None of these items were check as my transmission fluid was 3.5 quarts low, thank goodness I asked. I will never visit this business again. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

I don't know what prompted this change but if they are going to require you go in or wait outside in the heat they need to upgrade the waiting are. The staff did a great job.
