The pizza here is great as far as taste and consistency. The problem with this location is price and receiving your order in a timely manner or at all. I have ordered through the Slice platform 3 times. The first 2 times the employee behind the counter looked at me stunned when I gave my name. The last visit they completely missed my order. Maybe the issue is that the order printer for Slice is under the counter NOT on it. I was offered a bottle water for the inconvenience. A medium pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese runs you $22+ with tax and fees when using Slice. To my shock there is a sign outside that a medium pizza with one topping starts at $13.99 *upon request* and their menu says that a topping is $1.69 for mediums. On Slice the menu items are $14.99 for the pizza, $2.59 for extra cheese, and $1.59 for pepperoni. It is wild that the price would not be the same across the board for a pickup or walk-in, especially since the Slice app is passing the fee to the customer, there should be no reason to increase the cost in the app when the business isn't eating the fee. Also they push you to use the Slice app on their website where it states "no crazy fees for you or for us". They also don't participate in the Slice rewards! Why bother using Slice at all? read more

We really love the food here. Their spaghetti in meat sauce - Yum! Whenever my husband and I are hungry, but too tired to cook, we both know we can count on Ameci's on Madera for the best spaghetti. We also love their buffalo wings and pizza. We've tried their mozzarella sticks and their other appetizers- they all will make you wish you had a bigger stomach to fill. They're all so mouth watering delicious that we sometimes eat too much that our stomach hurts. They make the food quickly so you won't get hangry. Try them out. I highly recommend the one at Madera. Pizza was fantastic and delicious! Very few Halal places but I can happily say I was satisfied. I ordered a large meat lover pizza. The owners are Muslim and confirmed the ingredients they use are % halal. I took some interior pictures of the place very spacious and comfortable to eat in. Someone posted a picture of their house so I was nervous to go here to eat but all that was gone when I dined and ate good pizza. We've been fans of Ameci's Pizza for most of our lives, so this review truly bums me out to write--but this was hands down one of the worst meals we've had in a long time. The antipasto salad was honestly pathetic: iceberg lettuce, a handful of pickled veggies, and huge rolled-up slabs of meat and cheese that felt more lazy than intentional. The creamy Italian dressing was an odd color and so thick it was off-putting--I didn't even want to eat it. I switched to the ranch, which tasted like salty mayo, and then tried the regular Italian, which somehow managed to be completely flavorless. The mozzarella sticks were clearly frozen and tossed straight into a fryer. Nothing about them tasted fresh or house-made. The biggest disappointment was the pizza. It looked nothing like an Ameci pizza typically does. The crust was overdone, chewy, and just... wrong. If I didn't know where it came from, I never would have guessed this was Ameci's. We've loved this brand for years, which makes this experience especially frustrating. If this is the new standard, it's a real shame. Hoping this was just an off night--but based on this visit, we won't ever be going back to this location. read more

I was stuck working out of town all week so I was staying at a hotel near Ameci. I decided to order delivery from there and glad I did. The pizza (personal pepperoni and garlic) was SO good!! Garlic bread was also amazing. They delivered directly to my room and they delivered within 15 minutes. Overall, I would recommend this spot because the food was delicious!! We LOVEEEE this Ameci!!!! My family and I order from them quite often to be honest lol. Never had an issue with our orders, weather we order takeout or dine in. We love eating here whenever we can. Our family has made some wonderful memories eating here. They have a soda machine (which is a big hit for my boys) and have plenty of booths and tables available. It's always Super clean and have very nice employees working there especially the owner. She makes us feel so welcomed every time we see her. No deliveries unless you buy a single large pie at normal price. The toppings are $1.79 each so if you wanna vegetable pizza, hit the multiply button.
