During the tow they damaged our luxury suv with air ride suspension by not using the wheel straps, they used chains. They obviously didnt know that you dont do that with a air ride suspension, you use wheel straps. I tried meeting with one of the owners and he was very unprofessional. Even when I showed him the pictures and the proof that they chained the vehicle causing the damage he refused to help repair it. Don't use or trust them they will screw you over and then will not take accountability for their wrong doing!

Lumba's was very quick to respond to my request and provided a quote FAR more competitive than the others. Communication overall was very good (I called and it went to voicemail once, but received return call shortly thereafter), car-towing experience was handled professionally, and all done at a great price! I was curious why Yelp had three (3) "not recommended" reviews for Lumba's Towing and found that these 5-star, positive reviews were likely excluded because the user hadn't submitted a review before and it was relatively short, which doesn't make sense to me. So a customer, for the first time, feels so strongly about the great service received from Lumba's that he/she decides to leave a brief review to let others know about their great experience with the company... Then Yelp! buries it, likely because it's their first review and is relatively brief. I'm sure Yelp! has its reasons, but I want Lumba's to get the credit they deserve so I mentioned it in my opening line. As soon as she stopped the car and put it in 'Park', the car started sliding down the hill. She got out of the car and called me. Not fully understanding the situation, we called good old AAA and they dispatched one of your trucks. Upon further inspection, with the way the car was positioned, it did not take your driver long to realize that any singular attempt at pulling the car back on the road would be the equivalent to pulling the rug out from under someone's feet and the car would have surely gone down into the ravine. Your driver was professional and most of all concerned about our vehicle; it did not take long to realize we needed a second truck. The police officer on hand suggested the name of another company that he knew had a larger rig and so, in the name of getting the car off the ridge before it continued to slip into the ravine, I called the other company. Soon, we had two trucks of the same size and capabilities. Your driver, out of concern for us/your indirect customer, worked in tandem with your competitor and it was a thing of beauty. The two drivers 'see sawed', step by step, our car back, safely, onto the road. The driver from All Georgia Towing is to be commended for going above and beyond the call of duty.
