I'm a stickler for making sure everything is good w/my vehicle. It's currently at 68.4K miles. Tim and his wife are the owners. Their team is excellent at what they do. They have never suggested anything my car did not need. Had my oil change done first thing this morning. Got greeted by their cute, friendly dog too. I believe there is a small fee for using a credit card. There are other payment options like Zelle and cash. The hours are 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday. 5 stars easily!!

It was a hassle communicating between insurance company and crash champions…read more I got rear ended and the insurance company told me to take my car here at Crash Champions. They took photos of my car and they said they would send the photos to the insurance company. I waited couple weeks but no response from insurance company. I called the insurance company and they said they haven't received the photos and would contact crash champion. After several days, they still haven't sent the photos. Over a month after I had taken my car to Crash Champions for them to take photos, the insurance company provided me a personal link to take the photos myself and upload the photos. I also came here over ten years ago when my front area was all damaged. they did decent job of fixing the entire front of a corolla, like production. Although they filled gap with rubber which I didn't like.

ORIGINAL POST : I got in a small accident. Things aren't lined up right on my whole front bumper section from hood to bottom fender. They also replaced the bumper liner cap and it turned completely white before two years even. I took it down there and they told me it was wear and tear. My 2004 car that I bought brand new has less than 150,000 miles on it and they're trying to tell me it's wear and tear. My car is practically in pristine condition but now looks like crap since they put this low end, bumper on it.

They had my car for three full weeks, which was far longer than I was originally told. When I finally got my vehicle back, it was in the exact same condition as when I dropped it off--despite being told the spark plugs had been replaced and the issue had been fixed. Not only did I waste weeks without my car, but I now have to take it somewhere else to actually get the problem resolved. When confronted about a refund, the owner ignored our concerns and decided to keep our money even though we didn't agree to replace the spark plugs when we simply wanted a car scan. The lack of communication, the excessive delay, and the fact that the issue wasn't fixed at all made this whole process incredibly frustrating. Earlier this morning while I was dropping my children off at school, a friend mentioned that one of my brake lights was out in our 2015 Honda Odyssey. Miraleste Automotive is across the street from where I live, so I thought I would drop in and inquire about what I needed. 10 minutes later everything was done at a refreshingly reasonable cost. Greg Streeter, the owner of the business, changed the bulb himself. As a business owner myself, that goes a long way with me. In addition, I was treated with kindness and respect from both Greg Streeter and Myra, the office manager. The reason I wanted to mention that portion of this review is that I looked like crap. I literally rolled out of bed and threw something on so I could get my kids to school on time. My hair is screwed up. I haven't showered or shaved yet, and to top it off, our 2015 Honda Odyssey hasn't been washed in weeks. My car also has cobwebs growing on the outside of it, because it's an extra car and we almost never drive it. Yet still, Miraleste Automotive treated me really well at a great price. My wife and I have four cars, and the other three are 2025 & 2026 luxury models. Because of how well I was treated this morning at Miraleste Automotive, I will bring all of my cars there as needed. I highly recommend this place. It is beyond awesome.

It's really hard to find honest mechanics these days, but after speaking with the gentleman (come to find out it was the owner's son) on the phone, I immediately felt at ease. I brought my car in, and they diagnosed the problem. They let me know it might take some time since the part wasn't in stock. After I explained my situation to the owner Mr. Mahida, he told me to give him until the end of the day...which I really appreciated. By 5 PM that same evening, my car was ready. It wasn't cheap, but it was absolutely worth it for the peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands with honest people. I also really appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on any services I didn't need. They did an amazing job, the service was excellent, and I would definitely recommend South Bay Euro Car!!!
