I walked in expecting a simple size exchange... not an audition for Law & Order: Tory Burch Unit. I've spent thousands at Tory Burch. Honolulu? Iconic service. Dallas? Chef's kiss. Those stores are the reason I proudly call myself a Tory girl. But the Domain in Austin? Whew. If this had been my first TB experience, I'd be calling myself a free agent. A quick gift exchange somehow turned into a defensive back‑and‑forth with both the salesperson and the manager--like I was trying to sneak something past them instead of, you know... exchanging a size. The energy was not giving luxury retail. Then--plot twist--once the transaction was done and they finally saw my customer record, the attitude magically shifted. Suddenly, smiles. Suddenly, respect. Fascinating timing. Yes, they eventually did the right thing. But respect shouldn't only arrive after your spending history does. Do better, Domain. Tory girls deserve better. read more

Beautiful purses, my wife likes them, my wallet deplores them. Nice friendly staff, nice store. I usually look online and then go to store to see if I can get them right away without ordering and waiting. I do not like the purse designs so much this year, they look like puffy jackets. While this location is a bit smaller than any other Tory Burch store that I've been to, it definitely has the best customer service! I hate it that I forgot the guy who was helping me but he was great. I visited this location on January 2 (it was my bday) and I was literally the only person shopping in there and I had staff all to myself and they treated me like royalty!! LOL! As I mentioned before, this is a small store. I am comparing it to the Tory Burch in Houston Galleria where they have a wide variety of everything the brand sells. This location just has a little bit of everything. read more

The reason Im giving this store one star review is because of a specific worker who made me and my moms experience awful. I took her to treat her to MULTIPLE items including a wallet, travel bag, card holder & perfume. However we were just so appalled by this woman's behavior we only ended up purchasing the wallet because we just wanted to leave. She threw the wallet we were going to purchase down on the bench and was very passive aggressive towards me & my mom. This is my moms first mothers day without my brother who was stationed in Germany for the Airforce and I was simply trying to make her feel special. This woman appeared to be in her fifties, Caucasian, with medium- Golden brown hair. Although she shops luxury brands, Tory burch is one of her favorites. Please speak to your employees about not being neglectful just because we do not fit the aesthetic of "Rich American White Women". However, I do not want this to reflect the woman who did help us by the name of Janila. She was extremely patient, attentive, and respectful. Even though it was busy she still made us feel important. Oh happy day!! We finally have a Tory Burch in Austin! I am so excited. My wallet however, is not. I received my store opening invite on Thursday for the store to be opening this weekend. I was beyond ecstatic because I thought it was opening later in the year. I sent a pic of the invite to my boss and we knew we had to go the next day. We left work early - because this is an official holiday! Since it was still early in the day the place wasn't mobbed. The store is beautiful inside and out. We were greeted by a gentleman passing out champagne - yay! - and began browsing each of the 3 rooms. We found purses and jewelry we both loved but no purchases were made today. I did find a bracelet I really loved and may come back to purchase next month. I'm sure I'll also be back to browse several times in between. I love Tory Burch!!! read more

Ok, first of all, I love Tory Burch products--shoes and purses specifically. I went in for a quick trip to exchange some shoes I received as a gift. They had the size I wanted, and the saleswoman exchanged them for me. She also seemed to know a lot about the product, which was nice. Service was quick and the saleswoman was very polite. However, she was very focused on trying to get the sale on other items, which I get because it's her job and all, but it was little excessive. I mentioned specifically that I was in a hurry because I had an event to get to, but she obviously kept trying to veer the conversation to other products I can buy. It was just kind of uncomfortable. On one hand, I understand, and on the other hand, it was so blatant that it made me a little irritated. I will still shop here. Their products are high quality and beautiful. I just hope that next time I visit, the sales person will be a little less pushy about making the sale. read more

Ooooh dear. I'm in trouble. So many beautiful shoes! Have I mentioned I love shoes?! This past weekend they had a sale and I did find a sale item that did not break the bank. $25 flip flops. Okay, I know flip flops are $5 at Walmart. But they hurt and pinch and don't look great on your feet, as these do. The service is great. I was given a small bottle of water to sip with the TB name on it while shopping. Timothy helped about a dozen people while working with me. He must have a twin as I was in and out quickly. Check out is literally behind a draped area. I don't know what they do back there other than swipe your card. Maybe the cashier is naked. read more

Fabulous customer service! I purchased a bag from Tory Burch (at another location) about 2 years ago. Recently, I noticed that the gold on the chain was wearing off so I went into the store to see if they could fix it. The sales associate offered to send it to their office to see if they could fix it within a 4-6 weeks window. I was completely fine with the waiting period and gladly handed over my purse. As I turned around, the Sales Associate called me back and offered to just swap out my purse for a completely new one in the store! I LOVE the fact that Tory Burch stands behind the quality of the product. I'll definitely be buying more of their products in their future :) I do wonder what they'll do with my old purse though... read more

Customer service was very off putting. I had put a wallet on hold and unfortunately it was the wrong style which is ok there are so many options! So I was attempting to show the person "helping" me the correct wallet I was looking for and going to purchase. But her only interest was helping everyone but me. Talking over me, just walking away to other customers mid conversation, and openly grunting as we attempted to purchase the wallet online since it wasn't in stock showed me that she didn't care at all. I expressed to her "you are obviously too busy for my business" and left. I suggest to just order online which I will do from now on. read more

I went here the other day to get a Christmas gift for my lady. Definitely a well laid out store. Everything looks nice in there. The store's decor, the organization of the merchandise, and definitely the apparel & accessories. I initially was looking at the purses but then I glanced over at the footwear. I think Tory Burch's best work is in her footwear. Everything from the sandals to the heels to the boots. I ended up having trouble deciding between two pairs of boots, so one of the sales ladies put em both on so I could see what they looked like. They were all friendly and didn't seem to mind all my questions. There is almost no cell phone reception in the store, so they provide wifi. If I was a girl, I would be spending way too much time and money at Tory Burch. read more

My coin/card wallet zipper broke and went here to see what they could do. Had the wallet for barely a year and was shocked when it broke. They could not do anything for me and tried to upsell me to a wallet I specifically said I did not want. I expected WAY better customer service this. Went across the street to Louis Vuitton and bought the card/coin wallet for the SAME price. Absolutely love my new wallet. read more

Horrible customer service. Tried to exchange a pair of shoes that someone was actively trying on in the store and wasn't able to because outside of 30 days. I never once asked for my money back, just simply for exchange or store credit. I would understand if the shoes had gone out of season, but they were still on display. read more

Everytime I come here the service is rude. Let's start with the ugly teal sofas in this place. They look horrible and old. $295 shoes...sofa looks like it belongs at a garage sale. Next, I come to this store everytime I am in town and it's horrible service. I was the only customer yesterday and the service sucked. Katelyn was rude and treated me like I did not belong. She seemed annoyed I was there. I asked her if Tory Burch did promotions for birthdays. She said it would be in my email. I searched trough my Tory Burch emails in front of her yet, she looked at me ad said "well are you on our email list?" Seriously! Im showing you my emails from the company. HATE....hate this store!! This is my 4th time to this area....and this store's service is crap. Maybe if Katelyn had treated me like a loyal customer, like I am, then I would not have taken my business to Neiman Marcus. Talk about 5 star service... I myself am in the service industry and I am very critical when it comes to customer service. We all work very hard for what we have in life and when I chose to make a purchase weather it be a $5 lipstick or a $3,000 purse I want to feel great about my purchase. I have had the pleasure of making my purchases from a beautiful gal named Lindsay. I know that in the service industry we have to all make our numbers and goals it's part of the job. But there is a difference when you truly like your job and your clients. Since day one Lindsay has always offered nothing but 5 star service for myself and my husband. She isn't pushy or she doesn't rush me into my selection. I have even purchased a item before and ended up exchanging it later for something else and she never made me feel uncomfortable during that process. Unfortunately I have a huge shoe and purse addiction and always want something new. Lindsay is always keeping me in the loop when there is a special event or sale approaching. I truly appreciate her being a genuine person and always taking care of me. She knows my life is a little crazy at times since my youngest is a special needs child and always manages to accommodate to my needs.
