Sam came over and looked at the job, and gave me an estimate, which was fair, for the work. Like I said, this was a difficult project, and ran into a number of snags. As S&N proceeded with the demolition of the deck, there was a water pipe that needed to be rerouted, a gas pipe that needed to be removed, multiple electrical wirings that needed to be removed, and the main power cables that ultimately had to be replaced. S&N was great in working with all of these setbacks as we got them done, and finally got to the business of placing the patio pavers. Sam had great recommendations for how this should be done, and decided on two occasions that what was planned was not going to work. He always was up front and communicative about any changes. Both times he had to tear up what had already been done, to then replace the work with what was going to work best. Over a 10 day period of time, working in cooperation, I finally had a great new paver patio. I just need to do some siding repair and landscaping. It was my 1st time using their services and I can only say incredible things about them. Their price was very competitive. Very clean work and helped me with a few of my requests. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
