First time trying this place. First thing is parking, very limited. I think I parked in the drive with multiple other spots. Not sure if they share spots with the business near by. Now! For the torta. My oh my. That torta was a burst a flavor. So much going on, but still made it a good torta. I had the, "La Mamalona" and it was loaded! I had it pre ordered via phone and was all ready to go. The only thing that took time was zelle. Yes, this business is cash only or Zelle. So do with that what you want. Still do recommend this place for any foodie wanting to try something new and flavorful.

The inside of the restaurant looks run down and old as if anything can break in a moments notice. Service wasn't all there but was definitely fast but there was only us and another table at the time so it's expected. Food was 7/10 and can definitely fill you up if you're hungry hungry however one thing that didn't sit right with me was the price, on the table they had menus with prices vastly cheaper than what we were charged but still overall we paid 45$ for a torta, 2 taco dorados and a aqua Fresca, would recommend coming here just to try the food once but I wouldn't consider this a repeat spot.

Hands down to this place ! The Tortas are super delicious ! I tried the Hawaiiana and it was just so tasty ! I also tried La Mamalona which comes with different meats and you can taste them all in one bite! The good is that the La Cubana Torta was good, as well as the birria tacos and consome. The bad thing is that this place doesn't accept card payment, only cash and Zelle. We also got La Mamalona Torta and it didn't turn out great as expected. Place is averagely quiet, almost no one at this restaurant. Possibly might come back. 5 out of 10

The "Steak Solo Taco" is legit a big piece of deliciously marinated beef on top of a taco tortilla. For $2.50/taco, it is definitely a steal for the food quality! If you haven't been you definitely need to go, Tortas Chingonas is an experience and you will leave stuffed! The amount of meat, avocado and cheese is ridiculous but in a good way, I had the DF torta and I would get it again! read more

My co worker told me about this place and all day from 8:00am TIL my lunch at 3:00pm i kept thinking about the torta. WOW is the word I have to say. I walk in the restaurant and everyone was happy smiling and I just felt loved. Came here months ago because of Burrous Bites. The best torta I've ever had. The line was long and I new it had to be good and it was beyond good. Happen to be out in LA today so we stopped by again. Tortas are so big that u have to share. Delicious just like the first time. Place is small and parking is hard to find. Other than that very very good. read more

I gave in into the hype of this place. Yes you pay for what you get for a Torta that is meant for 2 people. Got the chicken torta. The chicken was dry and the pieces in that torta were huge, they pack the torta with soo much extra toppings that it almost made me not want it . The food is ok but is way overpriced! I had a $16.00 dollar torta and it wasn't even that good, maybe I'm just not used to food like that, I though they put way too much stuff in the tortas and it makes it even hard to eat, I wouldn't go back. If you like tortas and want to check it out share with someone because it's way too big. read more

Of course, the gigantic tortas are probably why most people come here but let me tell you that the tacos and burritos are great too. They make great meat at this shop so however you have it- your gonna love the flavor. The size of the burritos are larger than typical taco stands. No skimping here. Chorizo, asada, pastor, carnitas- all great. But I have to say the carnitas stood out as being exceptionally better than most. Carnitas were not dry at all and had a lot of flavor. read more

You know what i just ate from this place and i truthfully dont think its all that. But it is good something different around here. But i feel like they taste like any regular torta. Their tacos de papa wore just like any other tacos. And fries also just like any other ive even had better. But im not here to put this place down because they are good just not all that, not like you cant eat this anywhere else. read more

Came here after my coworkers suggested I try "Los 2 Kuinitos" lol. I'm assuming new ownership and new name? Either way, I'm glad they suggested it because the Torta de milanesa was pretty damn good. I shared one with my BF although I think he could've ate one his self. They are pretty huge! Their carne asada fries were also really good and what made them stand out was the chorizo mixed in with the fries. Now their salsa bar was my fav because they had salsas ranging from Mild to super hot and I like to try a variety of salsas and mix them lol! Si no te arde la panza after having salsa then the salsa is no good lol. The parking lot is on the small side and the the restaurant is not as small as some suggested. Ginormous tortas....we always have to share one because they're just too big. You have to have a tactical plan to attack it. I've had the Asada, Hawaiiana, and taquitos de papa and they were all figure licking delicious.... parking is difficult and sitting is cumbersome and minimal but the food is yummy! read more

Wow, that's all I can say. I split the HUGE torta with a friend, the one that had absolutely everything in it and it was DELICIOUS. I truly don't think I could ever finish one on my own. I can't wait to come back and try something different, I recommend getting the $17 torta BUT make sure you have someone to share it with or someone to drive you home because you'll be in a good coma once you're done. When you opened them there was not steam like they had when I first had them. The first time I went and I opened the wet burrito box it had steam coming out and was super hot with the sauce and the inside of the burrito. For $60 this was not worth it. I would recommend going somewhere else. I was so disappointed and had traveled an hour for this food

Instead of then fixing and apologizing she blamed the chef. When my spouse pointed out what was wrong about her order, she asked us what she wanted her to do with it? Maybe take it back and fix it? It was almost like she was blaming us and expecting us to just take what they brought us even if it was wrong. NOBODY IS TRYING TO PAY FOR THE PLEASURE TO FIGHT WITH THEIR INCORRECT WAITRESS. If you are going to be arguing with your paying clients, the least you could do is be right. They still tried to bill me for incorrect food returned and uneaten. Owner started brining up her video, but failed to address the countless problems and issues that were all over that "video". Eventually the food that was wrong and that was returned uneaten was refunded but it pales in comparison what the afternoon cost me. Please consider going elsewhere and their health code is a C which I did not know.

We reviewed and gave our opinion on Facebook only to get threatened by them by not only there Facebook account but by there managements private Facebook accounts. I came here in the hopes of sating my need for Mexican food, but I will have to add this to my list of lazy people. I requested a Gordita de chicharrón, and I was charged $1 more than what is listed on the menu. Not to mention how difficult it was to chew the chicharron. We drove up from San Diego to try these tort as. We saw a post on Facebook. Granted they were huge but they lacked flavor. The people who worked there were friendly and helpful and brought salsas. But when they brought our menudo they didn't bring a spoon I thought that was odd. It also lacked flavor. read more
