To be perfectly honest I don't know if the food is good if it's a great or bad, I left before I got a chance. To be fair it does look like it could be good but the customer service for me was horrible. It does seem like the staff does Form a connection with the customers which is great, but if you're a new customer or an outsider they treat you like dirt, at least that's how I felt. First, the woman in the front tells me that they're out of a certain item, OK no big deal, but the person right after me orders that very thing no problem. And the following two people do the same. I figure while maybe the item was made no big deal, I try to change my order and she ignores me for 5 to 10 minutes because she's on her phone and she's chatting with a so-called customer.
