I just wanted to let everyone know from the beginning to the end of my experience there at Millers. I could tell that I was dealing with very well professionals. Being a Navy Veteran and stationed all over the country and world. I've dealt with many mechanics and shops. I mean plenty of them. These Gentlemen allowed me to hear the pipes before final install and I truly appreciate and I apologize for having to come back not because of the workmanship but because I just wanted it louder. Not knowing until explained to me that the newer vehicles are built more quieter. Which makes sense due to the new Eco system technology. I felt really dumb but they insisted on showing me some different models and I found what I wanted, thanks to the whole team. I did my Resonator Delete (~$300)with them, they were quick but had to come back because of a leak on the weld. 3 or for week later I did my Mufflers delete (~$400) to end up with a Cat Back Straight Pipe Hemi 5.7 Jeep, they were also quick but again ended up with a rattling issue. I came back a couple of times asking them to help me find the rattling, they only put the truck up and hit the muffler and told me there was nothing wrong. Came back for a third time and as soon as I got in the door they told me there was nothing they could do and the only Option was to put the OG parts back. I mistakenly did not ask for my mufflers or Resonator and of course they did not keep them, so going back to stock was not an option. Came back a fourth time with Breakfast (Tamales) and asking for help for real since I just bought the truck and I can't stand having the rattling. I told Collin that I would pay them to remove all the piping they had installed and put new pipe, I also told them to install a Borla ProXS ($525), they only installed the Borla and did not do anything to the rest of the Exhaust. After paying over 1k in the exhaust system, they installed the Borla, they stepped on the gas twice and put my truck out without actually checking if the noise was gone. I gave them 2 stars because they do work quick and have good quality materials, I just wished they cared about the work they do. read more

It feels increasingly rare to feel well treated by a business even when they dont have to. I took an old van in for an exhaust system issue. Josh and his team quickly identified that I only needed a replacement bolt that solved the problem. Probably an easy and quick thing for them which they could have charged me lots for. Instead, they waived the shop fee since it was so simple. I can't say that will be your experience, but I can say they will take care of you and treat you fairly, which doesn't always happen. Can't say enough about this place. I called in after my catalytic converter was stolen, and they told me they might be able to get one in the same day for me. When I dropped my car off, he told me that they could, in fact, get it installed the same day. One of the employees there even drove me home, as I lived just half a mile away.
