Got into Green Bay late and by the time I finished some desk work it was close to 11 p. Word-of-mouth gave me a few recommendations for late night food. When checked online those establishments stated late hours and being open past midnight. But when verifying in person, all were closed. So, I ended up at Toppers and placed an order in person. Food was hot and ready in less than thirty minutes. I made it back to my hotel a short time after. I inquired with their staff as to which specials could satiate a late hunger for two. They sold me on loaded breadsticks and an order of wings. Thankful for their input. The amount of food was perfect. (Wings were overkill) Getting to eat our loaded breadsticks while still hot was the high point. The right combination of toppings and dips is where it's at! Enjoy it while you can. In the realm of fast food pizza, Toppers is worth a try. Toppers businesses didn't do well in Illinois, so their locations closed some time ago. read more

Fell in love with Toppers when visiting family in Madison, and was thrilled with Green Bay got one. Love the nontraditional pizzas and the myzas are the perfect size. The food is great, it really is. There's a very wide selection of crazy pizzas that (most of them) are all very good. But the problem is that the service flat out sucks. Case in point: I got home from work one night, I was starving but didn't want to cook. So I ordered (whatever was the Topper's version of) a meat lover's pizza. I waited the usual 45 min, and I tipped the driver well as usual. I brought the pizza in, and without even looking at it first, I grabbed a slice and took a bite because I was so famished. It tasted tangy and fruity. I opened the box and looked at it, and it was some crazy Hawaiian pizza, with Canadian bacon and pineapple. It wasn't bad, but it just wasn't what I ordered. I called the restaurant, and called them out for their mistake. The guy over the phone offered me a 50% off coupon... Most days I wouldn't accept having to pay for something I didn't order in the first place (and let's not kid ourselves, ordering a pizza from Topper's isn't cheap...), but I just didn't feel like arguing. I humbly accepted the coupon. The man said he'd get the coupon in the mail to me right away. This was back in August of 2015. I still haven't seen the coupon. read more

My mom and I had never had Toppers before, but my boyfriend said it was good the one time he'd tried it. I think he was eating pizza from somewhere else and got confused, because this was one of the worst pizza experiences we've ever had. The sausage pizza was severely overcooked and had almost no cheese on it. The Big Topper had enough ingredients, but had been mishandled so badly the toppings had slid severely to one side and all over that side of the box. The Topperstix were good... once we heated them up. They were the first thing we tried, so they hadn't been sitting long at all once we got them and they were barely lukewarm and dry. $40 for junk. My boyfriend tipped the driver $10, but if he'd seen the order before paying for it we would have refused it and ordered elsewhere. read more

Toppers is an over priced, sub standard pizza franchise which caters primarily to late night drunks. Occasionally they provide decent toppersticks but their pizza is some of the worst in Green Bay. Their wings shouldn't even be available on the menu they are so bad. You can count on delivery being a very long wait, that's if your food even arrives. Accompany that with rude delivery people and you get your best Toppers experience. Calling to speak to management is like dealing with a child in kindergarten. Clearly there is no training done and they lack skills in customer service. Be prepared to be talked down to and hung up on at the Military location if you're going to complain about anything. Unless it's your only option I wouldn't recommend Toppers to anyone. Bad food, bad service and really bad childish behavior from their management. read more

It may seem like just any other pizza joint but it is truly unique. I feel like they get their name because not only do you have so many different options when it comes to saucing, dressing, and topping their pizzas but they put a significantly higher amount of pizza toppings on their pizza I have noticed compared to any other pizza location out there, What I think is really cool though about Topper's Pizza that many people do not know is each store usually has their own "artist" and when you call and order a pizza you can request something to be drawn on the pizza box (i.e. pokemon or spongebob or hello kitty, family guy whatever and they will do their best to fufill your request. I have seen this get a little wild too but that it's all in good fun and at the customer's request.
