With parts and labor this damage was near $1000.00 USD. that Torrez had to reimburse after they were found liable for. There are other towing companies in our area that are more, much more reliable! I locked my keys keys in the truck at the casino and called my roadside assistant. They told me that Torrez Towing was on their way. After waiting for over two hours we still had no ETA. I made it home and at 830 am the next day my insurance still could not get a hold of them. I seriously hope they get dropped by the insurance and get replaced by a reliable towing company. They are angles sent to do God's work. When I needed a mountain to be moved they came to the rescue. My truck was sliding of the edge of a cliff in the snow. AAA would not help us as we were about 300 yard from the pavement. They arrived very quickly and did what 2 other good samaritans could not accomplish. The truck kept sliding further over the edge. They pulled us up off the edge and even helped us get back onto the paved road. Truly Angles sent in my time of need. read more

You have to rate for this to work but i would not give Torres Towing ANY stars. Worst experience I've ever had with a business. This young punk thinks he's the VA Cartel. The place is a dump. Very sketchy looking. When I showed up there were several people waiting outside in 91° heat. Only 3 hours a day are open. Everyone there had an appointment. Didn't matter everyone stands outside. When you do get inside he makes you sign a blank doc before can get your car. If you resist he throws you out. If you make a fuss an old guy pops up & starts filming you. Your forced to pay $50 to get any stuff back and a brand new key ($ depends on key) you don't need. The car i had repo'd belonged to my mom who had passed in January. Told the guy before hand he could have the keys. When I picked it up I asked about the key cause of the price. He said he doesn't do business that way so your getting a key no matter what. Torres towing is a stain for Suffolk and a disservice to its residence. If your car is repo'd by Torres towing, I'm sorry your about to get screwed. That place does not deserve to be in business. They only try to take advantage of you. read more

Yesterday in a pinch when our dog locked us out of our truck with our little ones in it (with the A/C on) Mr. Torrez showed up in less then two minutes. Once he heard there were kids locked in, he went instantly and had the truck unlocked in less than a few minutes. We were close in location but it was pretty awesome that Mr. Torrez did not waste anytime. We will definitely be taking our future business to Torrez towing. read more

This man was my hero today! I am a female driving solo across the United States and my camper came off my car at 60mph. He was there to help me get it back on and on my way in no time. I had the worst and most unsafe experience with Torres Towing. My truck got stuck in the snow and I called AAA and they sent a rep from Torres Towing. The man showed up at 7 p.m. and said that I was not covered with AAA and was going to owe 550 I told him we would negotiate a price when I saw the job he did. AAA did not tell me I was going to have to pay anything and nor did he when I talked to him on the phone. He pulled me out once and left me and I got stuck again. Went running down the mountain to get him in his tractor and he cursed and came back up. We finally got unstuck and he said to follow him to where he could get service so he could get paid. The man stops in the middle of the highway and I offered him all of the cash I had 400 dollars. He proceeded to curse and threaten to beat me up in the middle of the highway at 10 at night. He sprinted to my vehicle and took my keys out of my truck and said I was not going to be driving home unless I paid 620 dollars an up charge from his first estimate. He is now being investigated by the police and will be hearing today from my lawyer. The worst life experience I have had thus far was with Torres Towing. Please do not use! read more
