He looked at the issue and explained what the problem was with a broken hose and immediately went about fixing it. This caused another delay of several days. The correct part was finally installed on Nov 13. The installer, Justin, was very nice, professional, and clean. The oven cost us a lot less than $3,000. Went there on Tuesday and saw a double oven that met our requirements and dimensions. The oven was installed on Thursday. The installers, Adrian and Juan, were very polite and professional. So far, so good. I took one * away because I had to chase them down to firm up the installation date.
