I didn't even realize they had a store until we were at a Thorns game and walked past it! Needless to say, I have quite a wardrobe from there. I was originally obsessed with the P hats because they were plain, yet epic and cool. Classic. But most weren't VEGAN!! I can't do wool, never have been able to because I ITCH!!! But then they have brought so many great hats that are NOT wool and so gorgeous and well, I look GOOD in hats. Beanies and baseball hats. Bring it. I have SO many Portland Gear hats. I think I've got 4 beanies and 7 or 8 baseball hats. I have one zip UP hoodie, three over the head hoodies lol and two tshirts. And I DO have the cream colored backpack for my work stuff. I LOVE this bag. I had gotten it for my daughter back in June 2024 as a birthday gift because she needed a sturdy backpack for middle school where she has NO locker lol The other thing I'm totally obsessed with is their Portland Stag and Portland Sign..I have both and man they're gorgeous. I had issues with the plug/remote with both and went into the store and it was taken care of in minutes at no cost to me!! Customer Service, selection and value are all tops. Well, at least my whole lifetime(+), and that's a while at this point ;). My relationship with Paloma, has changed from a shop where I looked at pretty things, as a little girl with my grandmother - to a staple. Paloma is my go-to place when I am seeking something special and unique for the loved ones in my life. Paloma never lets me down with their expansive collections of accessories, bags, locally made jewelry, and high quality US made clothing lines, such as: Cut Loose and Tianello. Being rather petite, the clothing at Paloma is not always available in my size. However, the pieces I have bought for myself, are some of my favorites. On the other hand, the jewelry is where I really go a bit overboard for myself. I can't resist the exceptional selection of handmade rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings. At first glance you may think Paloma to be a stuffy boutique, but the shop gals are ever so helpful, and friendly. I had worried bringing my kids into the shop would be frowned upon. This is not the case. I've discovered I am welcome to bring the kids in with me. Paloma even has a basket full of toys to keep the little ones busy. In my case, this means I make it into the shop much more frequently than I did before. One last thing: Paloma is an active supporter of community it serves. The folks working were AMAZING! They were kind, encouraging, and attentive without feeling pushy. Eloisa was especially magical, helping my friend feel comfortable and seen. Sloan has a lot of fun clothing with reasonable prices. Eloisa helped us put together great outfits and was especially encouraging. I think the only thing I would encourage is an increased range of sizes (into the XL+ arena) so that more body types ca be served.

I didn't know Natalie was the owner until later, but up until that point I was like "ok this person needs to be a professional stylist or something!" Natalie could pick up our cues and notice what styles we liked, and yet she would suggest certain new styles that I didn't even know I would like! My sister said she was literally going to cancel Stitch Fix and just ask Natalie what to buy! That's exactly what this experience is --- stitch fix but in person! I really appreciate that she even went to the back and gave us choices on items that weren't on the floor yet - it made us feel special! Plus she knew what was coming in style, which was nice to know because I really don't follow fashion. The pieces at this store are exactly my style: almost an Anthropologie vibe but more staple pieces and slightly preppy. Basically anyone can find something they like here! There are some simple pieces but hang really well on the body, no matter what size you are. I LOVE the fall/winter looks and I was tempted to buy sweaters and jackets even though it was 93 degrees out LOL! (Store is nicely air conditioned.) I also like the price range, which isn't insanely stupid expensive but quality pieces deserve the accurate pricing. (Ranging from 30-$120, not like $250+ like some LA boutique stores.) I don't know how I found out about this one--it didn't come up when I did a…read moresearch for children's stores in Portland (maybe because it is in Tualatin) but I'm glad it somehow showed up on my socials (stop listening to me, Meta). This shop is located in Bridgeport Village Shopping Center, an open air mall in Tualatin, and though there's not parking right in front of it there's plenty of parking kind of around the corner. They have some truly lovely stuff here. There was one brand called Viverano that caught my eye almost as soon as we walked in and I'm not sure if I should be glad or not that my daughter has gotten close enough to aging out of their size range (their biggest size is 18-24) because their cardigans on display here were gorgeous. And adorable!! They carry children's clothes in a higher range of sizes than some kid's stores, I think. In addition to clothes there are some toys and kid-related things like plates, books, and so on. I found a great dress for my kiddo and I can't wait to see her in it; although it says it's a 2T, and she's in the 95th percentile or higher for height and weight, this is super big on her so I'll try it again when she's closer to two. They had some really cute spring dresses when we were here but I restrained myself. The staff here was really welcoming and friendly, and sweet with their little clients. I was really pleased with my experience here. In checking out their website, I see that they specifically mention that if you purchase online they are happy to run your purchases out to your car so that you don't have to find a spot and lug in your littles. That is so helpful and if I was living in Oregon right now that would be a big attraction to me. As it is, I will be following them on social media and keeping an eye on their sales.

Upon entering, my husband gave a warm greeting to the sole employee by saying "Hi! How are you?" To which she simply glared and continued her phone conversation. Ok, strike one. As we perused, her convo became increasingly more apparent that it was a personal call and not work related. She was booking and adding additional treatments to her HAIR APPOINTMENT!! No "give me a minute and I will assist you", "if you need any help with anything just let me know!", or even a "Hi! Welcome to Le D Bug!"... second strike. She just continued to look annoyed and oblivious to the customers wandering the store in general (we were the only ones present outside of herself). This was the last strike. It was uncomfortable so we ultimately left. She once again made no move to say "bye", "thank you", "eff you", literally NOTHING. They have a decent amount of nontoxic options, a mix of cute and cheesy clothing. Leans more towards girls than boys but that's merely based on my 5 mins inside. Your lack of CS, human decency, or even personable interaction cost you a nice hefty sale. I'll trek down to the Pearl next time...

I feel the staff at this location are often less helpful if I look "less put together" when I shop here. It'd be nice to not feel judged by what I'm wearing/whether I am wearing make up etc.... After being told by her employee that my items were wonderful & they would accept them I received a RUDE HOSTILE text from this owner, Julie, "we accepted NONE of your items" . 98% were items with tags, brand new. Including J Crew current stylish summer tops, Loft summer tops, shoes including brand new black flat-ish Franco Sarto, Burberry ($695. Retail) flats, She also referred very negatively to her employee stating she had no right to tell me what they accept. I was referred to this store by an employee at Consign Couture in the village -- a MUCH higher end consignment store with far more hospitable staff where I have had reasonably good experiences. I have now tried 3x to pick up all of my "rejects" and the shop is never open. I am in Salem assisting my 89 & 90 year old parents so it's not a simple task to drive 45 miles & be met with a closed shop !!! My next call is to the local police to escort me to pick up MY belongings!! Horrible store with few items ! Seems they have a very "hippie- ish " clientele.
