I recently had my inspection done here. I spoke with a very nice man afterward about doing some maintenance on my vehicle in the future because I was looking for a closer mechanic. He said "absolutely, we can take care of anything you need." I could tell he was either the owner or management because it seemed like he genuinely wanted to bring in more business. This morning I called to have my thermostat changed out and to have my wipers fixed. The guy who answered told me my vehicle was too old to work on. Which is it? I guess I'll just fix them myself. They were honest, attentive and let me know everything they needed to do up front. Since then, we've been coming here for routine oil changes and maintenance. They go above and beyond to make sure your car is running smoothly and safely and they check everything thoroughly. Literally took my car up there with my boyfriend to get my tires changed out, thank goodness they only had one tire for my car so I let them change it, remind you I got a used tire. I was able to drive it back home. However I was still iffy to drive my car to work so I just left it at home, once I got out of work, the tire was flat. I honestly was disappointed and will be going back to get my money and giving them their cheap ass tire back ! read more

I went here for years, i was suggested to have $800 worth of work done $400 of it for a tune up, be careful! I am a girl and they tried to keep my keys from me when i said that i didnt want them to do the work, they demanded $160 bc they used a diagnostic machine, when i said i never approved the use of this machine and if they had asked me i wouldve said no then they said they HAVE to use it on EVERY car and if i choose not to have the work done they HAVE to get paid something for their time. Thankfully i was able to get my keys but be careful!!! Btw i bought a handheld diagnostic machine for only $20. Im sorry i went there so long without knowing how horrible and scary it could be alone. Oh and in the past theyve offered several times to give me a discount if i pay cash, i assume they aren't putting it on their books!! read more

This place is a COMPLETE RIPOFF!!!! Took my car in to get fix,my tire came off while I was driving. Long story short I was told it would cost me 2k to get fixed, and from the looks of it that sound right. Was told I need new Axel,ball joint, top and bottom control arms, and something else I can't remember. After calling around was able to find someone who would do it all for $975. Owner said he would have to at least fix axle and ball joint seeing as the tire was hanging off ok $500 for that. Get it to the new shop and 6 hours later they say I can come get my car it's already fixed. To my surprise I ask them everything is done? They say all I needed was Axel and ball joint everything else was good. So this guy at elite was charging me for repairs i didn't need and to find out he over charged me for the work he did. It was only a 300$ job he charged me 500$ NEVER GO HERE read more

Needed a simple inspection done. Purposely drove to this location because I saw a huge sign saying they do inspections for 29.99... asked if they had time to do the inspection and was told "sure", just pull around front and we will help you. I complied and exited my vehicle thinking 30 minutes top! I stood in the small lobby looking at employees talking to each other and the man who told me he would assist me, "talking to another customer" as well. We gained eye contact several times but NO ONE offered me ANY assistance. I stood there for 7 minutes being ignored! WHY????? I am still trying to figure that out. I quietly walked out, got into my vehicle with STILL NO ONE HELPING ME and drove off. Maybe my request wasn't one that would bring in enough money, maybe they just decided "oh, she is waiting and we will get to her when we are done having small talk...WHO KNOWS!!! One thing I do know is that I will NEVER enter their doors again and suggest anyone who does....RUN THE OTHER WAY! It is such a shame that you appear to want to help me but won't ACKNOWLEDGE A NEW CUSTOMER! How RUDE!!!! Even more, how pathetic!!!! read more

Hi everyone I use to love this place long time customer 4 yrs maybe but it has went down hill bad with service and ripping people off on prices if they can...The owner use to be honest man but seems to has got greedy and quality of service is horrible now if u take your car in for a problem expect to take it in more than just once it wont be fixed right and may take 2 or 3 times maybe more and im not only 1 with this issue I use to refer people here and I get yelled at when they don't fix it right especially when its my brothers in blue .. This Red or Reb sorry if I didn't get name just right on but he is owner though just don't seem to care anymore here he use to have a guy there in office that always treated us well and made sure our stuff was right but he hasn't been seen lately but if u need work done this is not the place it use to be check around its not very good any more sorry to say . I went to Elite to get my brake pads changed out, and Reb wanted to charge me $65 even though I had brought my own pads from Autozone! I was running late for work, so I had no choice but to get fuc#$d.He then told me that two of the lugs on my tire were stuck, and had to be replaced...I understood that, but then he told me that he was going to charge me $15 for each lug set and $35 for labor! He already had the tire and caliper off! He charged me $35 for a hammer swing to pop the bolt off, and was a total dick about it the whole time. I spoke to some the people that were in the waiting area, and they felt that they were taken advantage of too.I spoke to one of my buddies about it, and it turned out that he worked for Reb a few years ago when he took over Elite...He said that Reb is a piece of Sh!t, and he is always out to make an extra buck at the expense of his customers...I AM NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN, AND DEFINITELY TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO GO TO THAT SH!T BAG FOR HELP! read more
