Worst place ever they first tried to sell my wife a tire without even checking the one she had on, like seriously. Then Had her wait outside the building because they were about to close. And then On top of that after her tire is off they told her "that it's raining" so they couldn't do anything!!!! Wth really? my wife literally gave them her umbrella to get it fixed!! Avoid this shop at all cost!! I was just there to get an alignment on my suv the guy adjusted the toe only and never touch the caster or camber witch was all out of specs on the right side. I told him to adjusted to specs and he stated yelling, and insulting me and he threaten to shoot me three times if I didn't pay so I call the cops. The guy kept cussing, and insulting me for almost an hour before the cops showed up. read more

this mechanic shop is the worst. i took my car because it had a leak and it just needed a hose fixed and the thermostat changed but then one of the mechanics told me that it was also the radiator that didn't work because it was old and dirty, i was desperate to get my car fixed so i told him to fix that too and when he had fixed it then he had said that it also needed a new fuse box because it was old and that it he also needed to fix a couple wires or something because the fan wasn't spinning correctly and then he tried to give me my car back saying that it was good now but when i received my car the temperature wasn't marking and he said it was because he had to disconnect a couple things to get the fan spinning but that it shouldn't overheat anymore. after i took it home it was fine for about 2 days and then i noticed the leak was back and i asked my friend who is a mechanic if he could come see if it was the same leak. after he confirmed that it was the same leak i took it back but halfway there my car overheated and stopped in the middle of the road so i had to get it towed but since it was late i left it there and in the morning they said that my friend pulled a whole bunch of hoses and cables but i was there when he was checking my car and he didn't pull anything and then the mechanic said to not let anyone else touch the car except him and then he just added a thicker hose and i took my friend to make sure it was okay since i don't know much about cars and he took one of his machines to make sure there was no leaks and when they were finished my friend checked it and the hose they put on popped off and the mechanic that was working on my car got mad and he was saying that it was already good and that we had messed it up, he walked away and sent another mechanic to tighten it and he was trying to start an argument with my friend, and my friend had also noticed that the radiator fan was on with no bolts and also they gave me back my car and it still doesn't work and they won't give me a refund. we spent about 600 in total with this "shop" tow trucks and everything included. completely disappointed. i would not recommend at all. read more

My insurance assigned tow truck driver recommended and towed my car here. Turns out he gets a kick back. The owner would not speak to us or help us once the fee was paid. We were taken advantage of, swindled, and I fully believe that my car was sabotaged. When we arrived he said he could have it fixed the next morning. He would call with a time and cost. He called at 8:45 the next morning and quoted 2 hours and $450. When we pulled up more than 3 hours later he said 20 more minutes. When it was finally done, AFTER i paid, he started it and a loud ticking started. He and the other two mechanics said it was fine and normal. The issue that it was brought in for was fixed. No test drive, no second look. The owner walked away and we were clearly dismissed. When we persisted, we were asked to move, we said no, this is still broken, the mechanic threatened to call the cops. Nobody would speak to us or help us. My car broke down again 5 miles down the road. Now after 6 hours on the side of the road, the cars electronics are not working either. read more

My car needed an alignment and new tires the manager was so nice and changed all my tires he showed me what the problem was and why the alignment was ruined he than fixed it for me and did the alignment with no charge! Nice people always help me out. read more

I needed my tire plugged due to running over a large screw. The employees were friendly and fast

Good price on the tires I bought although I waited about an hour and a half. Tires were not balanced properly I could tell as soon as I hit the highway. I had to take to another shop to get balanced properly. I would recommend purchasing the tires here then having them installed elsewhere. Don't stick around to hear there gimmicks about free this free that it's not worth it. read more

DO NOT take yr car there. Went in for a tune up, could not drive it home. Don't know if work was actually done. Had to bring my own charger from home to charge my dead battery. They made it worse. They kept telling me to come back later. I would return in 2 days and nothing would be done. Left my hood up during april rains, my engine all sandy and dirty and they blamed me for that. Rained all in the car. On one of my many visits. I had to put the hood down and I asked why won't it turn on, I cant even remember the mumbling answer. read more
