We made a walk-in reservation through the Topgolf app and were seated at our bay within about 20 minutes of arriving, which was great. Unfortunately, we weren't told ahead of time that the screen in our bay wasn't working. This took away from the experience since we couldn't fully see our shots or properly play the games, and we had to keep looking back at a smaller TV to track everything. Our local spot is in El Sugundo, Los Angeles, so we have been here before. We were a foursome and only had drinks since it was before lunchtime. The service is great, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is great. Overall, it was a fun time. There are several games to play for match play and even similulatd courses if you play more than two hours. Whenever we're in town for soccer, the one place my kids must come to is Top Golf! We had reservations for 9:45p on a Friday night, it was pretty busy so we waited a bit after our time slot but no big deal. We got to our bay at 10p and of course my kids wanted to get straight into it. They have left handed sets of clubs if needed, which is nice because we have one lefty in the Fam. I FINALLY made it here after attempting to go many times with an epic fail! I never thought that I'd enjoy golfing but turns out, it was actually fun! Of course, I need to let you guys know about the food...I had a cheeseburger with tots which were actually pretty good! The burger wasn't dry and came with all of the fixings. I liked being on the ground level to golf vs 2nd or 3rd levels because, in my opinion, it feels more realistic on ground level whereas, on the 2nd and 3rd floors... felt awkward. (Hard to explain) My only complaint are the freaking flies...OMG THEY ARE EVERYWHERE!!! IT'S LIKE, INVASION OF FLY LAND OR SOMETHING! They didn't land on me but they were all over the freaking place buzzing around, all over the tables and around everyone's heads. Ickkk Drove everyone insane! We came here at 10pm on a Friday night. 45 min-1 hr wait. That was fine, we were okay waiting. It wasn't too busy and our bay was ready in 20 min. . Lower level. We went to the desk and asked if we could get a higher level. We were told that we could but it would cut into our golfing time, so, if we had to wait another 45 min for a higher bay we would only be allowed to golf for 15 min.. never heard of that but okay, we decided to just golf on the lower level. We have 2 kids 14 and 11. They were disappointed. We would have waited for the higher level if we could have still golfed for the hour that we wanted. Anyways. My kids are both left handed golfers. We asked an employee for left clubs and he said he would be right back with them. We kept waiting, and then saw that employee helping someone else. Disappointed again, we found another employee and he was able to grab the clubs. My husband approached the first employee which he said he told our server. (Our mistake because we had already started the game prior to receiving the clubs) This was our first time at the location, we have visited other locations and never felt this disappointed in the service provided. We felt rushed and ended up just hitting the balls under everyone's name. The games continued to freeze on us. The food was just okay. The only plus side was the food came out fast after ordering. Top Golf... I've been several times (various locations) for work events, and it works well for work events. The concept and execution is clearly successful. To start things off I had an incredible Diet Coke. This is where things went downhill. Apart from nearly tearing my labrum and finding my dreams of having a Wanamaker in my hand quickly fade away, we decided to order the STUFF IT YOURSELF doughnuts. Long story short the chocolate syringe made me it's b-word. Moments after asking for the doughnuts consent and pushing the syringe inside for some reason it was not coming. Look, I'm no golf pro. Not even close. Not even going to pretend I even have a clue about it. But even if you aren't into golf, Topgolf is still SUCH a good time. This location is absolutely beautiful and has incredible views of the mountains. We were visiting with friends in Phoenix and decided this is what we felt like doing for the afternoon. We checked in, and had to wait about 15 minutes for our booth to be ready to go, so we went into their restaurant and ordered some drinks while we waited. Once we got to our booth, the fun began. Our server came over and explained the rules to us and helped us set everything up. One of my friends is left handed and they even have special golf clubs they can bring you if you are a lefty, which is great. You just have to request it. I had quite a few mimosas, and we even ordered some food, too. The food isn't too bad! I would compare it to your typical bar food. We just ate a bunch of appetizers and they were delicious. I think my favorite was the macaroni balls. The buffalo chicken dip wasn't too bad at all either. For the most part, we played the game of Topgolf, but they have different games you can switch between if you feel up to the challenge. It was hard enough me hitting one section without really aiming for anything, so we just stuck to the typical Topgolf one. I still am curious how they track the dang ball. I'm assuming there's some kind of chip in there that tracks it?! Whatever it is, I'm incredibly impressed. During the week, too, I think we paid $40 per hour, which wasn't bad at all. Since there were four of us there, it ended up being $10 per person, so basically what we would have spent if we went bowling or something, only this way, we got to enjoy beautiful weather outside. The people next to us had kids there, and while I think kids would enjoy, I would probably wait till they are a little older to do it, otherwise they could get pretty frustrated. I'm a grown woman, and hitting this golf ball far enough to even get some points was not easy for me (still fun tho), but I would be pissed if every time I hit it it just kinda rolled off the edge of the bay haha. The ball dispenser stopped working when we had an hour left. They said they'd send somebody over 2 different times when we asked, but they never sent anybody over to fix it. We had to pay for an hour and a half but we didn't get to play for an hour and a half. I joined my work family for our first event post pandemic. It was absolutely fantastic to see so many people after more than a year away from each other. The fans were blowing strong, but the mist didn't last long, so we got hot and sweaty pretty quickly. That is to be expected in June in Arizona. The food that was served was really good and it came out in tiers, which was nice. It is awesome that lettuce and tomatoes were on a plate next to the sliders. I ordered a Strawberry Pina Colada, and OMG, it was so good!!! I had recently injured my lower back, so I wasn't up to playing, but it was so much fun to watch everyone else play. I really appreciated the fact that I didn't have to play golf just to be there! Only one person in my bay was playing, but we had a blast anyway, talking and catching up. We had a great time in Scottsdale celebrating double birthdays at Topgolf. We made reservations for 2 bays ahead of time. There was a food & beverage minimum that had to be met and we actually ended up ordering food to take home just to meet it... This is during Covid and we made sure precautions were being taken before making our plans. We were ensured and instructed that masks were required in all public areas of the facility. The only place where they werent required was within your private bay amongst your own group. That was good to know. Nevertheless, some of us decided to still keep our masks on. I did notice upon arriving, there were signs alluding to these requirements and we were also asked permission to have each of our temperatures checked upon entering. I was good with that. No complaints from me. Jordan took care of both our golf bays. He was great and a good sport. There were a total of 7 adults and 2 kids in our party. We played for 2 hours and ordered/enjoyed all kinds of food & drinks. Topgolf was even nice enough to refrigerate the bday bundts cakes the girls ordered for the birthday celebrants (1 adult/1 child). It was fun trying to hit a target and keep track of everyone's scores. Individual names are entered via touch pad just as you would at a bowling alley. One of our friends even landed a ball on one of the targets and he was awarded a souvenir ball and a photo op with the staff for his score. That was fun for him and our group. We all had a great time and a lot of laughs. This was the 1st outing for all of us during Covid and this was in the month of June so it was a big deal that we all felt comfortable and safe. We ordered everything from cocktails to buckets of beers for drinks. Waters all around were provided. We had the chicken nachos which were great. Tatet tots & grilled cheese for the kids. Pepperoni pizza for the teenagers. Steak salad and various wings for the adults. Good times. Great venue. The only thing I saw that was a negative in my opinion was that not all the misters were working. It was a typical very warm Phoenix area Summer evening, so that would have helped. We reserved a teen birthday package, I paid $850 total after a couple add ons. If the food was decent it would've been worth it. The food was cold and served exactly at the start of the reservation... it didn't get eaten at all. Don't order birthday packages!!.... just order a bunch of tacos... they're much better. We wasted so much food & at times I felt like we were bothering our host (we had 5 teenagers & 8 adults). Topgolf is incredible! I really enjoyed my trip here because I came with people who both know how to golf and some who are terrible at golfing. What I love with Topgolf is it allowed all levels of golfers to be on a level playing field because of the fun games that they have. You can buy drinks here and the drinks are honestly not that bad! It was only $4-$6 depending on the drink. It truly surprised me seeing reasonable prices for beers on draft. I also loved how easy it was for us to split all the tabs. We had 5 people and each one of us had our own tab. We also were able to split the cost for the bay itself. So the bay was about $50 and it came with all the clubs, balls, games, and a comfy couch. Splitting that 5 ways was very easy and makes the price worth it. Overall I will definitely be back! This place is a lot of fun! read more

I helped host a PHX Pax Top Shot meet up here last week! The staff were incredible and made the event super easy to organize. We reserved 7 bays for about 40 attendees. We preordered the "All-American" buffet-style food package, which included angus beef sliders, chicken tenders (special shoutout to the epic honey mustard sauce), and some chips and fruit. This was just the right amount of food for our group of 40. Topgolf also provided an option for a beverage package to purchase drink tickets in advance to make ordering easy for attendees. We had a few unused tickets leftover at the end of the event, and they let us redeem them for Red Bulls to take home. Our servers were incredibly attentive and friendly. They walked each guest up to our section of bays upon arrival, and ensured everyone was taken care of throughout the entirety of the reservation.
