Once upon a time, there was a toilet paper and appliance part shortage between 2020-2021. It was a scary time, and one that I remember we had to unexpectedly replace our dishwasher after waiting over three months for a part that would likely never come. So, here we are about four years later and our slightly new-ish dishwasher is not releasing water all of a sudden. I go to Yelp and call Appliance Savers and Peter is able to come out right away. He spent his time dissecting the dishwasher to determine the issue. After a couple of very focused hours, he explained there was a part that could replace all three parts, in which one of them may be faulty. However, it was understood that it was better to replace all three as the error code wasn't clear as to which was the culprit of our main issue. He orders the part, comes back in a few days, removes the old part, installs the new part, and it begins to run as it should. It's been a couple of weeks and our dishwasher is working again, and we are so grateful! I also appreciated how kind and understanding he was of the situation. He worked for a bit and fixed it, even showing us how the drain tube was filled with dust and dirt causing it to back up and not drain properly.
