    I gave poor Ken the nastiest car to clean up for sale! It hadn't been washed or vacuumed in 6 years, yet used daily by my kid. OMG what a fantastic job they did!!! Took their time in the heat to impress. Big job! I will be recommending him 1000% On time, honest, polite and a delight! I will be using him again on my daily drivers moving forward! A lot easier Ken.... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

    Ken - Attacking my character and making slanderous remarks and flat out lying about what I did and didnt say to you or your workers doesn't make you a better person. Your short comings as a business owner or a person are not my fault nor my issue to resolve. And as far as me getting something for nothing well being a bully doesn't make you right either. Why would I leave a cash tip?!?! ** Let me start by saying this - if you are able to give the vendor a detailed list of all the areas you want cleaned/detailed in your car then absolutely hire this company. Also, if you are able to sit and watch them clean the aforementioned areas and not walk away or leave them unsupervised then yes absolutely hire them. However, if you are not able to do so then read the below. I attached a few pics and a video but didnt have time to photograph and to post all the areas that were left less than clean in my car. I was referred to this company by another vendor I've done business with for over 5 years so my expectations were pretty high to start. My intial message to the vendor after noticing problem areas. Message: Dear Ken/Xclusive Mobile Detailing: I am writing to resolve the issue of my car not being properly detailed on Friday July 12, 2019. I sent you a text message at 5:09PM on Friday after realizing there were a few areas missed. I did not get a response. I text again on Saturday July 13, 2019 at 1:52 pm to which I received an auto reply that indicated you were driving and would get back to me later - and I am still waiting to hear back from you - today is Monday July 15, 2019 at 1:38 PM. Friday night is when I also noticed my windshield interior was also dirty/greasy - which wasn't visible during the day time. I have video of this. In addition to the areas like the interior passenger door area above the seatbelt that was dirty and the cup holder area that was also not properly cleaned. I have photos of this. I am writing to request the detail be re-done or a complete refund of the $129 that was paid so that I may take my business elsewhere. Thank you for your time and consideration. The Vendor's response: Dionne, we walked the car with you and you were completely satisfied with the car. I am sorry that later you found one thing you were not happy with. We did our job and you said we were done and you were satisfied.  At this point I am not issuing a refund when the work was completed and you were happy at the time. I dont think you go back to restaurant asking for your money back after you ate and get sick.  Have a wonderful day!  My follow up reply: Hello Ken: It was a rushed walk through and it wasn't one thing Ken. I had to point out various areas. I trusted that your company did the job and detailed in detail which isnt the case. How am I supposed to know the windshield wasn't properly cleaned? Or that i have to check every single inch of the vehicle rather than expect that you did the task that you were hired to do. I also requested that the detail be redone or at least the areas that were neglected be fixed.  Not just refund my money.  As you mentioned you are big on customer service however that doesn't seem to be the case in this instance.  You had also indicated it may take up to 2.5 hours and when I returned to observe your working on the car you exclaimed you all were almost done it had been less than an hour. Let me know if and when you are able to return and address the problem areas. Thank you so much. **** After not hearing from the vendor I attempted to dispute the charge with the credit card company so at least I could take that money and pay someone to actually get the car clean the way it needed to be cleaned. Unfortunately, I am out of the money and still in need of the car to be properly detailed. Simply disappointing.     My 6 year old BMW needed some love before selling. I didn't want to spend a fortune, but I had a lot of scratches and scrapes. Ken was brilliant! from beginning to end. He was punctual, Professional, the price was very fair, and he did a great job inside and out. My car looks like new!

He then told me that my car could not go through the regular wash because it had too many leaves (which would've been eliminated by vacuuming). I said to him, "This is very bad business. You're denying me to go through your car wash which I do all the time because I opted not to do your $200 wash? That is very bad business, my friend and I'm going to make sure that people know". So now I have told all of you. If you drive by North Star Car Wash in Granada Hills? Keep driving. And this is a response to the response from their owner: Hi Levon. I take no disrespect at all. In fact I feel that I should thank you. I went home after the above incident and broke out my leaf blower and shop vac. I'm sure that you'll be pleased to know that the leaves and dog hair that you were so concerned about were dealt with in about 3 minutes and I didn't have to pay $200 or even $20 to have it done.     February 3, 2026, around 12:00 noon , at Northstar car Wash on Balboa I encountered a very…read moreconcerning incident. I've been coming to this car wash regularly because they usually do a good job. Unfortunately, this visit was very different. The cleaning was extremely poor and unacceptable, with several areas of my car still visibly dirty. When I calmly pointed out the areas that had been missed, the manager's attitude immediately changed. He at my. tempted to clean the car himself but was visibly irritated and unprofessional throughout the interaction. At one point, he exited my vehicle, stepped very close to me, pointed his finger inches from my face, and told me that I had a bad attitude. When he attempted to re-enter my car and continued arguing, I asked him to get out in order to prevent the situation from escalating. He initially refused. By that time, I felt uncomfortable and unsafe, so I locked my car and informed him that I no longer wanted his services. When I asked for his name so I could report the incident, he refused to provide it and stated only that he was a manager. This encounter was intimidating and highly unprofessional. I have never experienced anything like this at your business before, which is why this incident was especially disappointing. I am bringing this to your attention so that upper management is aware of what occurred and can take appropriate steps to ensure this type of behavior does not happen to other customers. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding how this matter. Thank you very much.

Maybe it wasn't SUV friendly, who knows but that's definitely not an issue here. My car is all black, so I need a solid wash every now and then, and this place always delivers. I love that they give you air fresheners every visit and a coupon for your next wash, heck yeahhhhhhh The vacuums get the job done, everything moves fast, and I'm usually in and out super quickly. Plus, the girls who ring you up are always so nice, which makes the whole experience even better. One quick tip: definitely pay attention when pulling into the wash. I've seen people not watching the tracks and accidentally drive over them, then have to reverse out, which can be a little dangerous. Use the mirrors, go slow, and let the staff member on the side guide you in and you'll be totally fine I come here at least once a week, and it's easily my go-to car wash. Highly recommend
