I thought the timing chain cover would need to be removed to get it out. He suggested removing the oil pan first as it could have dropped into the oil pan. He said it was an easier and less expensive repair if that was the case. That was where the screw was. He communicated well and was very respectful all along the way. I will definitely call him again the next time I need car repairs. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
