Gringos is always a 10 out of 10 for me. I just wanted to update my review and shout out the Togo team. I had a minor issue with my food. The customer service was handled so elegantly management was super accommodating. The Togo staff even kept me company making sure I was OK while I was waiting. They were just very accommodating and very welcome in and I just even checked on me and they were trying to get to the bottom of an issue that I had and that's it shows no one is perfect, but it's just all about how you handle an opportunity based on either side it will be forever be my favorite gringos!

This past Monday, Me and my old Zumba buddies met up for lunch to see our friend Wendy from England. So, she was in town for a week ,and she was really craving Mexican food. Our service was great and our food was delicious as usual. Since she hasn't been in the states in awhile...she noticed the ambiance was little different. And, I explained that the part of restaurant had been renovated since she had be gone. And she loved the new expansion. Everyone, enjoyed our group lunch date, just laughing and talking about the good old days! Even though it was a rainy and gloomy day everything worked out perfectly!

Looking for some good food without needed reservations and limited menus, me and my parents ate here on Mother's Day. My dad gets the Pollo Marisco or the Bbq Shrimp Meal whenever coming here. My mom and I very often get our favorite here being the Chicken Enchiladas w/ Amazon Sauce, plus rice n beans. I got refried n she got black ones. All 3 of our meals were very delicious, full of flavor and juicy. The cilantro cream sauce and tender shredded chicken combined with the soft, moist corn wraps went hard. The soft, mild rice and savory beans were a solid complement to them too. The service from our waitress was very welcoming, friendly and efficient.

I got the Pollo Marisco and replaced the beans/rice with salad. The Pollo Marisco was delicious and I loved the sauce. I liked the shrimp, crawfish and chicken breast in it.

Had lunch with friends and decided on this location. We were highly disappointed in the service from checkin to checkout. We were quoted 25-30 minutes but it was about 10 mins. We sat over 15 minutes before we received chips and salsa, we got drinks and ordered before our waiter served us chips. The waiter was very lax and was seen several times just standing around. My daughter's food was totally wrong and she had to watch us eat while waiting on her food to be remade. The place was busy but not too crowded that such mistakes happened. We had to Flag him down and remind him of a plastic spoon to feed the baby. Good restaurant just bad service.

Pretty good the service kinda sucks. The food is pretty good. Not too impressed with the seating at the bar. Need more room. We like to pack the bar up?

Very good! Super cute interior. It had a brick and wooden architecture that gave it an older and modern look. Service is fast and the waiter was very attentive. She checked up very frequently for us. Food was very good as well. There were many food and drink options. I ordered the fajita bowl. It was very tasty with cheese, refried beans, and little bits of steak. Has an ice cream soft serve machine at the side that you can get dessert at the end. Don't forget to grab a cone before you go!

We were on the "Wait List" but didn't realize we had to also check in. We got canceled so we go in & explain the situation to the very professional Manager, Jessica! She was absolutely on top of it, cordial & did an excellent job finding us the perfect seating arrangement with 3 young kids. We were very happy and all had such a good time and right by the big screen tv to watch our Astros! Our Server, Michele, was also fantastic & was waiting several tables a d was so efficient & friendly! Kudos to Michele. Give her a raise! Thanks for making mine & my daughter's Mother's Day so special! That's why we come to this location every year! Keep up the fantastic customer service!

The food was delicious! Michele got the chicken with shrimp and I got the shrimp with bacon that I always get. Everything was awesome and our waitress was great! Ten stars.

Gringo's satisfied our Tex Mex craving, but unfortunately wasn't anything to write home about. The restaurant itself was nice, but we found that the lights in the booths were at eye level, so it was really hard to actually talk to each other over the table without squinting around the light bulbs. The food was okay but the al pastor fajitas were really low quality pork - it felt like half of the pieces were just fat ends. The drinks were good though and the chimichanga was good. We probably won't be returning again, but they do have a large menu, so maybe others will find something they like!

The portions at Gringos are getting smaller and smaller. This cost roughly $16. Too expensive for the value.

Food, Service and Ambiance were great. My family and I visited this location and we ordered El Capitan combo, steak quesadillas and chicken Taquitos. All the food was good. Can't wait to go back to this restaurant.

Whenever we walked in for dinner around half the tables were full of people and service was still very fast. The interior of the restaurant is nice but nothing too standout from other Chinese restaurants. We got cream cheese puffs, house spicy wide noodle soup, a chicken dish, soup dumplings, cream baos , and a fish dish, and all of it was fairly good. My least favorite was the cheese puffs, which were incredibly hot but I didn't find much very special about either the filling nor the crunchy wrapper. My next critique is their handmade noodles. It is personal preference, but I prefer my noodles to be a lot more chewy and on the more al dente side of things, rather than the more soft noodles we got (both the wide and the original noodles). As for what I liked, it was just about everything else we got. The house noodle soup was nice and comforting, not being super heavy but still carrying good flavor (I would ask for the regular version and add in spice after tasting the broth). Both the fish and chicken dishes that we got were very interesting and I especially enjoyed the lightness of the fish dish. The soup dumplings we got were very flavorful, well balanced, and had a very bouncy yet soft wrapper texture. The cream baos, though admittedly lacking some vanilla and texture consistency across each bao, were still really good and comparable to ones you'd find in Bellaire. Overall, my experience was fairly good and I would go here again if I find myself in the Pearland area.

Family owned restaurants always have a special place in my heart as my parents were one when I was growing up. The decor isn't the most aesthetic, but what made this place special are the authentic food items they have. It is a mix of Taiwanese, Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, and Korean dishes. For appetizer, I ordered the Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken. It was crispy. The flavors of the Thai basils were almost nonexistent, and the flavor was not really there, compare to other places I had. The bowl of the Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup was massive. Both my palms fit on top of the bowl! It came with green onions and bok choy on top. It traditionally comes with mustard greens, but this one didn't. The flavor for this noodle soup was spectacular! It does have mild spice level. Service was lovely. Overall, I would come back here again if I ever crave authentic Asian food and don't feel like driving all the way in Bellaire. Next time I will be back to try the other cuisines that they have. Wishing them good luck and prosperity in their business!
