I then walked down the mall a little further and saw the timberland store and decided to go in and see if they had the same boots and if the price was the same. Low and behold they did have them and they were $49.99. Knowing the other store I had just purchased them at originally would price match I walked back over and told them what I had seen. The VERY nice girl behind the counter said she would call over to the Timberland store to verify as that was their policy. Her first call over last all of 3 seconds and when she simply asked if they had the shoe in stock and identified herself as an employee of a competing store the employee on the other end simply said No they did not carry that item in stock and hung up the phone. Now I am standing there looking like an idiot and a liar and not happy at all because I knew what I had seen. The girl calls her manager up who call back Timberland store and gets a different employee who says that they do have it in stock but the price is $59.99. At this point I am getting down right pissed because I look stupid because the employees at Timberland are either too lazy or inadequate to give the store the correct information. Frustrated with the entire process but wanting to save the $10 I returned the shoes to the good store because at this juncture I needed to prove I wasn't losing it and those damn boots were $49.99 at the other store. I walked back over to Timberland, picked up the EXACT same pair I had just returned to the other store (size, color and all) and purchased them for $49.99!!!! Now needing to prove my sanity and honesty to the very nice girls at the other store on my way back to my car I showed them the boots and the receipt and they were just as angry and frustrated as I was. this review is not about the great selections for children or the great deals that this locations…read moreoffers to their customers! but this review is about customer service at the cash register this past saturday 2/24/24! we were three family members purchasing a variety of items... each were responsible for their individual purchases but all going to the same child. purchaser (1) wanted to pay for their item when the clerk asked if we had a rewards and asked for our number or email. they did not have rewards and the clerk said it was free and continued to try to get a number or email . they refused the offer and just wanted to pay for the item... the clerk was relentless and aggravated that they did not want to sign up for rewards...kept stating ...it was free and just give us the number or email and she then said..." we can turn off notifications ", again i stated no, this went on for a few minutes for just one item, less than $3.00. next, my other family members were right behind me and also did not want rewards... yet....this clerk basically was adamant to get the other two to sign up and was showing anger that they did not want this free rewards...bottom line!!! we all were amazed that this clerk continued over and over again after multiple times saying we dont want your rewards plan... she was flanked by two other store staff, who were probably shocked and mute. but one very helpful store clerk earlier helped me and was the most helpful and pleasant while she was working her merchandise! she is an asset to this store...thank you, but that middle aged cashier will not see us in this store again because of her unbecoming harassment of not one of us but all three for refusing to sign up for rewards.... unfortunate that she is employed with an attitude unbecoming of this wonderful clothing store for children.

I LOVE CARTERS!!!!…read more First and foremost: Their clothes fit our daughter so well. The guidelines for sizes are right on target. I don't have to worry about whether or not the sizing is off like other brands. Second: Although the store can be a little on the nutty side, not to mention run-over by crazed parents pushing their screaming children in strollers... I love this place. The store is always clean, and they staff is always friendly. They are always willing to help find sizes or to solve a return issue. I wish I could give them more stars!!!!
