To be fair it does look like it could be good but the customer service for me was horrible. It does seem like the staff does Form a connection with the customers which is great, but if you're a new customer or an outsider they treat you like dirt, at least that's how I felt. First, the woman in the front tells me that they're out of a certain item, OK no big deal, but the person right after me orders that very thing no problem. And the following two people do the same.
