I love this place. I've only dealt with them one time, earlier today for less than 10 minutes and they've got me as a customer for the foreseeable future. Earlier this morning while I was dropping my children off at school, a friend mentioned that one of my brake lights was out in our 2015 Honda Odyssey. Miraleste Automotive is across the street from where I live, so I thought I would drop in and inquire about what I needed. 10 minutes later everything was done at a refreshingly reasonable cost. Greg Streeter, the owner of the business, changed the bulb himself. As a business owner myself, that goes a long way with me. In addition, I was treated with kindness and respect from both Greg Streeter and Myra, the office manager. The reason I wanted to mention that portion of this review is that I looked like crap. I literally rolled out of bed and threw something on so I could get my kids to school on time. My hair is screwed up. I haven't showered or shaved yet, and to top it off, our 2015 Honda Odyssey hasn't been washed in weeks. My car also has cobwebs growing on the outside of it, because it's an extra car and we almost never drive it. Yet still, Miraleste Automotive treated me really well at a great price. My wife and I have four cars, and the other three are 2025 & 2026 luxury models. Because of how well I was treated this morning at Miraleste Automotive, I will bring all of my cars there as needed. We needed to replace our headlight on our 1997 automobile. A new headlight was installed, but it didn't work. Subsequently, the mechanic discovered that there was a defective part in the headlight electrical system, which needed to be replaced. Mayra, the service advisor, attempted to find it, but was unsuccessful initially. Then, she searched the Internet and found the part on Amazon. She ordered the part and paid for it herself. Then, she had the part sent to her home so that it would be delivered as quickly as possible. I've never experienced someone like Mayra. She "went above and beyond" what anyone could expect. Miraleste Automotive is extremely fortunate to have Mayra as an employee. She was fantastic and deserves the BIGGEST SHOUT OUT anyone could award. Thank you Greg for having Mayra with you. These guys are great! I brought in my F-150 and told them about a coolant leak I was having near the turbo. They gave me a good estimate to replace the coolant lines in both turbos. Later in the day, I received a text stating that they would only charge me 1/2 the original estimate because my passenger side turbo coolant line was in excellent condition and they would only be replacing the driver side coolant line...so honest. Greg, quoted me 1600 bucks to replace the compressor for my AC then he called back a few days later and said he found a kit on the Internet and it was going to be either 1425 or 1325 can't remember, but I said go ahead. I to pick up the car and ihe had a meat thermometer in the air but stupid me. I paid and took the car two days later. The AC quit completely. a bad feeling about Greg so I took it to another mechanic and he told me that Greg used a refurbished part I never would've agreed to a refurbished part. The honest mechanic quoted me $1100. I said go AC works great. He used a factory equivalent part so Greg wanted to charge me $500 more than what the honest mechanic wanted to charge me initially and charge me about 300 bucks more using refurbished part anyway I didn't deal with Greg anymore because I knew I'd go to jail calling him out for what in my opinion is a rip off. And Greg, if you wanted to dispute this, my mechanic said he backed me up because he doesn't like people who use refurbished parts and don't let the customers know either. read more

Oh wow this place is awesome!!! Greg took me in and fixed my 2006 Dodge Durango so I could get back and forth to work!!! I didn't have the money but he let me make payments, I am a retired military veteran and he said it's the least he could do. I'm a single mom And without my truck I can't work!!! I trust him with my life because basically my car is the means to my survival for me and my daughter. He even got me a loaner car while he fixed it!!! Then a few months went by n my truck broke down I mean it's old 230k plus miles so again he fixed it, got me a loaner and let me again make payments!!! He had it working next day. Great place! I called ahead to schedule an oil & filter change and brought it in the next morning. It was done in hour! I barely got home when they called me to pick it up. I read reviews that the office lady was rude and that is not true. She is not very talkative but when I picked up my car she was very knowledgeable and gave me her boss's cell number and told me to call him if anything goes wrong with my car in the future. Better late than never. Brought my Audi SQ5 in for scheduled maintenance and a complete check-up a few months ago. I was told to drop off my car in the am and not given any specific time that my car would be worked on. That would have helped me plan my day accordingly as I work. A few hours later I received a call that my car was done. When I went to pickup my car I asked the nice woman if there were any issues and was told no, everything looked good. Unfortunately, I had a headlamp out that they never replaced, they didn't turn off my service light indicator and did not inform me my brake pads (soon to be rotors) were needing replacement. Will not be going back there especially for the price. I was really hoping this would become my go-to place. read more

I came to leave this review because I have never been more impressed. My first experience with Miraleste Automotive was a year ago. My car battery kept going bad and AAA swore my battery was fine because they sold that bad battery to me and told me I needed an alternator. I went here and they told me you don't need an alternator. They could have just done it and charged me but they told me it wasn't needed. Told me it was the battery. I knew then they were good but today my brakes went bad. I am nanny in the area and I have to pick up kids and take care of them. When my brakes went bad I was worried but knew I better take my car back to the place I trust. The owner Greg took my car at 3:30. I was frazzled because I figured I would have to leave my car to be worked on the following day. I was planning on walking back to my nanny family's house and was going to Uber to get a rental car. Greg came out and offered to drive me to my location. As he was driving he told me to hold off on getting a rental car. He said he was going to try and get me out of there by today. I was so grateful for the ride but even more grateful for him going above and beyond. He saved me money that I honestly couldn't really afford to spend but as a nanny, you need your car. He fixed my car and brought it back to me since I didn't have a ride. This man is a true gem! His customer service is excellent and I trust him. As an update to my previous 5 star review, I want to again commend Miraleste Automotive for their service to the PV community. My out of warranty 2012 Toyota Prius had its hybrid system fail. For $38, Greg at Miraleste Automotive diagnosed the issue. He advised that I should take the car to a Toyota dealer as the particular failed part was covered under a special Toyota extended warranty program. I did as Greg told me and it turns out that a $5000 repair is in fact free under the extended warranty program. The best $38 I ever spent! By the way, the dealer charges $175 for the same diagnostic service. I would highly recommend Miraleste Automotive to all my friends and family. read more

Last Friday my 18 year old car suddenly wouldn't start, so I had it towed to Miraleste Automotive. The two tow truck drivers I dealt with said that my problem was probably the fuel pump. Mayra, the front office lady is very friendly and professional as well. Jeff could have easily ripped me off for more than a thousand dollars by claiming the car needed a new fuel pump and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Instead he only charged me $90, even though he spent several hours trying to diagnose the problem. He truly likes to help people and he takes his respected reputation in the community very seriously. This place has some serious shady business going on here . I came in because I wanted to get my car up to snuff on all the regular maintenance. First off the guy in the garage just brushed me off told me to talk to someone I couldn't even make out what he was saying because his back was turned towards me when he was walking away . I had to ask him three times what he was saying finally ok I got the message talk to this lady in the office . The lady said she couldn't give me no quotes on nothing, come on seriously ? Even the dealerships can tell you what things will cost . Instead she tells me I'll give you a free oil change but we keep the car and tell you what's wrong with it and bill you. On second thought no thanks I don't do dumb things like give a stranger my car to mess it up and call me with a bill that's just not smart . If you are looking for someone to fix your car skip these people it's not worth the headache, go somewhere you can trust . And I'm almost certain most of these reviews are fake too , five stars on all of them ? I don't think it's possible. read more

Had a great experience at Miraleste Auto from start to finish. Saw reviews on here so called them about a check engine light that came on. They scheduled me to come in the next day to look at it and gave me an estimate. I had to schedule to come back for the repair and they were very flexible. When I came for the repair, I was prepared to sit and wait around the corner. But Greg offered to take me back home since the repair would take some time. He then came and picked me up once the repair was complete, in the exact time frame he told me, and the best part was that it cost less than the estimate!! Miraleste Automotive in Palos Verdes. . . Been going there for 20+ years. Last month Miraleste Automotive had my car and diagnosed a repair of $450, Gregg suggested I take it to the dealer as it may be under warranty. On Thursday, I called the dealership and explained what was found and asked how much the repair would cost. They said "if you have it towed in we can run a diagnostic on it Monday for $129 and go from there. When I asked again how much the repair would cost based on what I told him Miraleste Automotive found... he said " ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS!!!!!" My roommate recommended me to Miraleste and so far I've been amazed at the work they've done! My '04 Honda Civic was having some issues with overheating. My mechanic friend had already replaced the radiator and thermostat but it was still overheating, and it was looking like the fix would be something very pricy. I left the car with Greg overnight for some testing to diagnose the issue, expecting a bad phone call the next day. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I got the call saying my car was completely fixed! A couple weeks later when I brought the car back in need of new brake pads and rotors, I had called them at about 10am that morning and Greg had me up and running by 1:30pm. This place treats you like family. Hermi answers the phone and always remembers me. Greg (the owner I believe) seems to always be shooting us a deal. Larry (one of the mechanics) is always super nice. Reasonable prices, quick service. I feel like I can trust these guys completely. They are always happy to drop me off at my place and pick me up when my car was ready. When they needed my car for 2 days, the gave me a loaner and had my son's car seat installed in it when they came to pick me up. They warranty their repairs, so if something goes bad later in the same system, a lot of it is already paid for.
