Customer service was phenomenal and everyone inside the store was super friendly. I went in to get the Austin City passport stamp and they were able to do it the same day since it wasn't too busy. I'd recommend going on a weekday before lunch for the best experience. There's plenty of parking available at the Domain. I bought Louis Vuitton Diane love it. Service it was good . Got home, opened it. So many imperfection. Spot, loose stitches , scratch, pen mark look like someone has been returning this item. So I take it back, hoping to get the new one. After standing in a line for 40 minutes, a gentleman store managers come over to helping me with the return. I let him know. I noticed after I get home I wasn't happy with the item I'm expect to get a replacement same bag, but a new one. And he walked right over to display item unhooked security and gave it to me. I have to make sure that he really going to give me the display item? I ask so many times Just to make sure. Is this display item ??? He Said YES!..I was shocked. he is store manager. I have had a true luxury experience each time I have stepped foot into this LV store. The staff here is super friendly and they do a great job of recognizing you and mentally pairing you with your CA. Their selection of goods is quite decent and my fave has to be their parfum station. At this location you'll see three main rooms featuring men's, women's, and shoes respectively. You can discover their luggage and travel in the men's area but tbh you can purchase and wear whatever your luxury heart desires. My husband and I have been buying Louis Vuitton products for over 30 years including many different sizes of handbags, luggage, wallets and jewelry. For the first time I took in a shoulder strap that the leather edge was coming off. I had always been told that if an item needed repairing it would be free. Well, they said it could not be repaired and that they would order a new one for me and would notify me when it was ready. I got the call. I went into the domain to get it And they wanted to charge me $399 and some cents. I was never told I would have to pay that for the shoulder strap and assumed since they could not repair it the replacement would be free. I went back to the funny farm... after a terrible on line experience with this company we decided to brave the store. After 13 years of putting up with me my wife deserved something special. Everyone wears a mask. Like an exclusive night club you have to either make a reservation or get your name on the list. They only let so many people in at a time. Once in our liaison was dedicated to the "experience" and never rushed hurried or dismissed us. In the end we bought... not just one but two!! Came in to the store and was treated like i don't belong there. I was in store for a while wanted to get some new bags and unfortunately no one even came to me all i got was dirty looks from employees who were too busy chatting with each other or serving other more important costumers. Soi just walked out after being in store for at least 30 minutes and went to other store across the street where i got great costumer service and bought 4 bags. Well I have had this same problem with my bag and have tried over and over again to get this repaired. I was told this is normal wear and tear from customer service and them told from the store there was only a 5 year warranty? There is NO Posting anywhere for that so ??? This is my first visit at this store and I'm appalled with the service I received. I've been to other LV stores and online/phone service is always phenomenal. Is there something wrong with using a wallet for a few days and finding out that you're not totally in love with it? Or is there discrepancies with customer service based on your appearance or the color of your skin? Went to this store yesterday and tried to return a wallet I purchased online. My receipt proves I purchased it on 7/24. It was shipped to me I believe on 7/29. I tried to "love" the design but I just wasn't into it. I tried to return it here (Austin) at the domain and was told by the manager per the associate that they can't take it back because it wasn't something they could "resale" and that it was used because they can see that credit card slots held my credit cards, which is meant for. I thought that's what it was meant for? ‍ I will post photos of my valid receipt and the wallet and I'll let you guys decide. My past few visits with my CA/SA have been wonderful. She's such a wonderful and energetic personality and has never wavered in her customer service manner. The wait to get in (without an appointment or especially if you're waiting for a particular CA/SA to finish with another customer) averages about 45 min to an hour. Current operations means you have to get your name on the wait list and provide them with a contact number to text you when they're ready. Once you let the front door personnel know you received your text, you'll probably wait another 10 minutes or so until they partner you with a CA/SA. I think the biggest impression that made this my favorite LV location is that at least a couple of other employees recognized us (aside from our CA) and made a point to come out and tell us that she would be ready in just a bit as she was completing a transaction with another person. They even remembered my name! Gonna be honest - I was looking like a fairly HOT MESS each time I went and no one batted an eyelash to that fact. I was treated like VIP as I saw all the other customers were as well. In addition, my PIC was feeling pretty good about his new wallet, cologne, and passport cover when we left. Our CA had his bottle of cologne initialed and submitted his wallet in for a hot stamp. Oh yeah, that's another thing: we were told they didn't have enough staff to complete the hot stamp on demand so we would have to come back when we received notification that it was ready. After a bad experience with the way we were treated at the Gucci store, I think we're Louis for life! Rocio is our absolute favorite, she's always so generous and welcoming. If anything she's a strong contender for why we go back to this location. She helps us find what we are looking for and gets our things bagged efficiently not to mention she's quick to give my bag a little freshening up! read more

This location is very close to my son's home, so when in Austin I would like to visit this store. The problem is the "gatekeeper" always asks if I have an appt or which bag am I interested in, I have been turned away 4 times in the past 6 months, while I only carry Louis Vuitton purses and dress very casual! Or maybe she thinks I don't fit the right profile. When in the Bay Area - I shop at the LV store in Palo Alto - Claudia and Pamela are always very Helpful with my purchases or if I need to order an additional strap for my purse. Also, the LV store in Roseville CA is very friendly! The funny thing is my only accessory are my LV purses- but the Austin Domain LV store has "a checklist" and I don't make the "cut"! The young lady who helped us was super friendly, very persuasive, and went out of her way to try and help us find other, comparable items. The moment we walked in we were offered complimentary beverages and the SA literally went through every single men's fragrance with us until we found just the right scent. L'Immensité is definitely my new favorite cologne and I've been rocking it every day since the day I bought it! Refills are only $150 which is a steal of a deal. You really do get what you paid for. They've got items I've never seen at other locations and everyone walks around with a smile, just waiting to eagerly assist customers. My wife loves to shop, a lot. And I have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at luxury stores over the last 10 yrs. We walked by the store, popped in bc she wanted to look at a new purse. The hostess "concierge" lady was super rude. She judged me right off of the bat, as I was wearing jeans and cowboy boots (ignored the 40k watch], and said "we aren't really allowing browsing currently, you need to give us items your looking for and a sales rep will take you to them". My wife rolled her eyes which I felt was appropriate and stated she really wanted to see what was new that she hadn't seen before. They assigned us a horriblely plastic surgerized 50 yr old lady who seem annoyed that my wife wanted to look around. After trying on a few bags, my wife felt so uncomfortable with the attitude of the sales lady we left with nothing. Yay! Austin has a high-end luxury purse store finally! So exciting. This location is great too, it's located at the end near Neimans so there is less crowds over here and a higher chance of getting up front parking and if not there are spots in the garage near by. The service here is great! I feel like everyone is friendly and always willing to help. This store is not a judgey story where they just stare at you and don't help you. Someone always comes up to ask you what they can do for you. They have a great selection of travel and sunglasses. Of course the purses are great too, and a good selection. It's smaller than most big city LV, but it is Austin, so we are glad to have one, regardless of size. Rocio Delgado, is the best! She's super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She will grab you whichever bag you want to see and show you all the matching accessories, the different sizes. She doesn't pressure you to buy anything. As I was waiting for my return to be processed (clerk was new and stumbled around online return steps)....I started smelling all the perfumes they have on display. After awhile they all started to smell the same and I was also wearing my own perfume so I couldn't recognize a distinctive scent. I asked the other girl (who was helping my original clerk) if I could get one sample- she said she could make one. I replied, cool....I just sprayed a couple on so now I'm not sure which is which. Then she proceeded to say that she could just give me a piece of paper with the scent sprayed on it. ***(thinking to myself) But I want an actual sample so I can try it on my bare skin as perfumes do smell differently on each person's skin due to pH and body chemistry*** I explained, no...I would like an actual sample. To which she replied "you can have one sample IF YOU BUY A BOTTLE". I repeated what she said and she confirmed it. That's so ridiculous it's almost comical. The kicker is...the same girl just got done spraying herself about 6x having just come back from her break. I'm still not sure if that's their policy or she was just lazy. Either way, pretty crappy to expect consumer to pay $300+ for a bottle of perfume but can't offer a sample. I live over an hour drive to the closest LV store. I wanted to purchase the Dayton Reporter PM messenger bag for my husband but I didn't want to make the drive only to find out the bag was not in their inventory. On 12/15/18, I tried calling the store at the Domain directly but client services explained LV stores do not take calls during the holidays. Explaining that this was a Christmas gift and I could not have it delivered else my husband see it (free 2 day delivery was offered), the client services agent verified the Domain store had one, emailed the store with my contact information. Denise, a sales associate at the store, called and left me a message within 30 minutes. She also texted. Since my husband was standing right next to me at the time, we quickly arranged a call back time over text. Denise called back as stated and seamlessly handled my purchase. I arrived at the Domain store the next day 12/16/18, and was immediately greeted at the door but not overwhelmed by a sales associate. I asked for Dennis and as I waited was offered something to drink. In fact, as Dennis was finishing up with another client, I was approached by another sales associate also asking if I'd like a drink. Mind you, I'm dressed in a flannel shirt, an old pair of jeans and the dirtiest white converse ever. I definitely was not dressed to shop or impress. I just needed to get in & out and make the drive back home. The store was packed with shoppers (kind of a mad house) and I looked like I'm was about to mow my lawn. Considering the negative reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect but I was treated very respectfully. Once Denise was available, she showed me my purchase and then noticed my Arsty & asked how I was enjoying it. I told her I loved it but asked about repairs. My Artsy had several cracks along the top. She asked for the purchase date - I had no idea. 4-5 years ago maybe?! My husband bought it for me. She looked it up by his phone number and it was FIVE years ago, in December 2013. We discussed it for a short bit and without hesitation Denise asked to replace it and seemed deeply apologetic that my bag was apparently defective and that I didn't realize I could bring it in for, at the very least, repair. So, to my pleasant surprise, I walked out with my husbands new messenger bag and a new Arsty replacement. Denise and Louis Vuitton Austin Domain exceeded my expectations. I'm not one that needs "white glove" customer service with champagne or anyone fawning over me. What I appreciate is someone handling my request and transaction promptly, answering all my questions, and leaving me with the feeling that my purchase and my commitment to a brand is appreciated. Okay, I was a bit hesitant to come to this location due to reading some of the other horribad reviews. I usually go to Houston Galleria's Neiman Marcus/LV Boutique to visit my favorite SA, but let's face it.. driving about 6 hours round trip from Temple is a major pain in the a$$. Upon entering the establishment, I was already prepared to be brushed off by some snooty SA's, but instead I was greeted with welcoming smiles and greetings by all. Okay, I take that back -- everyone but the one stoic gentleman who was wearing a suit. He didn't break a smile or say one word to me. Maybe he was security? *shrugs* Anyway, I was helped by Anna who was excellent with customer service and had no problems with my specific requests. I originally came for one item, but ended up purchasing two :) It's a huge bummer because she's only just a seasonal worker, but let's hope that she gets hired for that permanent position at LV she applied for. Went into the store and had a friendly and helpful sales associate. Once I had chosen a purse ($3650.00) for my wife for this Christmas. I was told that they have a 30 day return policy even though it was a surprise Christmas gift. Well since it is over 30 days until Christmas that wasn't going to work. Keep in mind this isn't a target purse it is a $3650.00 dollar purse. I asked the sales associate if she could ask her manager to extend the policy since it was a Christmas present. Manager that stayed in the back room and never even came out to discuss with me a potential extension told the sales associate only would give a store credit if it looks like it has never been used. So of course this isn't going to fly with me. I left the store ready to spend $3650.00 for a freckling purse. I can respect policies but surely there can be expectations due to a Christmas gift.
