I had Safe Auto Transport move my truck from Kentucky to California. The good news is that the…read moretruck arrived with no damage. The bad news is that the truck was missing parts. Two parts went missing that were in the front trunk: the tire repair compressor kit that was screwed down and the dual level charger. Upon receiving my truck, I asked the driver to add a note to the BOL (Bill of Lading) that the parts were missing. He said he did not know how, and asked me to sign. I refused. He called someone named Sam. Sam said he was busy eating lunch and that I should sign and he would update it later. I refused. They eventually updated the BOL stating the missing parts. However, upon calling Safe Auto Transport, they would do nothing about this. If you use Safe Auto Transport to move your vehicle, don't leave anything inside it, even if it is attached to the vehicle!
