Our insurance company was waiting for an evaluation and estimate of repair. Scott came the following week on Tuesday as scheduled. I showed him the area I wanted him to examine. After about 15 minutes of " looking" around my condo, and suggesting endless remodeling possibilities, I had to stop him. I explained that he priority was any water damage and repair needed. He had us run the dish washer and we could see the leak immediately. We asked if he thought he could pull the dish washer out so we could look for a loose hose. He said he could..but.... He didn't bring any tools with him. He said didn't get the message about the leak. He left saying he would call later that day to set an appt time to pull the dishwasher out.
