For many minutes, I was looking at merchandise near employees, and they said nothing to me. Eventually, another employee greeted me and kindly asked if I needed assistance. While I was looking at the merchandise, I noticed that my size was not always in stock. A section of this store sells apparel, loungewear, and undergarments for the sub-brand Aerie. I picked out a tank top to buy. The cashier did a good job with ringing up my purchase. The tank top was on sale for only $10. Under the lighting inside the store, I had thought that the tank top was gray, but under the lighting in my home and outside, I saw that the tank top was actually olive green. Well, the tank top fits my body well and has a color that looks good on me.

Visited on January 7th and was informed their system was down and they could not process any…read morereturns, exchanges or sales. When I inquired When the system would be working they said they didn't know. I said I'd be back in the area on the 15th and wondered if it would be up and running (as a joke since I figured they wouldn't be out of commission for a week) they said maybe but to call first. Today I called the 855 customer service number and was essentially told I was lying that no stores were down. I then tried calling the Erie store. After being on hold for 14 minutes, 33 seconds I gave up. It's a shame that customer service is so terrible since I do like their products.

There's a huge array of small batch handmade soaps, especially noting the fabulous "bitchy bath bar" line that aren't bashful and tell it like it is with catchy sayings. You can create your own bath salts and scrubs. Lip balms, lotions and a plethora of all body care can be found here. And the clothes. All made in the USA. Beautiful, trendy, on point. Not many plus sizes, though. The owner was cheerful and helpful. I highly recommend taking a trip out to this quaint, but hip boutique.
