Pizza was fantastic and delicious! Very few Halal places but I can happily say I was satisfied. I ordered a large meat lover pizza. The owners are Muslim and confirmed the ingredients they use are % halal. I took some interior pictures of the place very spacious and comfortable to eat in. Someone posted a picture of their house so I was nervous to go here to eat but all that was gone when I dined and ate good pizza. I'll be stopping by very soon to try their pizza again service was also friendly.

    Halal Pizza and Salaam Cola

Best pizza in LA County handsdown. The owners are very nice and they were provided really nice Customer Service and made us feel at home as soon as we came in. Thank you so much of course. The ambience is very nice quiet and really like a small town pizzeria place. I highly recommend coming here and enjoying delicious meat lovers halal pizza. Best part is that now they have Salaam Cola!!!

My bill for cauliflower crust pizza

Ordered for pick up a cauliflower crust pizza with 3 toppings for $23. What I got was a regular cheese pizza with 3 toppings. Their Thursday pizza deal is a medium pizza for $6.99, with 3 toppings my pizza should not have cost more than $13. This is also besides the fact that my wife can only have cauliflower crust. I tried calling but they had already closed. Very disappointed.

Ordering Pizza Delivery. What could possibly go wrong? #Ameci #Pizza delivery through #Slice to my neighbor's house... My pizza. Wrong house. Driver Dude didn't verify the name. Parents were gone so the kids didn't tell driver dude about the mistake. We retrieved the pizza but not gonna trust #Amecis or #Slice again. This is the first time in 23 years living here we couldn't count on a simple pizza delivery. Not a big deal really. There are so many other pizza delivery options that have proven reliable in the past. Nobody will miss #Amecis or #Slice.

The Dutch crunch bread type was very interesting and a must try,if you have never had it. I had everything on it. Mustard, mayo lettuce, tomato, pickles. Not sure what else was in it other than avocado but it was amazing. Customer service was much to be desired and the dude with the long dirty blonde hair definitely needs some lessons with explaining kindly rather than just pointing at a sign. This dude shouldn't be at the front line taking orders, who knows how much business he's losing as a result of his public social skills. Placing an order. Speaking with this guy was a very unpleasant experience. The owner needs to record the interaction and reactions of the employees and customers to see what's going in. The food? Fantastic! Couldn't recommend a better place to order a sandwich from. Service not so much. Would have given at least a 4 ,but again customer service skills is lacking here. The sandwich maker with the brown short hair is really nice and pleasant to interact with. Maybe ted Nugent should watch how he interacts with the public. Update: Mgmnt got back really quick and remediated the issue with the employee and hopefully improves over time. Sometimes, that's all it takes to get the full 5* stars, thanks Steve!

I decided to go with The Lake show sandwich, cause I love the Lakers and I love salami. In addition to salami, the sandwich came with their bomb sauce, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. The sandwich was served hot and it was absolutely delicious. With every bite I experienced so many flavor notes. It was savory, a little sour, vinegary and also a little sweet from the ripe veggies. The yummy salami was perfectly complemented by the other ingredients and each bite was perfect, especially with the sourdough bread that I chose for my sandwich. For salami lovers, The Lake Show sandwich is top notch and a must try! The customer service was solid and the spot is pretty casual and has some tables i side for dining in. Will come back again when in the area!

While I can't speak to the dine in experience, I can definitely say the food is delicious. The rice with beans isn't quite as good as I've had elsewhere and isn't something I'm fully used to yet, but it's still decent. The macaroni salad is a standout, and both the chicken and steak along with the sauce are flavorful and satisfying. Those are the items I've tried so far, and I'm excited to explore more of the menu. It does have a slightly different style compared to other Hawaiian barbecue I've had, but it's still really enjoyable. Definitely recommend giving it a try if you're in the area or looking for something a little different!

The pork tasted so yummy and paired really well with the mango coleslaw and the veggies which I usually don't like but the way they cut them small and the seasoning is tasty. The pastrami burger and onion rings were the highlights for me. The onion rings were super crispy with a nice, light batter. The burger hit the spot too. The fries were a bit underwhelming though, kind of bland and definitely needed more seasoning. Overall, a solid stop if you're craving pastrami, but I'd skip the fries next time.

Let's get one thing straight--The Hat isn't just good... it's the kind of place that makes every…read moreoverpriced, overhyped sandwich shop look completely ridiculous. I ordered the pastrami dip, and this is how it's supposed to be done. Not dry, not chewy, not some sad excuse for deli meat. This was juicy, tender, stacked high, and absolutely dripping with flavor. Every bite hits hard--rich, savory, and perfectly balanced. And the bread? Holds together like it actually wants to be part of the sandwich, not fall apart halfway through like a soggy mess. Now let's talk about the onion rings... because this is where they flex. You order a "large," and instead of some tiny portion pretending to be generous, they hand you a brown paper bag absolutely PACKED with crispy, golden onion rings. Not greasy, not limp--crunchy, hot, and seasoned properly. This is what a large is supposed to look like. Other places should be embarrassed. And the service? Fast, efficient, no nonsense. No attitude, no confusion, no standing around wondering what's going on. These people know exactly what they're doing. Orders come out quick, everything's hot, and the whole operation runs like a machine. That's how you handle volume without sacrificing quality--something a lot of places clearly can't figure out. No gimmicks. No trendy nonsense. No tiny portions dressed up to look fancy. Just big, bold, properly executed food that actually delivers on what it promises. Meanwhile, other spots are out here charging double for half the portion and calling it "premium." Stop it. This is the standard. Bottom line: If you want a real pastrami sandwich, real portions, and service that actually keeps up--go to The Hat. If not, go waste your money somewhere else. I'll be back. And next time, I'm getting another bag of those onion rings--because clearly, one isn't enough.

My girlfriend and I walk in and get taken care of right away. The place is currently small and are to-go only as they are expanding. I order the brisket combo with a side of pickles and coleslaw and my girlfriend got the tri-tip with macaroni salad and pickles. I also wanted to try the beef ribs so I got one on the side. As we are sitting down waiting, the guy in the bandana who took our order said that they had a big order call in so ourselves and two other people who ordered would have to wait. 45 min. - 1 hour later we are still sitting while the people who ordered after us got their food and left. They finally bring out the big order and continue laughing and talking while telling me in front of the customer that they gave him all the beef ribs and have none left for me. I was already pissed off beyond belief at all the other circumstances so I just said to substitute it with pork ribs. He ended up asking if I tried the brisket(which I already ordered, great attention to your customers, again) and put it in my girlfriend's box instead of mine who doesn't eat pork! While this whole shit show was happening, there was a whole line of people waiting to be served who literally came and went because no one was there to take orders at the register as they were in the back the whole time. A patron inside saw my situation and said that at least the food is good so I was excited to try it. It was probably the most mid bbq I've ever tried in my life. The tri-tip and brisket were dry. The macaroni salad tasted like pure dill, the pickles were sweet and honestly tasted store bought. The pork ribs were just ok. The food at Wood Ranch is better. Long story short: Don't go through this bs service for mid food.
