Been here many times and came back last night. I'm a big fan of Toro Loco overall. The frozen margarita is chefs kiss so good, and they have them on affordable happy hour specials. Now the food was good as always but I do think they could kick up the spice level. The waiters were very kind but not extremely attentive. The interior I like a lot, but it's getting a bit tired and they might want to make a couple changes to keep the space fresh. Overall this is a solid place for a more old school Mexican spot vibe.

Food was great, been coming here since I was young and it still hits the same. The service was great as well, no complaints highly recommended.

This place hosted my niece's baptism party on very short notice when the original venue closed two days before the event. The staff was friendly, got a lot if different orders right and out to 40 people at the same time. Food was yummy. I especially enjoyed the mango margaritas and guacamole.

Sat outdoors, a few bugs flying around. Staff was nice. But the flavors of the food needed some more seasoning and were on the semi-bland side. The deep fried ice cream was okay as well. Nothing here to blow away the taste buds. Maybe in the future will try some other dishes and see if they are better!

I love Toro Loco so much! Their chicken burritos are so delicious and filling. I am a big fan of their frozen margarita pitchers too. It's a cute Mexican spot with great service as well. 10/10!

2 words: Margarita pitchers. The tacos were meh. Just ok , not the worst and not the best. The rice and beans were not good. BUT the drinks saved the whole experience. Get the pitcher. Yes it's it's strong but SO GOOD. Honestly this is a great happy hour spot. & if you go on a Thursday night you get to listen to Fox & Falcons DJ/Game trivia nite. Again. Get the margarita pitcher. The picture is for the half one and it was strong. So if you have great tolerance go for the full pitcher

This place gets 2 : 1 for parking and the other for the drinks. This is supposed to be Mexican food, so one would expect FLAVOR-SABOR! This place is far from it. The watery salsa had chunks of onion and was bland. My friend ordered the fajita trio w/ chicken, shrimp, & and steak, and it was barely seasoned. I ordered the skirt steak with rice & refried beans, which were more like pureed beans The steak was seasoned with salt & and pepper, and the rice, maybe 1 chicken-flavored bouillon cube was added to the water as the rice was boiling. We ate our food because we were ravenous, and any sustenance would have been acceptable at that point. Did we enjoy the food, NOPE! The drinks were good. So, come here for the drinks, NOT THE FOOD! Taco Bell (which I haven't eaten since 2016) has more taste.

The…read morequality of the food is definitely the reason people keep coming back, and those sandwiches are some of my favorites there. However, my experiences with customer service have been mixed. The woman with the gray hair working at the register, I'm not sure if she is the owner or manager has come across as rude toward me on multiple occasions and has given me uncomfortable looks while I'm paying. I've also personally noticed what felt like different treatment toward some Jespy clients compared to other customers coming in, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome at times she treats the Jespy clients differently. The setup for ordering subs can also be a little confusing, especially if it's your first time there or if the deli is busy. The line and ordering process could definitely be organized a bit better. The service overall could be friendlier and more welcoming. It's also a little pricey, so I don't go there very often. That being said, the food itself is still very good and worth trying if you're in the area.

If you're not familiar, I'm not talking about ground meat sloppy joes. This refers to meat, Swiss cheese, coleslaw, and Russian dressing on layers of rye bread. They have many different options. Their rye bread is superb and the quality of the food is excellent. My favorite is the Maplewood Joe. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. I don't care what anyone says, this is far better than Millburn Deli.

Tables that haven't been wiped down, trash cans overflowing during peak hours, and a general sense that no one's really in charge. I keep coming back out of sheer convenience, as it could be a great option for commuters, which is exactly what they're counting on. But convenience only carries so much weight when you're consistently waiting 8-9+ minutes for an iced coffee, to the point of nearly missing your train.

It's tucked into a corner instead of the larger row of businesses. When you enter there are some tables right in the front with the counter to order towards the back. Honestly? By New Jersey standards this may not be the largest Starbucks out there but if you've gone to many in New York City I'd call this one average sized. It was clean and organized and that matters to me more. My order was taken quickly and I hung out in the back to wait for my order. It was around 9am on a weekday morning and my drink and food were ready within ten minutes so I was impressed. My Chai Latte was good. Starbucks really varies from location to location. I would rate this latte at a "B". I ordered the pesto breakfast sandwich and it was really tasty! I imagine this place must get crazy busy at times being right at the base of a train station. I think I got lucky going at a lull in between busy periods.

The rest of our party arrived within five minutes, and while waiting we had a very pleasant conversation. Michael ended up serving us as well, and his attentiveness truly elevated the entire experience. We were seated in a large dining room down a few steps, a space typically used for large parties and events. Since it was the Sunday between Christmas and New Year's, the room was set with four-top tables. We were able to choose our table, which offered a great view of South Orange--something that most tables in this beautifully designed restaurant seem to enjoy. The restaurant is BYOB, and one member of our party brought a bottle of red wine. Giorgio's provided attractive, proper wine glasses, which was a nice touch. For appetizers, we shared the Caprese and Calamari Fritti--both excellent. I ordered one of the specials: bone-in pork chops topped with blue cheese over mushroom risotto. Simply outstanding. Others in our party ordered the Chicken Parmigiana with penne vodka sauce and the mushroom ravioli, and they enjoyed their meals just as much as I did. After dinner, two of us had cappuccinos and one had regular coffee. I ordered the chocolate mousse cake, another guest chose the cheesecake, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed dessert and coffee. Overall, it was an extremely enjoyable evening in a wonderful restaurant with a great location, inviting atmosphere, outstanding service, and excellent food. By the time we left, the restaurant had filled up with what appeared to be many locals and repeat customers--always a great sign.

It's like a diner now - way more options on the menu and everything you order could be found at a diner. Not only that, it looks like one too, just without counter seating. I could see this potentially being a good place to hang out but it just looks disorganized, the workers don't look enthusiastic or appear confident in what they make. This is further evident by what I got. On the menu they have a number of college themed items - including burgers and sandwiches. I decided to go with "Boland Hall" named after one of the buildings on SHU campus, sounded good - burger, with fries, onion rings and thousand isle dressing. Kinda reminded me of a Italian cheese burger. Yeah it kinda was - just bad. As shown in my pic, the burger to fry ratio was way, way off. It might as well just been fries. It hardly had any ketchup or dressing either. What was worse is it was about $10. Even with a mediocre place like this I try to consider a second chance but I don't think that will be the case here. Skip this place.
