lifetime membership. Facility is architecturally beautiful and stimulating with all the different target lights. Great technology system. Relaxing seating area that promotes great socialization. They also serve food and drinks here! We had just came from dinner so we weren't too hungry, therefore, we just ordered chips and guacamole/salsa to snack on - great snack to share, and it was only $7. My dad ordered a cold bud light for only $5, pretty decent. We had a great time as a family. Great place for family and friends to gather and hangout! So why 4 stars: service was okay. Came back a 2nd time with a group of 11, 2 bays. I tried the char grilled steak flatbread and signature nachos. The nachos are wayyyy tastier than they appear!
