Absolutely fantastic experience!! I came in with my family for some lunch and was greeted by the friendliest staff and awesome environment. Huge shoutout to our host, I unfortunately did not get their name before I had to leave, but they had such a bubbly and charming personality paired with some awesome glasses, and some adorable black and white cat pins on his toppers apron! We sat outside on the beautiful patio that has the perfect amount of shade covering so even on warmer days it feels really nice to sit and eat outside! When our food came we were told there was a little mix up of the topping for the lunch size pizzas, but they very kindly offered us the two pizzas for free, and they were delicious!!! It was truly such a kind gesture and we all greatly appreciate it!! I live out of town, so anytime I'm local I make sure to make my way to a Topper's Pizza!! Shrink flation has hit toppers. On the left is a "medium" pizza and on the right is a "small" pepperoni. Their medium pizza is the same size as their small, just in a bigger box. we decided for pizza after a ice skating night down the street. We made it 30 minutes before closing. There is a good-sized salad bar, a self-serve soda station, a small arcade/game room and the employees looked happy and seemed to work together as a team. The food is great, they lack good customer service. I visited your Simi Valley location today 6/36/2026 at 03:05:45. The woman who helped me was so rude and disrespectful. She treated me like a dog, giving commands in a condescending tone. I asked to speak to a manager and asked for her name. He said her name is Venus but the receipt says Adora. Si I don't know which is the correct name. I proceeded to tell him what happened and he said he'd take care of it. I remained calm and didn't want to cause a scene. I go often and buy more than one pizza and I spend a good amount of money there. I really doubt anything will be done about it. But I think you need to retrain your staff in how to properly treat your customers. Good customer service keeps people coming back. I really do hope you can speak to this person and make her understand the importance of good customer service. read more

Normally the pizza here is pretty good but last night I ordered and what I got tasted nothing like their usual pizza. I'm not sure whether they had a new person making the pizzas or if they just changed their pizza but it's only been a week since I last had it so I doubt they changed their recipe. The issues my pizza had was the sauce was just bad and over done, the cheese wasn't spread evenly and had way more yellow cheese in it then it normally does, and finally they went extremely light on the toppings. The pizza had about half as much pepperoni and spicy Italian sausage as normal and the sausage was sliced much thinner than normal as well. Very disappointing to say the least since we order here about once a week and if this is how it is now then we'll have to find a new pizza joint. read more

Love Toppers pizza! The crust is amazing, toppings are bountiful and over flavor profile is on point. There are not that many "Toppers" type pizza places around anymore, I am glad they are around and are really thriving with a number of locations around. Came here on a Saturday night and the place was packed, great to see and well deserved. Only a few tables not taken, but we were able to grab a couple right away, so it was perfect. Although they were and probably are very busy all the time. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful and got people through the line super fast. Once we sat, we had our pizzas and garlic bread within 5-10 minutes, so service was also very quick. Love the overall look and decor of Toppers, lots of brick, modern, tons of tables, booths and group seating options. solid pizza! we ordered delivery and got our pizzas delivered within the hour. it was easy to navigate the website and place an order. we got two medium pizzas and a hefty bill of $70 (including tip, delivery fee, etc) the medium pizzas were $25 each which is still a little steep, especially because i'm used to dominos $7 pizzas. i will say, we really did enjoy our pizzas! they have a great selection of unique "top hit" pizzas. we ordered the carnitas chipotle and hawaiian heat. both were tasty, but i liked the hawaiian heat more. the pineapple and jalapeño combination is my guilty pleasure. my cousin actually preferred the carnitas chipotle one-- both were yummy. they weren't stingy with their toppings and the cheese pull was actually insane. when im visiting my cousin in simi again, i would love to try more of their speciality pizzas! read more

Toppers is a go to for me! I live a little further to get their delivery but I always make an effort to pick up from them once or twice a month. It has become a staple for me in my household. We will pick up pizza on a weekend night and then enjoy it at home while watching anime. That isn't to say that eating at the restaurant isn't nice too, because I've done that many times! It's one of those places that still maintains the vibe of a local pizza place, despite how busy it gets there. The pizza itself is my absolute favorite! ChiChi's is a close second, but nothing compares to Toppers for me. The only pizza place where the crust is one of the best parts too, it's so crispy. They also have great ranch, if you're one of those weirdos that likes to dip your pizza like me. The service here is wonderful. I always try to tip well, since they're always providing such a great customer experience. I also notice that a lot of the same people have been working there for a while. That just goes to show that they have a positive work environment and I really hope they treat those employees well! On a business trip this place was recommended by the hotel. I wanted a salad there were two choices Small and large the small was very small for close to 6 dollars and the large for close to 9. I went small from the serve your self salad bar, each came with one trip. I ordered a small meat lovers pizza. This is the best pizza in the county! Got three large pizzas a catering salad with ranch dressing all are outstanding. This is a five star rating on the food 100%. I've mentioned this before, but I must be the only one that is not satisfied with the beer selection. Out of all the craft beers in Ventura County we are stuck with one brewery. I understand there may be some sort of connection between the two, but that is unsubstantiated. Some other local breweries in there and I will be 100% happy camper. But the food is phenomenal.
