I'd say 3.5 is about right here. The good news is that everything was fresh tasting, the service was friendly, and the prices were pretty good. The less than good news is that nothing I tried was particularly amazing in terms of taste. Nothing was bad, nothing was gross, but nothing was knocking my socks off with its deliciousness either. We just got two orders of General Tso chicken that was so disgusting and overwhelmed with hosien sauce flavor that it was literally not ediable and we threw it away. Top's is hands-down the best Chinese takeout in the area. Our go-to order is crab rangoon, sweet and sour pork, chicken and broccoli.

First time, food was terrific. We ordered many different dishes to share and every one of them was good. Steamed dumplings, general tso chx, chicken chow mein, crab rangoon, egg rolls, fried rice, lo mein, etc... all great. Definately will be back. If you like Chinese and want a friendly spot where the cooking is visible to customers this is a good spot. They stay open a tad bit later than other restaurants. I've had authentic Chinese so, in comparison, the food is good. My foreign relatives really liked the Fried rice! I liked the Hunan chicken and spare rib tips are nice. Super quick turn around for pick up. We went inside and ordered at the desk. They said it would take 10min for me my wife and food for our kids. We had our food in less than 10 min. On vacation during Thanksgiving Break and the family wanted some Chinese food. We found this place and gave it a try. They do not deliver so you will have to pick it up. The place itself is clean but not super nice...actually looks like almost any other Chinese place. The food was good, but not great. The biggest complaint from the family was that the food was rather bland and could use more flavour. The vegetables were fresh and crisp and the portions were large and filling...everything just needed a bit more pizazz. A fairly decent fast food take out Chinese! The food and portions were great and so was their customer service. Not like other places where their sauces, spoons and forks are hidden under the counter but rather left out in and conveniently located on the counter. What a pleasant surprise! I was not in the mood to cook and I wanted something different so went looking on YELP for Chinese food and Top China popped up. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The food is cooked fresh. They went out of their way to customize a dish for my husband. He ended up having the chicken with veggies and they made it hot and spicy. I had the Vegetable Low Mein, sweet and sour chicken and it all came with sides of fried rice and egg rolls. Wonderful food and service at a great price! My family and I are staying at Great Wolf Lodge and didn't want to pay for the expensive buffet. I ordered and picked up in 15 min. New to the area and tried this on a recommendation from a friend...AMAZING! The curry chicken was the perfect amount of spice with true curry flavor. And the sweet and sour chicken was real chicken with only a shell of breading...not like some places where the chicken is hardly noticeable in all the breading. I'm gonna try to post pics. I went here on the recommendation of a coworker. Their service was very friendly and very prompt. I ordered Singapore rice noodles, one of my favorite Chinese dishes. They were very accommodating and that I only wanted vegetables and my Singapore rice noodles. However, the spice level of them was through the roof. My mouth is on FIYAAHH right now! They also seem to be quite liberal with the use of sesame oil. All of that aside, great restaurant. I love Tops China! The staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. You can see that they are very sincere. I normally get their beef with broccoli or beef lo mein. I'm never disappointed.
