Her quote sounded too good to be true, but I went and met with her and seen some of the other dresses that she had made. They were beautiful so and her prices were very reasonable. So, I decided to give it a shot. I must admit it sounded wayyy too good to be true. She also told us that she could make my fiancé's suit. At that very 1st visit she took our measurements. We left not knowing exactly we were going to get, even kind of nervous. But hopeful at the same time. She was very quick, and we went in for our 1st fitting. My fiancé's jacket and vest looked great, and fit him just about perfectly at the 1st fitting. I must admit I wasn't happy with my dress at all... here's where I went into freak out mode. Yani pretty much told me to trust the process. Since I had never had a custom dress made... i did not trust the process at all. When I came back for the next fitting, I can tell you that all my stress was for nothing. The dress was almost perfect. I was like... YES! This is so much better. By my last fitting the dress was perfect. Absolutely perfect! This past weekend was our wedding. I got so many complements on my dress. It fit perfectly. You can tell it was made just for me. I am very short and it didn't drag the ground at all. At the end of the night, I didn't even want to take it off. I want to wear it again. I'm said that it was just for that occasion. I was able to get two jogging suits for $25 total on their sale rack individually. A lot of jogging suits cost from $14-$19. They even sell regular outfits. Those can be a little bit more expensive and can kind of challenge the price on SHEIN however, if you're just looking for quick wear, I think this is a great place to start. Pictures and reality do not always coincide and one of the blouses was a definite no but Demetria asked a few questions and viola an ensemble appeared on the front of the dressing room door. She presented an outfit that had that fierce boss image during the day and that Wow, come-hither vibe for the evening. I was so excited to see Nordstrom Rack opened in this part of town. I remembered last time I shopped at the Rack was over 25 years ago in Honolulu. Time has changed. I have been more self aware of my appearance. I needed a wardrobe update since I became single over 2 years ago. I stopped by on my day off this Tuesday. It was a pure curiosity because of the balloon arch at the entrance. Me and my friend walked in and greeted by several employees. There were music and refreshments at the entrance and throughout the store. The store is well organized and OMG there's a huge selection of men's clothing at reasonable prices. I ditched Kohls, Marshall and Ross for Nordstrom Racks. I would never shop at those stores for clothes again. I bought a real leather belt and a Tommy Hilfiger t shirt on my first day. I went back to buy a hoochie daddy shorts. Hehehe. I joined the Nord Club to receive rewards. Because I know I'll be shopping here for all kinds of things. My friend went away disappointed because the largest size was 2XL but he was looking for 3XL. Sorry bud, y'all have to shop at Target next door.
