In store sub line still sucks and it's still slow, but if you pre-order on the app for pickup it's great 80% of the time now. They did cut the meat portions by like 50% in the last 2 1/2 years,forget things like the extra oil on the side, cut it wrong, forget toppings, skimp on toppings... here and there, but it's better than it was. Sushi: 4.5 stars out of 5. Filling portions have gone down some in the last 2 1/2 years, but quality is still good. It's rare to get old mushy avocado in their sushi now. They always have great new rolls to try. Staff are always friendly working that section too. Pizza: 3 stars out of 5. It's got just about everything you're looking for, except high-end pricey stuff. I usually find everything I'm looking for, except this one time, I was looking for a shower caddy. The manager said they didn't carry them at our location. A couple weeks later, they had shower caddies. Thank you, Dollar General and our great manager, Gary, for getting this item in the store. They are always expanding and getting new items. The salespeople are always so friendly and very helpful (Laura is my favorite DG helper). I always leave with a smile on my face. Don't know what I'd do without my Dollar General.

Dead carts, carts not plugged in to charge, carts setting in the parking lot or abandoned because they died somewhere in the store! Other than Tops, Walmart is the ONLY place in town that provides scooter carts. Now, we can't even depend on those! I'd finally had enough the other day after I picked up a nearly dead cart in the parking lot. I went to complain at the Service desk. There were others their with their own issues. The man working behind the counter raised his voice at everyone and told a girl to shut the lights off, which she did. They then walked off and left everyone standing there! I approached a long time employee to discuss my frustration about this ongoing cart issue. Her answer to me? Well, you know, we don't even have to have carts here. We provide them as a service, but we don't have to WOW, just wow! I asked for the managers name so I could address myself to her directly. I was told Colleen but gee, nobody knew her last name! This Wal mart used to be a great place to shop. Under this manager, it's gone down the tubes. Shelves are bare, shopping carts are full of garbage that employees can't be bothered to remove, customers issues are ignored plus so many more issues Soon, the college kids will be back, joy riding through the store on these essential mobility aids and nobody will say a word! Apparently, handicapped shoppers are not needed, welcomed or respected at Walmart Fredonia. My only recourse is to try to bring my own scooter, which I can't unload and load myself, or drive to Hamburg or Lakewood to cleaner, well stocked, customer oriented shopping experience. In this Walmart at least you can buy wine and beer. You can't do that in Pennsylvania as wine may only be sold in high priced state owned stores and beer only at a premium price from a beer of liquor licensed bar or beer distributor. Ugh! This Walmart Supercenter also has a much better selection in food. Like they even carry buffalo which is my most favored meat as the diet of the buffalo is basically antibiotic and growth hormone free, plus it's far less fatty.
