I ordered a quesadilla and a horchata. The horchata was gritty, watery, and had no flavor, so I asked to exchange it for a soda. Instead of simply helping, the young lady working became defensive and rude, insisting there were no refunds even though she assured me it was and could have offered the option of taste testing When the older woman tried to hand me my refund, the young worker snatched it out of her hand and shoved it toward me while telling me I was "not welcome here." The attitude, the hostility, and the lack of basic customer respect were unbelievable. The food wasn't good, the drink was worse, and the customer service was the final straw.
