    Left alone for 20 mins. No help. After 4 people ignored and walked away from us. One came back told us just a min. Then someone else finally came to help 15 mins later. Horrible place just needed inspection

    Awesome experience all the way from sales team to service department. We just bought our first RV and they where very patient and knowledgable. We would highly recommend them. Talk to Treva our sales lady. She was the bomb.

Although it was a 2hr drive from where we live, it was well worth the drive. I called on a Saturday and was connected to Sales Associate, DON BELL. We spoke on the phone and texted back and forth. We decided to drive to Fun Town the next day. I called Don Sunday morning, to see if he was working, and it was his day off, but not to worry as he'd come in to be there for us. We purchased the Travel Trailer we wanted with our trade-in and I'd have to say... it was the most pleasant transaction my husband and I had ever experienced! Don was so attentive, friendly and informative. Answered all my (and I had a lot) concerns. So...be sure to ask for DON BELL at the Waller, TX location, you won't be disappointed. P.S.     I just want to point out that the unit was NOT properly inspected. There were way too many issues…read morewith the unit that proves this fact. From a customer satisfaction stand point I do not agree with your assessment of this situation. The unit should not have been sold to us in the condition it was in. We knew the unit was as is, but we were also informed by your team everything was inspected and in great condition. Apparently we were not told the whole truth in the beginning. I mean just the poop situation should be a red flag to you that the unit was not inspected properly. I am sure it does not matter much to you that your company sold us a lemon, but it does matter to us. Integrity means a lot to us but apparently not to your business.

We flew one day and drove over to the dealership the next morning. David walked us thru financing. He was awesome. on the very nice place asked if you wanted water or coffee and then we went over some stuff and then Josh walked us through the whole RV from front to back. Josh did a fantastic job and make sure we knew what we were doing which we've had similar before so it's pretty much knew a lot. Josh was absolutely fantastic very knowledgeable in the unit. we are totally thrilled to take possession of it and it took us a few hours to get out of there as we had to get insurance and blah blah blah. but very nice establishment and we are totally thrilled with the unit. Now we are driving back from Houston, Texas to Reno, Nevada. We are two nights into the unit and we love it. We are staying at RV parks the first few nights we get used to the unit know what to do and we will go back road off-road. everything so far with the revel has been fantastic. Great job leisure RV for getting us the dream off-road RV.

    We bought a camper. Sales was good, turn over mechanic was excellent, finance was the drawback…read more We paid cash for our rig. To start with we got a call a couple days before pickup from them with some sketch deal, wanting us to finance, pay interest for 1 year... "to help others who may not qualify"... Then, when doing paperwork he told us the tires were going to explode, and basically the entire camper would fall apart on the way home, so we needed to pay an extra $12K for his coverage... we didn't appreciate it at all.

Let me start with the fact that we should have stopped going a long time ago but there are some employees there that are good people and we did give them the benefit of the doubt. We have purchased 4 RVs from there hoping that things would change...they haven't. This is our bad. Having said that, here is the worst of it. About a year ago, we took our Class A in for service. After a TON of run around they had our RV for 5 MONTHS. At one point, we went in to see what was going io and nobody even knew where it was. One of the salesmen had to drive around and look for it. It was tucked away in the back on their lot. This is quite frankly unacceptable. There is no communication, there is one excuse after another, and nothing seems to get done until you throw a fit. On a recent trip, one of the things they fixed turns out wasn't fixed properly so back we go. Again after 5 weeks this time and the same runaround, they say they finally have it complete. But now, here is the kicker. Due to an error on their part, they are telling us due to an error on they made, they won't release our RV until we pay them $7,000. Yes, you read that right. They told us at the time (a year ago) that the claim on our warranty was approved so we paid the deductible and considered the matter closed. Apparently, they lied and the claim was not approved and expected us to pay for the work. This is the most SHADY business practice I have ever seen!!!! We will NEVER give Holiday World another penny of our money. We have hit our limit.
