Truly was not sure where I was, but it's a across from a Home Depot, no lights or real intersection, but a super hub for the LA Metro bus system, including the J Line (aka Silver). Just off the 110 Freeway, by the 91 and nearby the 405 on 182nd Street. I was pleasantly surprised to see they layout here. Easy to navigate, plenty of signs and like a lot of others have mentioned efficient. Times for frequency on weekends are the worst. It was giving, " All he cares about is school and his mom and his friends (and work)." Does the LA Metro not realize people like to enjoy the weekend also after a long hard week? Thankfully I wasn't going to much further from here and caught a ride over to Redondo Beach. The area is a little rough around the edges, but pretty updated and cleaned up where it counts. Definitely should be some safer walking and crossing areas, outside the Transit Center. Public restrooms are available. Parking is also available if commuting with roughly 1,000 spots. LA Metro workers often around and visible. Great way to get to events, work and functions. Hope times, frequencies and connections improve in the future. You can't predict traffic, incidents or human circumstances, but you (LA Metro) can plan better for transfers and smoother rides from point A to B on their end.

On weekday afternoons, there is a bus every 5 minutes. On weekends, they run every 15. We arrive back to the transit center after 10 pm at times and I never feel unsafe. A ride home if I have had a couple drinks is way cheaper than parking Downtown. It is also a quick bus ride to BMO Stadium and the Coliseum.

The line only runs at the start and end of working hours so you avoid all the crazies on the other buses. The bus drops off immediately onto the car pool lane of the 110 Freeway, which I used to look longingly at when I drove solo, but now use frequently. The only drawback to this line is its last run out of downtown is 6:30 so if you miss that bus you have to take another line to get back to the Aretesia Transit Center.

It's ridiculous, they accept dogs at all here so what's your issue? Why was there an issue? There were other dogs walking around as well, but no, he targeted me! I checked out on the last day of my stay and I know I left that room perfectly ! I went to rebook not long after because I did like the place. I just don't like the owner if he is the owner, he's not a nice guy ! So, I was supposed to check in today but before I checked in, I looked at my reservation online. After the game it was a short walk back to the bus. Much quicker trip home. It's near the intersection of the Harbor & Riverside fwys. Pros: it's free; no driving with 40000 cars trying to get there; drop off essentially at the gates; no $40 bill for parking and not fighting 40000 cars trying to leave at the same time Cons: buses fill up quickly, could be a long wait, you get packed in like sardines.

No wedding is perfect!…read more When my wife and I were planning our big day, the biggest piece of advice everyone gave was to understand that every wedding is fraught with at least 1 complication; the best thing to do was anticipate and be ready to adapt. I feel more than fortunate saying that the only "snafu" of our wedding day was our transportation situation. We got married in Malibu and as there are no hotels in the area, we reserved hotel rooms in the Westlake area. My wife's family generously made a shuttle available to provide transportation for all guests staying at the hotel to the venue and back so there would be no issues regarding driving before or after the festivities. My wife also wanted to plan a fun surprise and have all the groomsmen and bridesmaids travel together, then use the bus as a hang-out for the groomsmen while the bridesmaids got ready/did their last minute touch-ups at the venue. The problem really was a domino effect from an initial horrible mistake and our transportation situation went downhill from there. The bus driver who was instructed to pick up the groomsmen from one hotel ended up picking up a few families (women and children included) from that hotel instead, going to the next hotel to pick up more families, then started on its way to the venue. About 15 after we were expecting to see our driver for the groomsmen party, the mother of the bride began calling the company and they continued to say "she was 10 minutes away"... they kept saying this. Only 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time for the groomsmen, did the driver arrive, drop off all the guest she had accumulated at one hotel, and then proceeded to pick up the groomsmen and then the bridesmaids. She then go the directions wrong on the way to the venue and did not know where the venue was. From her actions, the main shuttle carrying all hotel-staying guests was also 30 minutes late. Finally, the company was responsible for picking up individuals from the venue to take them back to the hotel, and showed up and left 10 minutes earlier than the originally planned time for pick-up without making any notification to any wedding coordinator. This left approximately 30 guests waiting about 1.5 hours for the next shuttle, and forced the best man and several groomsmen to get an uber as the last shuttle was too full as a result of extra guests it needed to accommodate. When my wife's family called to ask why everything had gone so terribly wrong, the company stated that there was no coordinator at each location to usher people accordingly (which was never discussed before hand... and I mean really - if you're picking up "Groomsmen" dont you think woman & children should be your first clue that something is not right). The company offered a menial discount to the total bill as a means for compensation. Overall, this was really the only fiasco of our wedding, but was the most stressful part of our wedding... ultimately taking time away from both families to spend with loved ones.

They offered a flat rate of $75 for a town car plus a 20% gratuity (if you want an SUV, it's a $90 flat rate). Go to their website to make a reservation. Within 30 minutes, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Be sure to fill out the credit card authorization form and fax it in prior to the service. Otherwise, you can also pay using cash if you'd like. My boss was a little late getting to the car on the morning of, and instead of charging double (which is what they normally do), Endalk only charged us $20 as they were going to be out-of-pocket for the additional amount of time the driver was waiting at the property. It can be a tad difficult to get a hold of Endalk at times when he may be driving a customer, but just keep calling and someone is sure to answer. Every time I spoke with him on the phone, he was super helpful and was able to answer all my questions. I highly recommend Wilshire Transportation, their rates are unbeatable and their service is professional and fab!

I would normally never think to post a private email in public, but this one was so hilariously half-assed that here was their response, word for word: "Sorry driver got pulled over by a police in Hollywood, and could not call you or us.
