I would think after a few sessions with the same dogs, it'd consistent, yet she still butchered their groom. I understand she is probably very busy, but there's simply no excuse for charging a high price and providing bad grooms. I expressed my frustration and she wasn't very receptive. I do not recommend this groomer. Find a different groomer.

I had to seek another groomer. Unfortunately, the new groomer was in a camper with her own pets (maybe had fleas?) after grooming my pups had a bad case of fleas. Tried to treat them but they both had bad reactions to the treatment involving in one of them passing. Absolutely heartbroken! It was her first visit to the groomers and her first haircut so she could only cut her face her paws and her little butt, but she was shampooed. She got a blueberry facial. She was blown out so that she could be cut and she looks like a little lion now, but her hair is starting to curl up a little bit now on the top of her head so she's back looking like a little teddy bear.

I regret it so much and won't be taking her back here. This video was only 2 weeks after taking her to get groomed. The amount of hair that was still falling out of her wasn't normal at all if they did everything they said they did to help with the shedding. Took her into pets and palace today and paid $12 to wash her myself and now she's home and I rub my hand against her fur and there's little to NO hair on her. Learned our lesson and will from now on grooming her ourselves. The video of me rubbing my hand on her is from right now and I loved the results.
