Came and met a friend for lunch. My burrito bowl was delicious. I'm happy to give out my 5 star rating as there was nothing that I felt needed improvement at all. The line moved quickly, the food was fresh and delicious, the pricing reasonable and the staff friendly.

A better chipotle. The Hubby ordered a bowl and I ordered the Baja style tacos. The service was excellent. The staff was efficient and very friendly. It wasn't too busy when we went but the place still felt lively. Get the 3 leches cake it's delicious.

The food is mid. I only went because of the reviews and old specials i thought they had. The Spanish rice was super dry to the point where it crumbled and was no longer a grain. They are also very skimpy on the meat for an $11.65 burrito (I got chicken). The grilled chicken had an amazing flavor but I had to fill my burrito with a bunch of veggies to be fulfilled. Also service could be better, it was my first time and I was rushed to order. This place is like a home style chipotle, they personalize their flavors and the variety of toppings.

Best Mexican in town. Better than all the main restaurants. It legit tastes home made and as good as if I were to make it myself at home. Which is saying something. I'm a cook and a foodie. Plus, the owner and workers are always kind and welcoming.

Stopped in for lunch with my sister today & it was very good! I got nachos with carnitas, and they were delicious. She got a bowl with the shredded beef. It was super yummy. It was smoky though, so don't order the beef if you don't like it smoky. I definitely enjoyed it more than the carnitas. The staff was nice. The restaurant was clean. It was also very busy with the lunch rush. (Sorry I didn't get pics until we'd eaten some - we were excited!)

Inside...order at the counter, where you can see your food being prepared, then eat in or carryout.

Since this was my only first night time here, I'm gonna start with four stars. This is a nice, clean, and unique little place, kind of off the beaten track so you might never see it. It's behind the first row of building that front on College Blvd, and right by Lamar's Doughnuts and Pride Cleaners. It's worth finding! I was impressed with their super fresh ingredients, being able to view the prep area, and the employee's patience with my questions about the menu. You can get pretty much any combination of ingredients, and customize your order, including the sauces/salsas/toppings. My food was really good...the only drawback was how salty it was (but probably not more than most Mexican restaurants). Its a pleasant place to eat inside, but I opted for carryout on a beautiful day, and discovered a lone white picnic table in a grassy treed area behind all the buildings!

This place has THE BEST enchilada burrito!!! It is a MUST try and you won't be disappointed!! They even top the burrito off with a little crisp to melt the cheese on top. Weather you decide to try the enchilada burrito or not I highly recommend going with the shredded beef or spicy chicken for protein! Heck go for 1/2 and 1/2! The toppings and sauces are to die for! Guacamole is free! That's right you read it right FREE! Lol! Highly recommend coming here! Everyone one who works there was very nice and good with explaining The sauces and toppings I didn't recognize. Oh and they have out door seating :) I highly recommend giving this place a try!

I liked a couple of these sauces!

I have eaten here three times but it had been a while.. . I don't know why I waited so long! It is fast food prepared as you walk down a line kind of like Chipolte but more options! Since it had been a while, i needed my cervesa battered Baja shrimp tacos. I didn't have s margarita this time but confirmed they still have a happy hour and the margaritas arr now just $3.75 during it. And...if that isn't enough to get you to eat here...try their Tres Leches cake! Yum! Last, on the tables they have a nice variety of hot sauces. The chipotle one was smoky sweet goodness with a slightly delayed kick. While we were eating they prepared several ordrd to go, their sslads looked delicious!

We came on a recommendation from a colleague. I like Chipotle, and she suggested we try Tortilla Ranch. It is fresh food. A good selection of protein. Good price. I had the pork. It was tender. My husband had the chicken, and it was good. Nice people. Good environment.

To start off Rafael, at the front was very funny and made it very comforting. He made conversation with us and was very accommodating. We also received free chips and queso which was my daughter's favorite! The place itself is very calm and just seems like a chill spot to come for a quick eat. I ordered the steak tacos and veggie burrito (which Rafael fixed up for me on regular price with no extra charges for adding fries). We enjoyed our food and had a great time. Everything was delicious and Rafael did a great job on making this a good time for us. I wasn't really a big fan of their horchata but they had other good drinks available. I want to add that I feel like we started receiving special treatment because they realized we were yelpies so I don't know how service is on a regular day. Altogether, I'll be coming back here again!

The service was okay! Nothing super special but they answered questions and were helpful at the counter. This was our first time here so we ordered a few things to sample and share amongst ourselves. The first thing we had was the chips and queso, which I thought was a bit expensive at $7.99 but not too bad. The queso was fairly spicy but otherwise nothing special. I usually love queso so it surprised me how neutral I felt toward it! The chips were good, thin and light with a crispy bite to them. We unfortunately didn't get to try the salsa, noticing only at the end of our meal that there was a sauce bar near the counter! The birria tacos were also...okay. They were very juicy but not very uniquely flavored compared to everything else we tried. The meat was tender and I loved the texture of the tortilla, but didn't care for the massive handful of cilantro dropped on top of everything on the plate. The dipping liquid (birria sauce?) was alright! It was the same flavor as the tacos themselves so it didn't add much, but it definitely wasn't bad. The "main course" of what we ordered was a combo of soft chicken tacos, rice, and beans. The chicken tacos were unfortunately very cold by the time we got them which was a bit strange, as almost everything else was hot! They tasted good but I'm really not a fan of eating cold chicken, so I passed them off to my friends. The beans were just okay. There's really not much to say about them. The rice also left me disappointed! I typically devour Spanish rice. Not only was it cold, there were also odd, hard grains of rice mixed in. Not enough to get one every bite but enough that the experience of eating it was off-putting. It was also quite bland. Another note: While we were eating, there was this constant loud droning coming from the air conditioner. I'm a MASSIVE fan of air conditioning so I'm grateful it was on in the first place, but that is something they really need to get fixed. Two women seated near us actually got up and walked outside after commenting multiple times about how disturbing the noise was. My experience here was definitely a mixed bag but it leaned toward the positive, so we'll likely try them again! They had several other menu items I'd like to try, including some American fare that I found intriguing.

My build-your-own weekday lunch ($8) included choice of entrée, choice of beans and rice. It was served just ten minutes after I ordered at the table, which gave me time to dig into the complimentary chips and mild (with a little kick), somewhat chunky salsa. The chicken tinga burrito was packed full of moist, white chicken and topped with a very flavorful sauce and cheese. I found the black beans to be pretty good, but the rice was somewhat dry and clumpy. The dining area had a central bar area, unique light fixtures, a mix of booths and tables, Mexican decor, Mexican background music (not too loud), a table-side cart for fresh guacamole and several backdrop spots for photos. I also noticed two rollup garage doors leading to the covered patio area. The food and drink menus included Mexican favorites, taco flights, taquito flights, margarita flights, 88 tequilas, meals for the kiddos and brunch (Sat & Sun 11AM - 2PM). Overall, very nice, especially for the lunch price.
