Super rad company always shows up on time, but usually early, which is great, they clean up and offer to pick up other things. I didn't notice we use them probably 5 to 6 times during the course of our construction/remodel of our house would definitely use them again if ever needed. Full truck was $400 which was a fair price, they needed to make a 2nd trip, but did not explain that would be a 2nd full load fee. I'm moving & realized at the last minute that we couldn't take a lot of our stuff as it wouldn't fit in our pods. Confession: I called CR&R on a Friday & reserved a dumpster for Monday only bc they wouldn't provide same-day service. With my pods getting picked up early Sat, I didn't want my junk sitting on our driveway over the weekend. Bc I wanted same-day pick-up, I checked yelp & started with the first listing for junk removal. They didn't take my call so I left a message with them along with messages with the 2nd & 3rd listing. The guys that came by were awesome :) Tim responded quickly to my request for a quote and was able to get his team to our house in Dana Point the morning that I needed it to happen. They have a ample sized trailer for hauling junk and the guys were strong enough to handle my heavier items (old oven, solid wood desk, etc). They were polite, worked quickly, and even swept the garage floor after removing our junk! Hi!! I found Tim because of an actual hand written note he left on my porch. I had a bunch of household "stuff" i was going to get rid of on my driveway.
