There are other reviews written previously by other customers, and I feel very confident in the accuracy of those reviews based upon my experience. I sent a Yelp project request for a specific job for my vehicle. Stop on a Dime responded with a quote. Almost immediately, I responded asking for availability as the quote was competitive and the need was urgent. I didn't hear back for hours. I reached out again by phone and ended up speaking with the owner, who confirmed that he had sent the Yelp replies. He said he had to see how quickly other jobs finished and that would determine whether or not they could complete work for me that (same) day. While I had him on the phone, I simply asked him about a quote for another vehicle I needed work on, making it clear that I didn't even have parts for that yet. It was a completely separate issue that had nothing to do with the urgent project at hand. Later that afternoon, the owner reached out and provided a quote for the separate project. It wasn't competitive with other bids I had received, so I declined it. However, I still wanted to proceed with the original project. When I asked whether or not the owner felt they'd be able to get to me today after all, his entire tone changed and he stated that they were booked for weeks and that I should just give the job to whomever I was going to get to do my other work. Everything happens for a reason, and, in the end, I ended up finding a fantastic mechanic to do the job on the same day for less than STOP on a Dime quoted me. That said, I would not recommend this company under any circumstances. If their owner behaves in such an unprofessional manner, I can only imagine how their entire operation functions. COMPLETE THUMBS DOWN!

Munoz didn't had the courtesy to return my money even though he knows he fix something that wasn't broken. Told me it's gonna cost another $4000 in parts and $3000 in labor. At that point I got my truck towed and took it to another shop. They fixed the truck and it's working. Less then A $1000 repair. Don't recommend. He repairs the vehicles without even getting customer consent before repairing.

They attempted to fix the oil leak three separate times, and it is still leaking. An independent technician later told me it appears they likely replaced only the gasket instead of the full (and commonly warped) cover -- meaning the repair was never going to hold. As for the A/C, it is still not working. Another technician found there was no refrigerant in the system and that there is a leak. Despite this, when I raised concerns, I received the following written response from them: "we've done our part and we've fixed your ac. [sic]" That was the extent of it. There was no acknowledgment of responsibility, no willingness to investigate further, and no attempt to stand behind their work. Instead, the tone was dismissive and defensive. I paid for repairs that were not properly completed. The lack of accountability and professionalism is deeply disappointing. Proceed at your own risk.
