I'm assuming it's from the oil or base they use in their dishes. But it's not enough to deter me from trying their other food items! Will definitely be coming back! :)

Even the dumplings that were under fried had good flavor. *Please be aware, which came as a shock to me, that the restaurants on that particular street are subject to a 12%to 13% percent sales tax, which was really off putting. I would still go back to Peter Chang's but probably another location because of the tax and the slow kitchen.

Tried them out while I our go to restaurant was closed. We ordered Crispy Chili Beef, and boy were we impressed. The portions are generous, inexpensive, and oh so enjoyable. We have now added this to our regular rotation. read more
