I would give 0 stars if I could. I shall never shop with Tory Burch again. I recently placed an order for $278 and Tory Burch chose DoorDash to deliver my online order. The order was delivered to someone elses home. Photo proof of delivery shows someone else's home hot my own, but does not have enough detail to work out where it could possibly be! I opened a case with Tory Burch and they are refusing to refund me or sent out a replacement claiming they successfully delivered the package! DoorDash direct you to Tory Burch also. I am now down $278 with nothing to show for it! I've spent thousands of dollars at Tory Burch in last few years and this is how they treat their customers. I had an extremely terrible experience with Ali, a sales associate at the store. We had purchased a pair of heels for over $300 and we were four days past the date to return, which was NOT outlined on our receipt. They even extended their return policy after we purchased but would not offer us any solution whatsoever, and were extremely rude to me and my mom. They would not give me any number to call a customer service specialist or a manager, and clearly could not care less about helping us. After ordering a pair of sandals online (which I must say was actually prompt and quick), I later learned that I needed to make an exchange for a different size. Instead of going through the shipping return and exchange, it was so much easier to come to Fashion Square's Tory Burch store to make a purchase or an exchange. I called ahead and the staff member let me know that they had the size I was looking for and then when I arrived, they quickly recognize my voice (and the fact that I probably had an exchange in my hand) and were quickly able to accommodate me. Everything worked out smooth I appreciate the customer service and most importantly the interaction I had with the staff members during my brief time. I would like to give this location zero stars. My shopping experience there was great. But when I had to make an exchange I was treated like garbage. I purchased $1500 worth of merchandise that I ended up needing to exchange the bag on upon entering the store I was met by rude racially biased employees who not only refused to show me other handbags but complained about the fact they were going to lose commission in front of myself and my daughter. We left the store my daughter (21) said mom I would never shop here because their service was extremely rude. Upon leaving I called and asked to speak with the manager and was told she was not there as she had left the store and they were not sure when she would return. I just purchased one pair of shoe from this store today. I purchased the ines slide. The sales woman's attitude was really bad. My wife bought some $400 lug boots but needed them shipped to Seattle as we had no room in our bags. Great way to celebrate with holidays & beating cancer. We didn't have the best experience. Very cute store. Reminds me of a girls night out of shopping. The way the store is decorated it is like a dream come true closet. Your always immediately greeted by the friendly staff who are always decked out in Tori Burch merchandise. The staff makes you feel at home. Never pushy just helpful. Everything is neatly displayed though out the store. I find myself picking up the merchandise and admiring it. The staff has no problem if you pick the items to give yourself a visual of what the items would like if you owned them. Now I am a huge fan of the purses and handbags. The clothing is not really my style however some of the dresses I have seen the staff wear are cute but not really around my price range. I like the shoes but my feet are to flat for some of the styles. I have yet to try on a comfortable pair of heels but to all those who can survive the Tori Burch heels I wish I could trade you feet they are too cute. I recently noticed some Tori Burch shoes online that I wanted to order. I don't like buying and returning things so I decided to wait until I had a chance to try them on. I've never been to a Tori Burch store. It was cute and reminds me of a boutique experience. I can't remember if I was greeted or not but I was laser focused on the shoes I wanted to try on. We cannot speak badly on the products, they are great quality and nice designs. However, the customer service is horrible. We are in the 21st century and it's unbelievable how so many people can be so close minded to different cultures and ways of being. On Saturday, September 18, 2021 my family and I experienced some racism from the workers, my mother never had the opportunity to learn English fluently but is a hard worker and tries to communicate to the best of her ability. When we were in there we talked in Spanish and the workers must have thought that we would be unable to understand them, during our visit they gave us so many looks and did not check up on us which is part of that customer hospitality. Not only was it shocking to see how ignorant some people may be it was also disrespectful of them to demean one of their customers based on their language. We were not aware of the return policy however when we went there to hopefully exchange for a bigger purse the associate would not take it back when we asked to speak to the manager, the manager would not even come out of the office to speak with us, that to me is very poor customer service. I work in the business industry and I know retail stores can make exceptions granted the purse has not been used and everything was still intact. On my 3rd try I got a hold of someone who wasn't even helpful. I bought a pair of miller sandals only for them to already be scratched when i got home and took them out of the box. The lady I spoke to gave me her email to send her a picture of the damage in order for me to send them back and get a new pair. I've been in the store a few times with my husband & bought multiple pairs of shoes & had positive experiences. Today was different and I want to share. FIRST, none of the 4 employees greeted me. I've been in retail management for 8 years so that was disappointing. Then even when I walked to the shoe section where 3 employees were still no one batted an eye. I picked up a shoe because I wanted a size and everyone who looked my way pretended as though I didn't need help. Finally I locked eyes with a girl heading to the back room and said "Can you help me?" She looked at me like I was bothering her but she didn't come to help. She just looked at the other girls. I am a die hard Tory Burch fan. Usually I order online or go to stores in other cities, however I decided to check out the store at Scottsdale Fashion since I hadn't been yet. I came in in search of a new cross body style purse for the fall, and I was very disappointed in the service in the store. I was given the standard greeting when entering the store, but after that I received practically no service. I asked a question about a new bag, and one gal did look it up online for me when she wasn't sure. There were five people working on the service floor and besides the girl that I had to seek out in order to ask a question, not a single one acknowledged me. I hate to say this, but I ended up not making a purchase simply because of my experience in this store. The feeling I got from their employees was not a positive one, in fact I felt like they weren't taking my interest in the product seriously. May have been because I wasn't super dressed up, as I stopped in after a barre class and was still in my workout attire. However after shopping in Michael Kors and Kate Spade next door and receiving outstanding service, I will not return to this store in the future. I love Tory Burch and I am not writing this review towards the brand, just towards the terrible customer service. It was mine and my boyfriends anniversary and he went and purchased the sandals I have been dying for. It was his first time in this store and he felt really out of place especially being the only guy in there , but did it for me which meant a lot. After he gave me my present he expressed to me how uncomfortable he felt and the terrible customer service he received. I was in this store Saturday 7/26/17 at about 6:30 P.M. the 2 girls on the sales floor were very into their conversation that they were having with each other. I wanted to try on a pair of the Miller sandles. I was not even greeted when I walked in. I pick up a shoe and held it in my hand looking at the girls still to be ignored. Finally I asked them about sizing with the shoe and they said yea those don't come in widths maybe you want to size up, but never offered to bring out a shoe, or came over to me, just starred at me like I interrupted their conversation.
