Love the fridge that I got for my rental property. The prices are amazing and the fridge was super clean. Yes. They have little flaws here and there but the overall quality is great. Definitely going back for my future properties.

I waited for almost a month for my property management to get me stove as it broke on July 9th. I called and spoke with Joann who advised they might not have a stove in stock, and would contact me back, I did not receive a response. I called they next day to check on the status, and was advised I would be called back with a schedule and delivery date, and I did receive a call. I called again to see when my stove would be delivered on Tuesday, and was advised it would be delivered Saturday first delivery. I spoke with Manny Saturday morning around 7 am, and was advised I was second delivery and he would arrive in a hour in a half. After an hour in a half, I called to check on the ETA, and was advised they were stuck in traffic, but were on the way. I gave my gate code three times as they asked for it every time we spoke. The gentlemen who arrived were nice and got the old stove out and the new stove in. I made sure to clean my stove, just in case they wanted to fix it and resale it. Then gentleman stated that it not busy on Saturdays at all, and I was his 4th delivery. But I thought they were stuck in traffic, and I thought I was first, then second in line for delivery? So I was lied to as there was no traffic, I was just made to wait until 4th delivery, which was the true reason they were late. The stove was used, and looked nice from what the eye could see. Once they left, I took a closer look at the stove, and I was shocked that any company could sell a stove in the condition I received it in. I rent this home, so I should not have had to spend 3 hours cleaning a stove that should have been cleaned before the sell. I have purchased stoves from the goodwill cleaner than what I received. I guess you get what you pay for. Most stoves come with two racks on the inside, this stove had just one rack. Joann advised that it is purchased as is, but would check to see if she could get another rack. Never received a call back. Joann advised they sent pictures over to my property management of the stove. I advised, so did I, and I would also make sure to leave a review and provide the pictures that I took of the stove as well.

I called Absolute Appliance one afternoon and they sent someone out the next day. Tony texted me when he was on his way and arrived about 15 min later. He looked at the issue and explained what the problem was with a broken hose and immediately went about fixing it. After that he replaced one of the lights in the freezer which illuminated all of them (like a string of Xmas tree lights). I would highly recommend Absolute Appliance, and especially Tony. He was polite, friendly, and efficient! A great overall job!

I was told the part would arrive in 3-5 business days, but after no updates, I followed up again on Nov 3-4 and was told the part had already arrived. An appointment was scheduled for Nov 6, but there was confusion about the service window, and when the technician arrived, it turned out the wrong part had been ordered despite providing them with my serial number prior. This caused another delay of several days. The correct part was finally installed on Nov 13. The installer, Justin, was very nice, professional, and clean. While the final repair was done well, I feel like my experience could've been better with the communication. Overall, I do still recommend this company.

The seller is in California in Orange County where Covid is raging and she is following the Governor's stay at home order. Hence, my partner and I were tasked with troubleshooting the Buyer's request for a new oven. Long story not so short: Spectrum Home Inspection had inspected the condo 3 weeks ago and found the oven to be functioning perfectly and accompanied their findings by Visual reading photos. Buyer # 1 backs out because of Covid related issues. Enter Buyers # 2 and their lovely real estate agent. Their home inspector states that the nearly new wall oven is defective and it doesn't go past 86 degrees. He states it doesn't heat. The Seller states the oven was just fine and hadn't been used since the prior inspection, and the Buyers agent generously states she will "take care" of the cost of fixing the oven. She calls Mr. Appliance. My partner is present for the Mr. Appliance appointment. So is she. The technician had no clue what he was doing. He tried. It was obvious he was new. He said the oven heats to 600 degrees and that the top element does not stay on when heating, and that the control board was defective and that it is not manufactured anymore and the Seller needs a new oven. He tried to drag the oven out of the wall to get to the control board, but my partner stopped him. This technician kept reading the manual and calling someone and this took almost 2 hours with no resolution other than the fact that our client had to buy a new oven. Now, this makes no sense to me. Mr Appliance was called for a non heating issue and states the oven is TOO hot at 600 degrees...and my client has been asked by the buyer to replace the oven - a $2k or so cost. Today, I called Mr. Appliance and was greeted pleasantly by Jessica - I go over the above while she attentively and patiently listens. I asked her if she could send out her repairman who was being called repeatedly by yesterday's tech. She doesn't hesitate and says yes and schedules Bachir right away for an appointment. He arrives ASAP and had to wait for us to return to the property for 30 minutes. I apologized to Jessica for not being able to get there so quickly, and she says, "No Problem" - he will wait for you. We enter the property. Bachir pulls out a temperature probe and connects it to the interior of the oven and asks how the other guy from yesterday measured the temperature - did he use a probe. The answer was no - just a thermometer thingy. Bachir sets the oven to 350 degrees. The oven beeps when it is heated. Everything is fine. He explains that the oven is in brand new condition, explains about how an oven's temperature regulates to maintain the desired temperature, and what devices are used to measure the ranges properly. Furthermore Bachir explains that the top element only is operational during the pre heat cycle - it was not broken, After the oven pre heats - the top element goes off - unless it is in broil function. He knew his stuff inside out. The oven did not need to be removed from the cabinet - and there was nothing wrong. He produced a report on his Ipad advising the same. There was no charge for the second visit. Jessica and Bachir are caring , diligent, and knowledgable people. The first tech was new and probably needs to be an apprentice for awhile...Bachir fixes most all appliances and he and Mr. Appliance will be my go to people for everything appliance related. You can tell how good a business really is when something goes wrong, and how they rectify the situation. This was 5 STAR service with a smile ( I imagine as Bachir wore his mask the entire time). And an extremely efficient process after being paid in full . They cared very much about doing a good job and have an excellent work ethic. As an aside, in order to work in the high rise condo this unit is located in, the company has to have to have a million dollars liability insurance policy and workman's comp on file with the HOA. Mr. Appliance complies with those pre requisites.
