Machaca is fried shredded beef mixed with onions and peppers and one of my favorite mexican breakfast dishes. The chicken tacos actually fell apart as my wife was eating them, and the chicken was very, very overcooked so again, probably sitting too long inside the burner. They do not have the right ABC license so you can't drink alcohol and eat hair even though you're sitting inside a liquor store.
