The result is so overly warm, it looks dark orange. I was told it would just be a toner and would wash out, but that hasn't happened. Instead of a refreshed balayage, my hair now looks completely different--darker, dull, and way overly brassy. This is not what I asked for, and it has ruined the dimensional color I had. I look sickly with this orange hair and the only option I have is either to bleach my hair again and damage it or darken it to a dark brown with no dimension. Either way I'll be waiting months to a year to start over and get the look I've been working towards. With this, they are not apologetic and don't take accountability. Don't go here!!

The bangs are poorly done -- you can clearly see the tracks, and they are not even straight. This is not a matter of personal preference or "being used to closures," as the stylist claimed when I expressed that I was unhappy. The issue is poor technique. My hair was butchered, and this was very expensive hair. I spent the entire day in the salon, only to realize how bad it looked once everything was finished. When I insisted that I was not satisfied, the manager's response was that I would need to pay to have it removed and then pay again to have it redone with a closure -- even though the closure was never the issue. I now have a very important event next week and have to go to another salon and pay again just to fix or remove this work. I have never felt so disappointed or upset leaving a salon before. Go at your own risk. I have been going to the office this whole week looking like this

I go there regularly and get my hair done by Fatima and she KILLS it every time. My hair's a bit grown out in the photo but the braids still look flawless. And they don't overcharge you here either, which is a problem I encountered at other braiding salons I've been to. If you're paying $350+ for simple braids, something's not right lol. Cassandra is my go to girl. She does WONDERS with colour. I'm always satisfied after a visit with Cassandra. She is always so friendly and talkative, it's like we've been friends forever lol. In fact, EVERYONE at the salon is very friendly. They are always so welcoming. You just feel really comfortable at the salon. They always offer you tea, water or coffee. It is beautiful, the people are nice, and the vibe is not too trendy like you can find in some shops across town, but it is not outdated either.
